This week at the BioCentric Energy Headquarters in Santa Ana, California, the team is busy packing up the Siemens PLC system, a cube container and the harvester.
Here is what it looked like as of today.
I was just reading that .. Dennis' PBR got shelved by a 15 year old?
LOL .. or most likely because Dennis didn't have one that worked.
“He was 15 years old, home-schooled, and he was going to Lone Star to take science and math classes. He had founded a non-profit organization called Inventors Without Borders. It was aimed at trying to get teenagers to utilize their creative juices to come up with inventions to improve the lives of the poorest people around the world.
“He was a very talented inventor himself, and his family was very supportive. He invented something called the Versatile System, which involved algae at the heart of it producing fuel. That got my interest in algae rekindled, so I got to know this guy and his parents, who turned out to be members of the National Algae Association.
“One day they showed up in my office. This was during the time that Barry Cohen, who ran the NAA, was looking for a public home for a big commercial scale photobioreactor. He wanted it, if possible, to be placed in the Woodlands area, north of Houston, where he lives and where NAA is based. They had been going around Lone Star trying to figure out who might be an appropriate person to approach, and they wound up in my office.

NAA President Barry Cohen has arranged for Lone Star College to provide land, water, and electricity for a test unit of the BioCentric Algae Pro Photobioreactor to be assembled at the College. Once operational, the Photobioreactor will go through a series of verifications to quantify and ascertain exact results which, at the third level of testing, will be independently managed by a third party for unbiased results. Upon completion, the Algae Pro Photobioreactor will have certification published from the National Algae Association.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas- Algae is slithering its way onto campus at Lone Star College-Montgomery, leaving a ‘green’ handprint on the biotechnology program and forecasting a community-wide change. No, LSC-Montgomery doesn’t have a dirty fountain. Rather, the college has been chosen by the National Algae Association (NAA) to host the first commercial-scale, closed-loop photobioreactor (PBR) in the greater Houston area. This system will convert pond scum into biofuel, ultimately making the campus and possibly the entire community more self-sustainable.

In other words its issued shares of common and restricted. So how many of that number is held by the public, we collectively hold approximately 500,000,000 or more among the forum members here, and there are over 7,400 stockholders so how many do they hold?
This is just another example of why I say that no one can point and say for a fact "Oh look, the company is dumping shares."

Note: On August 12th, 2010, BEHL announced execution of a contract with BNPD. This was prior to BNPD actions for acquiring some assets from BEHL in September 2010. Briefly; This contract remains with BEHL and provides for an annual license fee and royalty agreement along with representation by BNPD of BEHL and BEHL clients for specific algae. BEHL and BNPD will equally fund and equally participate in revenues generated from a laboratory to extract Phycocyanin. BEHL will grow, harvest, and process Haematococcus, Spirulina, and Chlorella for BNPD.

Monique went to great lengths when explaining who had the employees and assets. BEHL is building the DVJ .. then they are done with it. (that particular acre) They get paid upon delivery right? BEHL doesn't own the harvesting equipment. BEHL doesn't employee the people to operate it. .. Neither BEHL or BNPD even own the PBR in DVJ.
