That would be nice. My thoughts are that they
should buy up as many shares as they can- after all,
they are the ones who issued them in the first place.
Relax. Have a beer. It's Friday.
This is quite normal for this company.
Surprises and being surprised.
A day does not make a company.
Speaking from a place of knowledge.
BUSINESS AS USUAL.... Get use to it.
This is classic Dennis.
The financials will come...
Just not when you thought.
This could be the mm's and the company and friends
and family trying to pick up more shares cheap before
news hits.
Have a good weekend.
Senate is going on break. I heard the vote won't be for some
time. And when it does happen, it won't pass in the form that
it's in...
If there isn't some significant news tomorrow,
this board will go silent
a major sell off will occur
I will withdraw my deposit on the
Island timeshare I've had my eye on
take the prone position
go back to work and stop relying on
companies like Evolution to carry me the
rest of my life.
or just continue to wait like I have been for
past three years in hopes of seeing my
initial investment back again :_)
Thanks In4... I have followed their recent purchases.
But there needs to be more. There are still too many shares
available on the market. I guess my problem is that I
just want a fair shake at this stock. I've been in
for years and I don't see how this thing can rise
sharply without a r/s or buy back program- with
the former being a total wash for me and those
like me who have been invested long term.
I'm always open to defy logic. But logic tells me
less shares = greater demand, more value.
I guess we'll have to wait and see. But if they are
truly looking after the shareholder's best interest
as they claim they are, then I think the answer is
simple.
Good luck
Only if the company buys up the remaining stock
available on the market or screws longs and does
a r/s. Other than that, I can't imagine the pps going
up past a penny with shareholders owning millions
of shares for a sneeze.
Nothing in life is that easy. Never will be.
Congress was a no-brainer. It's the Senate where
compromise will have to be made before this bill
passes. It will be interesting to see how this all
turns out.
It would be helpful if mgt came out with more
recent numbers on the float. Hopefully when
the numbers come out next week that info will be
made available.
Does anyone have a hard number on how many
shares are available to shareholders? Not how many
that have been issued, but available to trade?
Secondly, does anyone have a hard number how many
shares the company has purchased in the past month?
Appreciate it.
(cont'd)
since nobody really seems to know what they figure
is...
I saw that purchase. But that's just a drop in the bucket
compared to what's available on the market presently...
whatever that figure may be sin
The dividend was sort of a incentive for folks
to invest money NOW. There is no guarantee that
stock will ever have any value if the company
doesn't explode going forward or does a r/s.
Now having said that, I am in no way hoping for
a r/s... unless it's under 10-1... r/s turn foks off....
and may hurt them in getting stimulus monies...
The best case scenario is if the company buys up
a majority of the outstanding shares now while
the pps is still ridiculously low so it elevates the
value of the stock and sends a message to all
parties that they are serious about what they are
doing and not just trying to screw over shareholders.
A 1000-1 r/s would be fatal to those folks who
have been holding shares for two years or longer
and in direct contradiction to recent press releases
that they want to protect shareholders interests.
I think that it is inevitable that this stock
has an r/s unless it buys up all of the remaining
shares. There is just too many shares available
on the market to allow this thing to rise too far.
Any thoughts?
My customer service person at ETRADE said that they rarely
receive the actual/physical stock certificates from the company,
and even if they did, the shares still would not be available for
trading for a year from the date the stock dividend was issued.
Unless I am misreading Ryan Mulvany's letter, it doesn't matter
if they receive them or not, they still won't be available for trading.
You really should call them personally for a clarification...
Just got off the phone with ETRADE. I was told that the
stock dividend is restricted for at least a year. Can't be
touched. Has no value. I then asked what was the purpose
of a company offering dividends that are restricted. He
didn't have an answer other then to say, it didn't make
sense to him either. Hmm... ????
Anyway, after a year, I can request that the restricted
dividend be made "unrestricted" at a price billed to me
at a $150.00.
Any thoughts? Thanks
Exactly the way mine look.
Do you think a call into Etrade should be forthcoming?

Do you think a call into Etrade should be forthcoming?
My shares at ETRADE originally showed up under a cusp# then
disappeared under the EVFL PORTFOLIO. I guess I will be calling
them today to see what the heck is going on.
Is is true? 18 billion float? Wow. What are the chances this
company does a R/S?
O/S? ANYONE?
What is the latest O/S on this stock? Anyone?
PLEASE SHOW PINKSHEET update. 5.2 BILLION?
Thanks for the info. My account at Etrade still doesn't
show the dividend.
Really? Where the hell have you been the past
three years? Obviously, not a shareholder in EBOF.
Cut me a break. Real is real. Do you really think
folks who have been following this stock for
sometime don't see right through you and the
rest of the pumps. With that being said, I hope
this company turns around so I can recoup the
money that I invested into it long before you
you've been around.
000000000........ All of this conjecture, and what are we
talking about here oooooo's? This is sad watching all of
you folks work so hard trying to pump this stock for a
few bucks. Don't get me wrong, I really hope this
is a beginning of the new start for this company, but....
in all due respect, can you tune it down a bit. All of this
fuss over a few one hundreds of a cent? This is pumping
at its worst, not to mention, totally obvious to most
who are reading these posts what you're up to....
Bottom line, this company needs to come up with some
strong news and numbers before they ever get the respect
of the business community. I've heard all of this "hype"
for the past three years.
Sorry. But you guys need to get real.
Why are folks selling this morning? I would think with the S/D
the arrow would be going the opposite direction. This company
will never seize to confuse and frustrate.
Actually, I believe natural gas is the best play. We have
plenty of it and it burns clean. Most of the buses in DC
are powered by natural gas. Utah has over twenty stations
costing consumers about a forth of what it normally costs
to fill up with a tank of petro. Check out WNWG which is
partnered up with Marathon or MXC which is on it's way back
over $20.00 a share. However, having said that, I'm
into bio as well. We need to utilize all of our options in
an effort to break from foreign dependency.
Beanco--
I was just speaking with a friend who is also invested
in a company who recently decided on a stock dividend rather
than a R/S. Changed their minds mid-course. Possibly,
it's a new trend since R/S are not received very well by
possible investors and shareholders?
Why the stock dividend now? Does any one have an
opinion? Doesn't make sense to me. Any theories
welcome. Thanks.
Ditto. Why the dividend? Why reward shareholders who
have only been with the company a short week or two?
Oh, don't worry noobB, I've already had my
Cheerios for breakfast.
This is pitiful to think that this stock use to trade
for over $3-4. To watch all of this haggling going
on over a .0001-.0002 margin just depresses me.
I think I need a drink.
Until some solid financial news is released, this thing is
going to continue to be a "yo-yo" stock.
I did receive a call back from IR last week. I was out of
town so I missed the call. I'll try next week to get back.
Say it the way it is TennVol...
Stop pumping this stock folks. Let it stand on it's own
and keep management honest! Please do not put
one more penny into to it until they prove themselves!
I'm already down thousands from three years of
lies. It's time for them to put up or shut up and
start producing biofuels--- not BS!!!
How does the term "basher" apply to those investors
who have hung in for three years and watched this stock
go from $4 a share to less than a penny? I wonder?
We've had celebs for four years. Hasn't done a darn thing.
But I am optimistic that the company is moving in the right direction.
Okay. Strap in. Did you really believe that your millions of
shares would be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars
when this stock rises to a penny? Come now. Not a
investor like yourself? This is all too good to be true.
I'll just be happy to break even with this dog.
Thank you Joe for keeping it real.
