Maybe A-1 or Heinz 57...
You need to get yourself some education...and it does not make an difference if its County or State..it's still money transferring....just google money transfer agent in Calif and go to the States website and read the requirements..I also believe I already posted that info before...then go get some Salt & Pepper to help flavor that crow you will be eating...bon a petite :)
How about you go look yourself..they are not listed on any states website for being a licensed money transfer agent....and just read the regulations...or better yet call a State agency and ask the question...
No..they are not licensed anywhere...it's just that New York was smart about it and actually checked into them....hence they are out...and if you don't believe me..just place a call to the State of Calif or any others and just ask the question....is ezcard a licensed money transfer agent...you need to do your own DD on this one..I've already done mine and know that they are not licensed...
Hi Dr....I totally agree...I know that someone posted that New York was one of only a few that require a Money Transfer License...However there are only a few states that don't require licensing....
State by State United States Regulatory Agencies Administering MSB Licensing
Most states require money services businesses operating within their territory to be licensed with the state banking department. Note that many states also require registration of foreign MSBs that transact with their residents. For example, money transmitters with no physical presence in New York that transact with residents of New York must be licensed in the State of New York.

It's not just New York....Texas, Calif, Colarado and many others require money transfer agent status...
I would almost bet you will never hear "from them" about why they lost Rikers ..Telling the truth would be a death warrant and lying about it would open them up to someone spilling the beans "telling the truth". So silence would be the best bet for the company..JMHO
There are others vendors who are still there and are licensed...as they are required to be licensed..that's factual..
For what I am told...takes quite a bit of $$$ and audited financials...something that they don't seem to have...
No problem...crow doesn't taste all that bad :)...anyway, it did happen a bit sooner than my source had said...and just to be clear...it was about them not complying with getting licensed as a Money Transfer Agent...if you disagree....just sit back and get ready to eat some more crow.... :)
Sounds like an excellent idea...have a good weekend...
I've given you all the info..just call any State or check the states website or even call the company and ash them...they are not licensed....
Nope..not false..sorry
Sounds like you have talking to someone from inside the Company to put out that kind of info...especially to make the claim it is costing them a lot of money to stay there...my source says that the lack of them complying and being a licensed money transfer agent is why they are getting the boot....it also sounds like you or the person you talked to is trying to minimize the reason they are getting kicked out..or as you are implying..they will save money by leaving...however..to end on a positive note... "ALL ABOARD" :)
Sounds like an owner trying to deflect..when they obtained Rikers it was hailed as a big win..now that they are getting kicked out....it's no big deal?...can you say flip flop..gotta Lov it....All Aboard...
Bottom line is they will be out of Rikers...and I don't give up my source...9 days or less they will be out...The believers will hang in there and hope for a ray of sunshine....however, this is a penny stock and at the bottom...No news from the Company..No Financials, all services outsourced and a ton of debit (two million when they started out) and they are paying 20% on borrowed $$$...They "might" have a great idea...however, nothing points this going anywhere but down....so call this bashing or whatever...but it is what it is...and like I said...time will tell....
No that's Rikers Island telling EzCard GOODBYE...less than 10 days now....
I really enjoy how one day Rikers is the big site...and that makes ezCard King....now...it's Oh well maybe a good thing to be out of there.....keep up the pumping...I stand by what I say..
I believe that the Company has already ruined their reputation by not providing audited financials...I also still stand by my source and have no doubt they will be out of Rikers...within the next two weeks..
Have you ever heard of a 30 day notice?
I sort of figured that....and soon enough they won't have too....
Hey surf..did you ever get an answer from Hqtrs on Rikers?
Yep..I saw that as well..still keeping my opinion...
You are right...the hodges need your money..not the Company...I'm betting that they are or have bled out...and time well tell....
Give it a couple of weeks and it will be gone...
Thank you LD...my take is that this will break and head to penny stock heaven sooner than later...just hearing and seeing too many signals that spell trouble...I'm only posting what my experience and DD has come across..like someone else posted.".it is what it is" .and right now it's not worth much of anything and nothing is coming from the company to help shore it up...time will tell...
My source said they will be out very soon...don't have details as to why..but my guess is still that they are not licensed as a money transfer agent...and that other sites will follow suit once the news gets out...now I'm sure the happy investors will keep buying... hoping that they can fish this turd out of the toliet ...looking at today's price...seems like a long way up to see light...JMHO...if I'm wrong....I'll quit posting..and that should make law dog happy:)
I have been told that they will be out of there within the next few weeks...so I guess time will tell if I am correct....
I'm sure when this all flushes out within a few weeks...(and I am right) you will send me your apology :)
OK...Here is a Inmate number to make it easier 2101201142 and then the button is called "Send Money"
OK...sorry about that...you just have to go to the link I provided and put in a valid inmates name and case# (you can find that on the NY Rikers site) and once you do enter a valid one...click on the make a payment button...I know it's some work to find....but Rikers only shows Western Union, JPay and ICS....nothing about EzCard..
It shows that Rikers isn't listing them as a payment provider....
Here is one little hint that they might be going out of Rikers....
http://a073-ils-web.nyc.gov/inmatelookup/ils/pages/inmate/inmateDetail.jsf
and click on the send money button
Keep smoking or drinking whatever you choose...someday the fog will lift...and I doubt there will ever be audited financials...and like I said....Rikers will be history soon...also, what in the world would make you think that this should be trading at .05...there is NO Support for that at all...and as you said...if anyone can manipulate the stock...why don't you do just that and bring it up to where "You" think it should be....JMHO) :) I'm sure a lot of Investors would Love to see that...
OK...I'll bite and respond....Time will tell if they are still going to still be in business....have you looked at the share price lately...pretty encouraging right?? And as far as Rikers goes...I firmly believe that they will not be in there much longer...so this will proven to be "TRUE" and whether you believe me or not...Oh well...just keep the happy thoughts I'm sure they will bring you good luck...
One more thing....as far as the licensing goes, until the facilities catch on or a State stops them..."since they aren't licensed"...I'm sure they will continue to keep doing what they are doing...However, time will flush all of this out....JMHO :) Have a nice day....
My source says that this is going to happen within the next few weeks....let's just see who is correct and has there facts straight....
Heard another rumor that they are getting kicked out of Rikers.....I believe that this was posted a few weeks back as well....
That's kind of what I thought...also this Brucebill...looks like a paid pumper by the other boards he is on....unless he just likes being a cheerleader for all the other boards he's on...he also loves the CAPS...ALL ABOARD :)
It seems that almost all the boards you are posting on are moderated by Surf....Must be a coincidence...right :)
