Morning Les. You live an hour away. You should come down in a couple weeks and see it.
No need to hold my breath. I've been there and know where it's going. But fair enough on your beliefs.
They bought the facility from a group whose business is buying, refurbishing, establishing then selling cultivation facilities.
I live in Monterey, CA. The Salinas Valley is known as the Lettuce Belt. Among 10s of thousands of open acreage there is an extensive network of green houses through out the Valley. This group gets investors, buys the properties, establishes them then sells them. They have literally several dozen small investors. Keep in mind it's all cash and a pain for them to manage so they grow it sell it and move on.
I have been to the facility and it is impressive. THE Salinas Valley is quickly becoming one of the largest producers of legal cannabis.
I think this quote from Brett sums that up:
"We want our shareholders to know that our core business is licensed marijuana operations through Green Leaf Farms and that we know this business well."
I think most share holders wanted to see PNTV focus on growing MMJ and we are seeing that commitment.
You sure about that?
I think it's more inevitable that June Harvest comes before we ever see 2s.
It was never a problem. They were always there.
Green the lights are on a pulley system so they can be raised and lowered. There was never anything wrong with them and they have always had this capacity. They were just raised in the previous pics.
Mark had to twist Jasons arm to go on camera as I think he is he is not one for public attention.
I agree they could do a better job of communicating but as anyone can see those plants have been growing for a long time. That just didn't happen, they finally showed us.
I hope this serves as an example that this is the case most of the time when people start to speculate the worst. Wait till you see what comes next.
Yes I am. 9mm. Paid off a lot of debt this last year, eased back my work load. I'm being prudent with it all.
Got it. So $33k is for the current day, today. The 1.82 million is then the 30 day daily average average volume then correct?
I was pulling that info from ihubs detailed quote. I could be reading it wrong. If I am sorry. Heres the link.

We will also at some point will get a dispensary. And for the record Nevada has not set a date to submit for the next round of dispensaries yet. I think Dj is correct that when nationwide legalization occurs competition will become extremely tough. That is why all of these developments are crucial to the long term success of the company.
Actually the numbers tell the exact opposite IMO. Looking at TD Ameritrade we are experiencing heavy volume today. Average volume is 1.82 million as well. $31k a day is not small, not huge but not small. We have a rising bid and ask slapping happening. I think investors new and old are starting to see the culmination of PNTVs efforts come to fruition and are in accumulation mode.
Thank you.
This is fact: The private jet and accommodations were comped because of their association with Wu Tang. Even the Weed House event was bartered, sponsored and/or donated to a large extent. I'm not saying they didn't make mistakes along the way because they did but what you are suggesting is completely false.
I don't post much anymore but that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. That has even less credibility than a Seeking Alpha article.
Just got got this in my email.

I told you we needed the Bat signal. Miro does it again!
We need the 1-800 bat light. It worked the last time.
I found it thank you. Inexpensive to get in front of all of ihub.
Who do they contact? I'll get them on it.
It worked!! Albeit late but at least it's consistent. This was very funny by the way.
They have always been serious. This didn't happen over night. And there were reasons for the NV delay but we are through those. They never stopped putting the pieces together to grow MJ they just never gave us reasons for the delays. People assumed they were being dishonest but as we can see that is not true. And thank you for the pics.
Waht does this mean?

Players Network Enters California Market with Deal to Develop 400,000 Square Foot Indoor Marijuana Facility
GlobeNewswire•February 5, 2018
LAS VEGAS, Feb. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Players Network (PNTV), a diversified holding company operating in media and marijuana, announced today that Players Network and Green Leaf Farms Holdings, LLC (“Green Leaf”) entered into an agreement to create a Grass Roots Industrial Park (“GRIP”) to co-develop and co-owner a mixed use marijuana industrial project totaling 2,720,000 sq. ft., which we believe would be the largest in the world.
The deal gives PNTV the exclusive right to develop 400,000 sq. ft. of pre-approved light industrial agricultural space for marijuana cultivation and manufacturing facilities. We believe this would make the project the single largest grow facility in the state of California and the largest industrial park of its kind in the world.
The permitted project which is based in Desert Hot Springs, California is intended to be a complete marijuana destination including, but not limited to; sixty eight (68) marijuana cultivation and manufacturing facility units, each approximately forty thousand (40,000) sq. ft., plus an approximately 8-acre non-cannabis zone intended for a hotel, skybar, cannabis college, residential condos, commercial offices and convention space located along the i-10 freeway only 90 miles from Los Angeles.
Green Leaf, a subsidiary of PNTV will be assigned the marijuana cultivation and manufacturing contract per the terms of the agreement.
WeedTV.com, operating under a newly created wholly-owned subsidiary of PNTV, will have an on-site live production studio and media center to produce content and help market and promote all of the tenants within the Grass Roots Industrial Park.
The decision to move forward with the project is based largely on revenue capabilities of the dedicated marijuana cultivation space, the permitting approvals and private water well capacity which generates over 1,100 gallons per minute to drive the overall marijuana cultivation project.
Mark Bradley, CEO, states, “This is an amazing opportunity for Green Leaf to break into the largest marijuana market in the world at an amazing location!” Bradley adds, “Some of the major expenses associated with growing consist of electricity and water utilities. This location will be substantially more cost effective for both of these cost drivers, which will provide us with a competitive edge over other California cultivators.”
“GRIP is one of the most exciting projects in the marijuana space.” said PNTV Director Brett H. Pojunis. Pojunis continued “This acquisition should enable the Company to increase revenues significantly and could make Green Leaf one of the largest marijuana companies in the world.”
PNTV management will be broadcasting a live video on presentation at 1pm EST on Facebook and www.weedtv.com to discuss this release and show a preview of our project.

I've answered your questions truthfully. You have chosen not to believe what I say. The ACs are on pads on the side of the building. 100% true DD.
Are you including yourself in that statement?
They have a cultivation permit, that comes from the state. They don't get to here with out that. What they have been waiting on is the building permits from the city of NLV.
That is true. And that pic certainly shows something on the roof. I lived there for 6 years and yes ACs on homes are on roofs. This isn't a house tho it's a 26k sq ft warehouse and regardless doesn't negate the fact that the ACs were put on slabs out side wall of the south side of the building. I have been there, toured the facility, spoke to the growers and viewed the slabs that were poured. Not even sure why it's an issue. I'm not making this up. Doesn't really matter it will all be moot soon enough anyway.
The ACs are not on the roof. On the south side of the building to the right of the door are where they are located. I don't know when that pic was taken but what they needed had to be custom built and installed.
All infrastructure was antiquated when the building was purchased. Everything had to be replaced.
IMO next week everyone's questions will be answered.
Yes that is what I meant. Apologies. I was thinking can.
So you admit it's your opinion, excellent. Now we are having a conversation.
You and others are assuming they are being deceitful and stringing you all along. Others here choose to believe what the company reports about delays. Some others have even taken the measures to go visit the facility, meet with the principals and do true Due Diligence. And there are others that have the ability to go but won't.
If this is an investment go see the facility, it's open to all to visit just make the call. If it's a trade there's been plenty of opportunity to make money.
And in fairness there have been huge delays true. They could do a better job of timely updates of the mundane things. I've had plenty of hard discussion with them about these things to the point of compromising friendships. But they have always come through albeit not when they thought. Plants will be in soon enough and the deals they have made (NiteFood and ABCN) wil start to produce revs. And if it doesn't the company will fold and you will be correct.
Any event thank you for sharing your opinion.
Your big picture is conjecture and assumption based on the facts we know. Yours is one potential scenario of what is going on BUT I happen to KNOW you are incorrect in your analysis. But based on observation of how things have played out so far your opinion is fair tho.
This board since we were sub penny has said the company was folding, reverse splitting, dumping yet none of that has proven to be true. The only true thing we can draw from our observations is that they get delayed a lot but have always come through.
So I ask where are your facts? Also can you give a time window of when the company is going to reverse split? 1 month, 6 months, 1-2 years? TIA
Pancakes is a joke that started with Apostle. I'm not an insider by definition. I know more than most but I don't post it and I don't trade on it. I can help facilitate a tour if someone wants. I'm not in contact with Mark that much these days. I agree that information could be conveyed better and that would have us at a higher SP, I agree that the delays are frustrating and maybe some could be avoided but I can tell you truthfully most couldn't. What I know to be 100% true is that PNTV is not a scam or share selling scheme. When we have our CO for PH 2 and are trading in the teens I'm sure there will be some who still claim it's a scam. I wouldn't even be posting if the Eagles game wasn't a blow out.
Going to visit is not inside information. You are completely incorrect.
Why? You are in a perfect position to prove one way or the other legitimacy. Forget the pancakes then. Do it for the board.
It doesn't matter. I'll pull strings, fly in myself, Do it for the board. Come on. I'll buy you pancakes after. I'm serious I'll fly in. And pancakes.
Dj you live in Vegas, you are a share holder, please go take a tour of the facility and meet with Jason. I will facilitate the meeting personally if you wish.
