Same here. Anyone know how long the issuance of new post-split shares usually takes? I know ILNS typically waits until the last minute to get paperwork done.
You're going to own 13 shares when the new stock is issued. It will be worth the same amount, most likely, at $0.50.
This $5.00 is just an anomaly--someone who already has ILNSD shares is messing around.
Sounds like they've updated the price but not the share volume. New price will be $0.50 and old share volume was 600MM, which must be where that number is coming from.
Mine's using the old price and the new share number, leading to a market cap of 3.7K!
Yeah, the shares hang out in limbo assigned to some weird nonsense code until they issue the new ILNSD shares to you based on your current holding.
Agree that's not a bad sign. You have to remember that they acquired an awful lot of technology recently and are probably letting anything ongoing run its course before making any decisions.
Personally, I'm just glad something happened.
Yes, it's not a huge win, but it does free up resources to focus on other things. The biggest disappointment for me is the lack of a ruling that would have validated the patent claim.
It means that this particular trial includes both phases 1 and 2.
Can you guys please provide some context? What is the relevance of all these old articles being posted?
Lovely day, isn't it? Ugh.
Any clue when the R/S will actually be executed?
Maza said they have cash on hand for operations, so they aren't doing any diluting in the short-term.
When is the split actually happening?
Is this dilution or are people abandoning ship?
another court date for 9/9. why no transcript for the last one?
I'm not worried.
I can only think of good reasons for changing the share structure right now. People panicking and dumping their shares are going to be very disappointed very soon.
Why the squabbling? It's obvious that this wasn't the amazing news we've all been hoping for, but given where this company has been for the past two years or so, it's a huge relief to me (and should be to everyone) that there is now someone officially at the helm and there is sufficient cash for operations.
The alternative to this is nothing and nobody. Nobody doing anything, nobody writing an investor update, nobody making the company in any way valuable. I'm tired of nothing and will gladly take something, however small, for the time being.
Easy on the booze deals. Although I like how it gets you fired up.
I have an irresponsibly large amount of ILNS shares given the high risk. You guys keep wishing you could buy more if you like, I'm wishing I could sell some for a profit.
Since a settlement would be an agreement to drop the suit, I'm sure we don't see any court documents if it takes place. If they're working out a settlement, they probably don't care about the court proceedings at all (which could be why they keep pushing meetings).
First of all, thanks to all the guys coming out of the woodwork. I'm glad to finally have some momentum here attracting buyers.
Secondly, though. You can do your own research. Look at the quarterly filings that ILNS diligently submits. Tell me how much dilution you see from a company desperately short on operating cash? Almost none. This is one of the few pennies that almost never dilutes to fund operations.
The rest is just the pipeline. Look at the technology and the licensing agreements here. If you believe in those, then this is a win. If you don't, go find something else that your % increase trigger set off today.
Where are all these shares you claim the company is printing? I mean, despite your tendency to exaggerate, most of your qualms with the company are pretty legitimate. The dilution thing is an outright lie, though. I've never seen a small company with so much need of capital dilute less that this one does.
I think the dollar value is too low for day traders. More likely it's just your average penny chaser looking for the next big thing and dumping it when it doesn't come around in a day or two.
Volatility illustrated.
And even better might be the question of who just sold 600,000 shares of that stock at .0062.
I thought a double top almost always happened before a huge drop. Where are you seeing it as a positive?
now it's starting to get interesting. 600K on the bid at .0085
This is a good week. After the recent surge and pullback it's great to see stability at these levels. There's is no buying pressure, sure (because everyone is in a holding pattern), but more importantly, there's no selling pressure at all. No one is trying to unload their burden at twice the 52-week low. In fact, there's some subtle accumulation, including my own, that hopefully will be rewarded in the coming weeks with some news.
yes, my 800k order was only partially filled.
it's just me.
the good news is, i've been able to buy millions of shares over the past two weeks at .008 and under.
the bad news is that despite purchasing them all at the ask, the price hasn't budged.
some interesting action out of the blue this morning. what are some of the rumors you guys think might lead to some phantom volume around here?
I'm sure Shire just renamed all the ViroPharma studies as part of the acquisition. They're honoring the same agreement that VP was under with Intellect.
Still can move on super low volume. That's a great sign...now all we need is an event to drive some big volume.
has the market always been closed on good friday?
Must. Resist. Urge. To. Take. Profits.
how's everyone's patience holding up?
haha, exactly. i really do feel like this stock stays steady until we get some momentum and all of a sudden people on the board are getting excited. then, as if in response, two millions shares are sold under the bid out of nowhere.
today i say we all act completely dejected. i mean, we're never going to make any money off this paper, right?
maybe if none of us say anything good about this stock today, it won't get sold. so far so good.
this is one of the reasons i'm really hoping for a buyout with a specific PPS. with a steady climb, i don't think i'd be able to resist flipping my shares at .05, even if it eventually went much higher.
