Fun watching L2; CrimNake Short Stooge HDSN has been stunting like a Green Bay linebacker, and on both sides of the quote. This one could really pop if some pimp-shill tout sheet picks it up.
Chevy,
No need to worry about that for a long, long time; a greed-consumed mob knows no fear..... at first. And we're still in the "at first" stage of this mania. The very early stages of the "at first", at that.
That'll change quickly enough as the dynamics of the moment change. Once $.03 falls decisively, The War For $.04 will be on.
Watch for some of the CrimNake Short Stooges such as DOMS and VFIN to move down from where you see them now. HDSN is already waiting at $.03, you'll notice. But , if he runs quickly from $.03 it means he's not going to try playing King Canute, at least not at that price.
"key log" about to come loose.
“Après moi, le déluge”
This sounds eerily similar to Dan Kesonen's tar-sands Nevtah (NTAH) scam.
It set off any alert looking for more than 5 times the past 10 days' average volume, which is a widely-used volume alert "trigger" for lots of TA-oriented traders.
I urge you with all the solemnity I can evoke not to ever, ever, ever breathe the word "Bre-you-know-who" again.
Not even as a joking allusion.
This is a misunderstood enough stock as it is. It already has a big-enough bulls-eye painted on its back. Don't add to the misunderstanding by painting it with that Tar Brush, no matter how unintentional you think it might be.
That scandal gave the mining industry a black eye from which it's still recovering, PM bull market or no.
charlie,
CMF in the other post is all positive, that is to say "green", because it's only a 6-month chart and FASC's CMF has been positive "green" for that whole time. CMF does oscillate around a zero-line, here's the daily 1-year FASC chart that shows a brief "blip" of negative CMF so you can see the oscillation.
And one last thought. Pay no attention to the assertions of some that CMF is not useable on low-volume, low-price stocks. It is useable, it does work, and I have the bank account to prove it from having used it for over a decade with just such stocks.
Some people make the mistake of believing that just because they're not able to do something successfully, no one else can, either.
I'm holding a pat hand, as is anyone long FASC. It's always fun when you know where the Aces are. And a few of us do.
" 'Rolfie, boy " will work for now.
That the best 'ya got, there, 'Rolfie boy?
Whomever is trying to put a lid on this is engaged in an exercise in futility.
Not only are they not getting the desired results, they're just digging their own grave deeper, faster.
Notice how during the past two days of attempted selling pressure, CMF has actually increased
Whomever this is needs to run, not walk, down to Betty's Barrel Boutique and pick out a nice, off-the-rack, pin-striped, double-breasted barrel to wear home from Bankruptcy Court. Maybe a pair of spiffy wing-tip pony kegs for shoes, too, so they won't have to hitch-hike home barefoot. Oh wait, forgot, no home to go home to. Dang, don't 'ya just hate it when that happens ?
Just morons throwing away their money on any stock with "gold" in its name.
You always see this sort of thing when gold makes new highs and short-term tops.
DKGR: was a scam, is a scam, always will be a SCAM!
You'd be amazed at the number of idiots who will be telling their brokers
"Buy me anything with 'gold' in its name!"
Need I say more?
Created demonstrable momentum:

@Aduke:
I can't reply to Private Messages because I won't pay for this redolent cesspool and thus suport the livelihood of persons of questionable ethics.
The answer to your question that you posed to me is:
I have access to both historical price data and a mainframe upon which to process said data, including filtering and sorting.
One could do the same with a spreadsheet, but not as quickly.
Somebody's front-loading for a Whiz-Bang P&D. Notice how quickly they stopped when it got to the mid-$.0020's; they clearly didn't realise how few shares there were for sale. Now, they're going to do the Shake-A-Tree the rest of this afternoon.
This is far-and-away the highest volume going all the way back into early 2008:

PIMP-PUMP is ON!
@Dennis: your enthusiasm is appreciated. The reality, though, is that FASC is still, at this moment, still a speculation not an investment.
Us long-term longs have no illusions it's anything other at this moment.
That said, it is probably one of the best, lowest-odds speculations you're going to find... certainly at this current share price.
As the window sticker on the new car says: "Your mileage may vary."
"CCI" stands for "Commodity Channel Index" and is an indicator originally developed for TA on commodities. As stocks have become more and more like commodities in recent years, the CCI has been borrowed to apply to stocks, as well.
I don't find it useful at all, with either stocks or commodities, but I'm a deranged, criminally-insane sociopath.
The single best TA indicator with penny stocks is CMF, (C)haikin (M)oney (F)low.
@Dennis: the other thing you'll discover as you continue your research is that the management has shrewdly created a revenue model based not just on sales of the KDS machine, but recurring revenue streams in the form of royalty-based Joint Ventures.
I'm certain it's not lost on you the long-term value of recurring revenue streams, the most powerful creator of real wealth.
Just ask anyone who's ever gotten a royalty cheque every month for 20 or 30 years from an oil or gas well in which they've had a royalty-based ownership interest.
@Dennis: Here's the history of the additional authorised shares:
Cal Kantonen came to us Shareholders back in 2000 asking for authorisation to increase the authorised from 100 million to 200 million. Let me repeat that for effect: Year 2000.
We authorised the increase. Those additional 100 million shares were not "dumped" as has been asserted by another poster. They were doled out over the ensuing 10 years in what in retrospect can only be called one of the most prudent, parsimonious uses of additional shares any penny stock has ever undertaken.
Let me repeat that for effect: the additional 100 million shares were not "dumped" and anyone suggesting that they were is guilty of either diabolical, duplicitous disingenuity or downright intellectual dishonesty.
Or even perhaps simply sheer hatred, for whatever personal reasons they may have.
CrimNake Short Stooge HDSN just got on the bid @ $.029.
@Dennis: you should be pleasantly surprised by what your due diligence will reveal to you. To put the FASC story into the proverbial "nutshell", it's a company that has been tenaciously, relentlessly, single-mindedly driving toward success with its product, and is now on the verge of that crucial, company-making "breakout" that every company strives for.
It's the epitome of Calvin Coolidge's famous remark about nothing taking the place of persistence.
As for Waite, you're quite correct. It's all the more cheering to see FASC on the verge of "breakout" success because no one deserves to be the beneficiary of FASC's success, as a Shareholder, more than Waite; well, maybe TRCPA ties him.
Go, Waite! Go, FASC!
Not sure who handled those two blocks @ $.03, but NITE came swooping in 43 seconds after they went off as if to say "No, not yet!", and he's been sitting there @ $.0288 ever since, almost an hour now. Would be really fun to know just how many, if any, he really has at that price.
OK.... who knows what ?
Someone clearly has some nefarious purpose in mind.
@Net-Man: You have to understand the mind-set of your correspondent.
This posting entity simply can't bring itself to contemplate or consider the possibility that a penny stock might succeed. Its mind is frozen - paralysed - in and by a pre-conceived set of presumptions not unlike that of those who once thought the Sun revolved around the Earth. In fact, its worst fear - soon to be realised - is that FASC will succeed.
Why?
Because when a penny stock - in this case, FASC - does succeed, that explodes and obliterates the comfortable paradigm of this posting entity.... namely, that all penny stocks are scams.
It might even have to start actually thinking. Horrors!
Probably some pimp-site planning a P&D and front-loading the scam.

Show's over folks; if this were a horse it'd be on the truck to the glue factory right now.
Well, scalig, there may be some justice in the world after all.
You didn't hear me say this, but there's a concerted effort coming next week, and it might be enough to at least squeak out.
Man, even the Hindenburg didn't crash this badly, and that was pretty bad.
Oh, the pain.
Oh, the agony.
Oh, the suffering.
Oh, the humanity !
( where's Herb Morrison when you really need him ? )
Sure has turned into a slo-mo train wreck disaster for the pie-in-the-sky dreamers, hasn't it ?
Golly-gee, this isn't working out quite the way it was supposed to, is it ?
The only thing that can be said for certain is that this will end badly .
The really sad part is that even after they've lost their money in this scam, they'll be blaming everybody but themselves.
To ANYONE who thinks this is a bona fide buyout offer, ask yourself this VERY SIMPLE QUESTION:
Why isn't this "Major Investor Groupe" just buying shares right now, in the OPEN MARKET, at a price LESS THAN ONE-TENTH of the - har-de-har-har-har - "buyout price"?
WHY?
This is the last-gasp desperation act of a last-gasp dying company about to be sent into That Good Night by the SEC and DoJ.
Expect a trading halt any second.
