Martuciisstillscum, you're a genius!
Ever heard of ENMI? All FMNJ's oil and gas businesses were sold to them. They handle the oil and gas since last year. Petty is still formulating or preparing on how to share thie with FMNJ's stockholder. Do you remember Petty stating that FMNJ will just concentrate on mining?
American Bulls is one of the tools you can use to make decisions based on charts, trends, and forecasts. Do your own DD and decide. It's not to be taken like a crystal ball but an analysis tool. It is not 100% But it is pretty close if you follow the interpretations. Nobody can accurately predict the pinkies as it does not report everything at times like its current financials. GLTA! Happy Trading.
Oh yeah? Try buying the stock at $1 at a time on a buy or sell. Even if individuals can do that, why?
However, one Earth shattering news will propel CBAI out of MMs control or if they signal it to let it move up. JMHO
Believe it or not, MMs can control a pennystock with small trades with a buy or sell totaling 5000 shares for the whole day. They do signal each other with trade between $1 to $10 worth of shares. Here's the website that shows you an example of various MMs taking control.

Yes, being on BP's vendor list means you have to compete with other vendors with pricing. It's all about success in dealing with BP. It's hard to survive as a vendor if you lose all the time or don't provide the service or goods on time. Also, it should be BP's specifications. Otherwise a non-payment may occur just like in any business. I know this because I know someone who is on the list. It's a dog eat dog world out there.
Maybe PRRY will be out Petty, and acquire FMNJ.
ghymm1964, it would help to care if you provide some kind of evidence such as a link.
Thanks Eagle44 for speaking out to inform the misinform and people who have no clue.
Hey Q8, I'm still here just watching. Still hanging on preparing.
Thanx SilverDog, and Bert for all the info.. GLTA!
Sortagreen wins the Richard Cranium award for his ingenuity of buying FMNJ shares and in return bash it. GENIUS!
Yeah Sorta, try selling your shares at market price, and you'll see them get picked up by floor traders at .00001. Yesm that is 4 zeros. Oh, I forgot you don't own any shares. You're here for your good health. Got a life? LOL!

"We receive numerous inquiries from shareholders, and potential investors, and we are pleased to bring them up-to-date on our accomplishments," Mr. Schissler said.
Please don't get mad at me. But this message comes from the top. They just cannot help replying this way. 30+ years of trading and you're following FMNJ? They said what a loser and pathetic individual! Move on fellow! U too Gethem.

(OTC Bulletin Board:CBAI.ob - News), the umbilical cord blood stem cell preservation company (http://www.cordblood-america.com ), is focused on bringing the life saving potential of stem cells, a biological insurance policy, to families nationwide and internationally. Its CEO and co-founder, Matthew Schissler, in an interview with analyst Francis Gaskins, said a focus this year is top-line revenue growth.

The purchase of a stem cell company in Germany, previously announced, could add up to $1 million in revenues also in the next 12 months.
The agreement to collect placentas for a world renowned tissue bank, announced this week, could add up to one million dollars in revenues annually and significantly diversifies the Company's revenue stream.
Cord Blood America recently visited China where its new facility, in partnership with a Chinese pharmaceutical company, will have storage facilities ten times the size of Cord Blood America's new Las Vegas laboratory, which is believed to be the largest of its kind in the U.S. Operations are scheduled to begin in 2011.

U Canucks have your hockey. US of A have our CBAI!
That's false, trueheart. IMO, the money for the whole dig will be coming from MidWest General, LLC, with revenues in excess of $200 million a year, is a well capitalized full service commercial construction company. They offer clients general contracting, construction management, construction consulting and real estate development services. Most notable, MidWest General, LLC is one of three exclusive contractors for JP Morgan Chase Bank. Additionally, amongst many other projects, the company is the construction manager for the $68 million Thomas Jefferson School of Law construction project as well as the construction manager for multi-national Kyocera Corporation's construction of its San Diego Office Building and Solar Grove project. MidWest General's forecasted revenue for 2010 is in excess of $300 million.
Dig it? Who knows Midwest might buyout PRRY and FMNJ. JMHO.
imanjen, I C U bin smokin sum of dat gud $h1t!
redsox219, don't be down. Nobody can predict these crazy stocks. People feel that being greedy does not always pay. You never know where the bottom or the top can go. The important thing is you made some money. Now GO YANKEES!(just kidding)LOL!
Q8, I think he traded all his FMNJ shares for the dozen Coochie chicks. He found that reward to be instant without waiting for any PR or preparing to prepare or some little crusher to smash big rocks into little ones. LOL!
Someone told me if rub this magic lamp 3 times, Royal will appear!
Read this, from Yahoo member:
What happens when ... "The phantom share selling spigot is finally shut and replaced with panicked market makers looking to cover their ill-advised short positions." ?
EXAMPLE - excerpts from: http://pennystockgurus.blogspot.com/
Sunday, February 21, 2010
VCTY anyone holding shares of this stock is going to wake up Monday morning like a kid on Christmas. The present is wrapped with phantom shares and filled with more gains as market makers scramble to pick up whatever shares they can in a market that will be filled with investors holding for higher prices. The phantom share selling spigot is finally shut and replaced with panicked market makers looking to cover their ill-advised short positions.
VCTY exploded today, most notably late in the session as market makers scrambled to buy whatever shares were left to be had under $.01
Speechless..... That was an email I received from a subscriber today. You read press and rumors about a short squeeze, but to actually witness it coming to fruition is a sight to behold.
Consider today when over 40% of the authorized shares traded hands. Or Thursday of last week when almost 90% of the authorized shares traded hands. There simply is not that many shares to justify the volume. Someone is providing liquidity with phantom shares. That is the only logical explanation. If this stock was trading at $.05-$.10 then I may change my stance. But since the price of the stock does not jive with the volume and authorized shares, I have little doubt that market maker NITE is short shares in a big way.
It is about time these greedy market makers paid the price for their games.

Still doubt Franklin's CEO, Wm. Petty, COULD! pull the trigger
and execute a similiar scenerio, if and when the $32 million
funding is locked in, using just a fraction of the funds?
jmho
Maybe on the PRRY equation for now. Remember who actually owns the right to the land lease? FMNJ! Who knows Midwest might buy both companies(FMNJ and PRRY).
Yes! Look at my post #35043.
Don't beleive? No hope for you. Just get out, and never look behind for your sake. I'm staying because I believe it's a new season, a new year with new partnerships. I beleive this is the year like the New Orleans Saints had believed winning the Super Bowl for the very first time! GO FMNJ!
ICE, on this short interest deal. Again from the same person on Yahoo:
"A fraction of the $32 million funding (if and when it is locked in) can buyback more than enough of the outstanding to make it apparent, and start the squeeze ... while bystanders and (yes) even detractors jump in. More than enough $ left to get the antimony mine up and running (= revenue) before moving on the Escala mine's silver."
jmho
Get ready for a freakin breakout!!
ICE, I read this from a Yahoo FMNJ investor. He could be right.

It’s not uncommon to read about small publicly traded companies complaining about the evils of naked short selling and the negative impact that it has on their price of their stock. It is however, quite uncommon for companies to actually take action and do something about it. The difficult, sometimes daunting task of taking on the issue of naked shorting is usually costly and time consuming, taking valuable resources away from the company’s operations. Some of the most prominent anti-naked short selling proponents include Overstock.com (OSTK), Great West Gold (GWGO), Global Links Communications (GLKC), and CMKM Diamonds which has ceased trading since October of 2005.
One of the newest companies to take on naked short selling is Loftwerks Inc (LFWK). While many of the fore-mentioned companies diverted resources towards fighting naked short positions in their companies, Loftwerks has tackled the problem by diverting more money back into the company, and buying back shares. In fact, in recent news releases Loftwerks has announced that insiders of their company hold more shares of their company’s stock, than have actually been issued. CEO Dennis Ammerman stated, "Insiders decided to buy more shares than are legally available. There is no stock definition for this type of buying; therefore, we created our own definition. We call it 'Short Seller Captured Capital.’” Essentially what this means to Loftwerks shareholders is that insiders own the entire outstanding share count, and then some.
The last time a scenario such as this was revealed, was with Global Links Communications. Robert Simpson, CEO of Global Zann Corp. at one point had in his possession the entire issued and outstanding stock of GLKC, and filed the ownership with the SEC as required. Despite owning all the stock of Global Links, the stock continued to trade millions of shares per day. As investors caught wind, shares of Global Links quickly gained more than 1000% moving from under .01 to over .14 in a matter of weeks.

Petty has a great setup here for a complete surprise, if he
were so inclined to execute a sudden strategic buyback ...
The logic behind my optimism is I'm embedded in this stock with a great number of shares, and I'm holding for a long haul. Since you're my opposite, then get the phuck out! You should have sold for a loss and had taken the tax break at the end of last year if you're a US tax payer. Why the hec did you hold this long in the first place? You're the official Richard Cranium of the year! Congratulations!
Just to shed some light to you old timers here with short memories. PRRY and FMNJ were partnered with a Privately-held MidWest General, LLC, with revenues in excess of $200 million a year, is a well capitalized full service commercial construction company. They offer clients general contracting, construction management, construction consulting and real estate development services. Most notable, MidWest General, LLC is one of three exclusive contractors for JP Morgan Chase Bank.
Over $200,000,000.00 a YEAR, and they anticipate on earning $300 million in 2010!
Every company is entitled to play the old market games. "Buy on the rumor, and sell on the news" type of deal. An active stock should do this, that's the rule. Someone has to start a rumor. Nobody was stepping up, and guess who has to do it? LOL!
Does FMNJ needs to file another revenue report soon before we get the Jolly Rogers(skull and cross bones) back?
I second that. Bandy, thanks for the very intelligent post!
What's the signal of an MM buying shares at $4? A buy order of 20,000 shares just went through. LOL!
Yeah, RF knows all. Isn't he due back this week to write some kind of report to us and present the pictures?
((NEWS!)) from the yahoo board.
Letter from the CEO to the shareholders
Over the last several weeks, numerous observations, requests, suggestions, etc. have been received from a large number of our shareholders.
I would initially like to thank all of you for both your interest and support of Sierra Gold Corporation. At the same time, I would to thank the various entities who supported the company and to a large extent are responsible for where we are today.
First and foremost, let me reiterate that Sierra Gold Corporation is a gold mining company with a variety of projects in Sierra Leone, West Africa. By virtue of the geology of that country, we are also in the diamond mining business. That is our primary business and that is our main focus. We have recently expanded the mining interests and are in the process of licensing the new areas for the upcoming mining season.
In addition to our mining interests, Sierra Gold Corporation has acquired agricultural properties which have been financed and expanded over the past 4 years. This business has a multifaceted aspect in that it helps feed the companies workers, it employs and feeds a significant number of local people in the nearby areas and it will, in time, become a profit source for the company through local sales and export of the products.
Because of our farming land interests, we were approached to consider entering into a Carbon Credit Project. This kind of project is environmentally friendly in addition to creating ongoing work for the local villagers and provides funds to manage the project. Our next step was for Sierra Gold Corporation to approach the landowners, paramount chiefs and local council/government this past summer and we successfully secured their support for the project.
In order to proceed forward with the project, Sierra approached 2 third parties who provided project funding for a participatory interest and we have now reached the stage of project submittal for approval. Should this project be approved as expected, the carbon credits available for the project can be forward sold and we are advised the proceeds of such a transaction would result in eight(8) figure proceeds. These proceeds will allow Sierra Gold Corporation to develop and complete a 20,000 acre Kiri project as well as supporting all of Sierra Golds other activities.
I hope this report clarifies the numerous queries submitted recently by our shareholders.
I would conclude by saying that Sierra Gold Corporation is looking to have a successful and expanded mining and farming season in 2010.
I thank you all again for your continued interest and support of Sierra Gold Corporation. I wish you all a happy and profitable holiday season.
Doug Evans
CEO SGCP
Hec, if you feel that way, since you have some free time maybe you should plan a trip down there. That way we can be kept in a sort of a live report from the land of antimony. Maybe you can bring you own pick and shovel to help out and get paid. I wish I can help you but I aint strong enough. I've been fatten up with real good German beer these days.
