The Pain Continues... 0.62
CMM Punished for Delinquency 0.66
As bad as having the Cease Trade Order lifted and the share price taking a hit it's not going to mean squat in the the big picture. Century is going to release more production numbers and there will be no denying the fact of another 2 - 3 thousand ounces of gold that have been produced. Once the news is released all will be forgiven and the share price will appreciate to new highs. This is going to be a VERY good year for CMM shareholders.
NOTE TO EVERYONE: If you want an unbiased (although not up to date) view on the progress of the company, you have to look at the financials.
Best advice I've read on this site yet!!!!! PAID, go read the financials... You'll be stunned with all the knowledge you will gain.
PAID, don't be so presumptious! We're not your friend..... and we know what you are....... that is perfectly obvious...
Here's another fact that you don't know:
SFMI Quote:
5) Approximately 19.35 million tons of mineralized ore is calculated to exist on War Eagle Mountain. Approximately 165,000 tons of ore have already been produced, with an average yield of 2.52 ounces of gold equivalent ($ 1,638) per ton. An estimated (4) million ounces of Gold equivalent, worth $ 3 Billion, is thought to be minable on War Eagle Mountain. A life-of-mines ranging from 15-20 years, and yearly revenue of $ 330 Million, is expected at full mining capacity.
PAID PAID PAID...................
Don't get so upset.... The mill is a done deal and it's producing now. It's a good thing there is an inspection, too. Keeps things on the up and up so people like you can't complain about not adhering to the regulations.
Lawsuits about defamation and slander are no laughing matter.....
While I have your attention I'd like to give you another fact about SFMI, since you don't know many......
SFMI Quote:
The gold and silver bearing veins of War Eagle Mountain are steeply dipping to sub-vertical in attitude and are generally oriented in a NS to NW-SE direction. The textures, mineralogy and geometry of the veins all indicate that they are "epithermal" deposits. The effect of the so-called "hyper-enrichment" process undergone by the vein systems tended to produce multiple pockets of bonanza ore, or highly-enriched spots, which War Eagle Mountain is known to exhibit abundantly
The primary ore host on War Eagle Mountain is Cretaceous Granite, followed by Tertiary Tuff of up to 50 % granite. This means that timber is rarely used in the mines, since the walls are extremely stable.
Remember a while back you were talking about spilling limestone around the mill site? Well, War Eagle mountain is made up primarliy of granite, and gold and silver, of course. I just wanted to point that out to you because you were wrong, again...
.
.
Fact Two of the Day!
Silver Falcon Mining. Inc., has the development and operating rights to (14) deep-shaft mines and their associated claim areas. War Eagle Mountain is on the Owyhee Gold Trend, a massive mineralized fault line in southern Idaho. The mines cover all (3) primary gold and silver-bearing veins on the Mountain. as well as ( 40 ) additional offshoots of those main veins; with shafts and workings extending downward to the 1,200-foot level.
There are (3) mountain peaks associated with the Owyhee Gold Trend: War Eagle Mountain, Florida Mountain, and DeLamar Mountain. The 3-mountain trend lies in a straight line and is separated by less than 5 miles. The 3-peak trend contains some of the richest ore deposits in Idaho. War Eagle Mountain contains the highest concentration of mineralized ore.
More facts, it's just the way it is......
Fact One of the Day!
The largest Silver nugget ever produced in the United States, at 8,000 ounces, came from the POORMAN MINE. The POORMAN MINE is one of the properties that Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., is developing on War Eagle Mountain.
This is a fact and cannot be disputed.......
The Reverend Speaketh, Amen....
There you have it folks, the Reverend has spoken and he doesn't see litigation. Listen up, man of the fake cloth..... It won't be my attorney and if they come knocking, they won't be jesting. It's a simple case of slander and a constant, almost hourly, misrepresentation of the facts. I'd love to see it and who knows what is going to happen once SFMI starts rolling in cash. I think it would be good for all juniors that are suffering from this kind of abuse to make an example out of a few people on this site.
PS. Pray for them, they may need it............
PMW has given us value here in this room...
This is not true. All he has done is lied, spread false rumors, and obfuscate the truth. He should be permanently banned as his goal is clearly to cause harm to a legitimate business by way of slandering SFMI. I would like to see him charged with defamation.
JMO
Silverstrategies.com has started coverage of US Silver.
I wondered why this site never covered US Silver given the awesome potential but I guess it's better late than never!
Silverstrategies.com
JMO
Pretends to know what he is talking about.
Answers questions incorrectly to paint a bad picture.
Intention is to obfuscate the truth.
Denigrates SFMI without cause.
Poses lies
And
Ignores the facts
Destroying his own credibility.
After the news im shocked we didn't get back over .30
I'm not.... People spent the entire day trying to figure out what the news release really said? Who has ever heard of stating recovery rates like ".75 ounce precious metals?" Gotta say that was one stupid news release.
For the record.... I own a lot of shares......
is there a general industry ratio of production dollars to grams of gold?
I don't know of any and I doubt there is given the wide number of variables. Generally speaking, low grade operations need to be close to the surface so you can mine it via an open pit so there is a chance of it being economic. Underground operations, to be economic, need to be much higher grades.
The beauty of SFMI is that they have high grade ore sitting right on top of the surface. Just shovel it into the mill and process it. It does not get any easier than that. This is why I'm so optimistic.
what a bad time for the camera to be down.
Ever considered that they are moving the camera inside so on monday morning they can have a news release about production and the webcam there to show everyone? Now wouldn't that shove a 2 x 4 straight up the butts of all the shorts.... :) I know that SFMI said they were going to do this for a very short period of time but for security reasons would not leave it there.... This week could be really good......
UREC, 6 grams per ton gold sitting in a pile where you just have to run it through the mill is OUTSTANDING!!!! Keep in mind that SFMI has about 800,000 tons of this ore. So, 800,000 x 6 = 4,800,000 grams gold or divide by 31 and get 154,838 ounces of gold at $1,200 an ounce and you get $185,805,600 sitting in a pile before extraction costs. Now consider that this is about the easiest mining operation ever! I know of mines that are extracting ore with grades less than 5 grams per ton and they have to hard rock mine it! Here it's just sitting in a pile..... We haven't factored in the silver either. It's my opinion the potential is awesome.......
At 30 tons per day we're looking at 30 x 6 = 180 then divide by 31 and get 5.8 ounces per day at $1,200 resulting in $6,960 gross per day before expenses. Some people look at that and laugh but anyone would give you money to up your throughput if you showed them results like that.
At 1000 tons per day we're looking at 1000 x 6 = 6000 then divide by 31 and get 193.5 ounces per day at $1,200 resulting in $232,200 gross per day before expenses. Now we're in a serious game and SFMI could easily fund development of War Eagle mountain, where the real money is. Oh, and we didn't factor in silver.......I guess that is a bonus as it could well pay all the expenses.
UREC.... My DD on the ore grades has determined that SFMI stated conservative numbers of 6 grams per ton gold and 100 grams per ton silver. If SFMI posted conservative numbers then the low grade ore would be just that, 6 gpt gold and 100 gpt silver.
i was up 80,000 dollars and she wanted to get out of debt,so to make her happy i sold some, now we are debt free. still have plenty of shares left to play with, and now i have her off my back cowboy
Good for you! Congratulations..... Well done!!!
Just wait for Power Hour. YES!
Of all weekends this is the one I would not want to be out of SFMI. The last hour of trading today may well push SFMI up a few cents. The next news release is going to be the Carmine has been referring to and it could come anytime.......
He owns no shares because he sold them short.
He can't go away , he's caught short.....
After you have been around awhile you will find that PAID is always wrong, even though PAID thinks differently. At the end of the day you will be VERY happy with the out come and you will see that PAID's postulations have been TOTAL BS from the first day he started posting. PAID has lost major bucks but will really lose his shirt when he covers his short and will be left holding an empty bag as all SFMI longs are hard pressed to find bags big enought to hold all their cash. JMO
BIG BIG News Coming!!
Just to set the record straight, the mill has been running for weeks. Get ready for a news release that is going to put to bed all that BS that the mill isn't running and that the grades are not good. This stock is going WAAAAAY higher, and very soon.
Carmine's Track Record Speaks For Itself
The only person on this site that predicts, with accuracy, the outcome of events before they happen is Carmine. I'm now convinced that he knows more than all of us and I would not dare bet against his predictions..... All I can say for sure is that something very BIG must be brewing and I'm lucky enough to be part of it.
CMM under Cease trade order....
Not a big deal. They had a very complicated year end due to the new investors, gold forward sale, debt payments with shares, purchases, etc. They will be filed soon and then the share price will continue it's ascent....
Back on track 0.76 At a 1000 tons per day CMM should do about 2000 - 3000 ounces in May. Since this is just the start and the mill is going to be ramped up to do a lot more this is going much higher....
U.S. Silver Reports 2009 Financial Results
5/11/2010 2:20 PM - Business Wire
TORONTO, May 11, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
U.S. Silver Corporation (TSX-V: USA, OTCQX: USSIF, Frankfurt: QE2) ("U.S. Silver" or "the Company") is pleased to announce financial results for the year ended December 31, 2009 in U.S. dollars. ("2009FS")
2009 highlights include:
Net sales increased 60% to $45.9 million in 2009 from $28.7 million in 2008. Net income increased $5.5 million to net income of $4.1 million in 2009 from a net loss of $1.4 million in 2008. Silver production increased 41% to 2,427,156 ounces in 2009 from 1,722,274 ounces in 2008. Cash provided by operations increased $6.3 million to $2.4 million in 2009 from $3.9 million cash used by operations in 2008.
Significant gains were achieved by U.S. Silver in 2009. New management took the necessary steps to reduce costs, increase production and invest for the future.
U.S. Silver's 2009 performance highlights are a result of disciplined execution of the Company's Mine Plan and a new management and operating philosophy. The Mine Plan included smart mining techniques and leveraging existing equipment. These measures led to profitability and cash flow gains in 2009 and set the course for further growth in 2010.
Mining operations focused on producing more ounces at lower costs, while maintaining necessary infrastructure and future development capacity in the mine. New smelter contracts were negotiated and new work areas were opened for both silver-copper and silver-lead ores. Key equipment was installed while raise and track development footage increased 37% and 12%, respectively, 2009 versus 2008. In the third quarter of 2009, work resumed on the Galena Shaft rehabilitation project and was substantially completed by the end of the first quarter 2010.
In early 2009 the Company reduced exploration drilling to conserve cash and 13,669 feet of exploration drilling was completed in 2009, compared to 68,365 feet of exploration drilling in 2008. This year, two exploratory drills have again been deployed with 50,000 feet of exploration drilling forecast for 2010.
Company CEO, Tom Parker stated, "2009 was a year of achievements in mine operations, productivity and profitability. With renewed infrastructure and equipment, a highly skilled work force and the rebuilt Galena shaft we are now positioned for the future."
In the course of the preparing the Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, management identified a number of errors in accounting for its long-term retirement plans and in its accounting for income taxes. Management conducted a review of the errors in order to record correcting adjustments and, as part of this review, identified a number of other errors in the 2008 consolidated financial statements. As a result, the Company has restated its consolidated balance sheet as at December 31, 2008, as well as its consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss) and cash flows for the year then ended. The restatement is more fully described in Note 24 to the 2009FS. The Company believes the net effect of all the 2008 restatements is not material to the Company's financial position .
The complete 2009 Audited Financial Statements and Management Discussion & Analysis are available at www.sedar.com as well as at www.us-silver.com.

There is a short or naked short position in SFMI and I think that is an obvious conclusion if you have been watching the daily, weekly, and monthly trading activity. JMHO
This was answered by rockyx in this post....
Splain this to me. Why is there a Finra site that tells us short and long for the day.
regsho.finra.org/FORFshvol20100507.txt
Yup, that's realistic, and those numbers were in fact short positions that are not being covered so all of the shares in SFMI would be short in less than 1 year and we should then be in a NSS position and all shares sold would then naked shorts. So I tell you that I think that it is naked short selling. That's for real!!! Only those who think they don't have to cover short a penny stock like SFMI in the first place. I say they walk among us??? Just check out the short positions posted by Finra. These people are not going to like throwing money off of high buildings on a windy day.
JMHO
The more often that I keep correcting your posts and changing the structure, the more it sets the record straight and and gives credibility to the board. There is a short position in SFMI and you can verify that if you do your DD . The postings stating that you have spewed lies on the board is a fact. The only things posted by you are unsubstantieated assumptions and opinions based on your own imagination masquerading as DD. As I have always stated you are cautioned to read the messages posted here and then follow up with your own DD to make your own decisions. It's easy to differentiate messages posted on a message board that are wild azz assumptions and opinions made by a desperate short poster and no weight should be placed on those observations without first doing proper DD JMHO
Firstly , welcome to the board. Looks like you have done your DD for being new here. Many of the others that are long and have mostly picked up their shares for just a few pennies have repeatedly posted facts and have not hidden behind unsubstantiated lies and opinions. The one thing many want known is just how tiny this company really is and how large the share price will move once the company becomes known for what they have, not the lies being spewed by some. Longs will not be happy walking away with 50 cent gains because the real value is far beyond that. There is a PAID agenda to keep the share price low because of the massive short position on this stock. The shorts are trying to obfuscate the truth by posting all kinds of numbers, figures, opinions and lies to hide the fact that SFMI is about to produce gold and silver and that the share price is going to rise leaving them with a massive short position they will have to cover.
The hard and serious question one needs to ask is why would the company build a mill, put it on a webcam for all to see, if there was no gold and silver to process? I know one thing for sure and that is that I am glad that I did not wait to become a shareholder because my gains are huge and there is a long way to go. The only bagholders here will be thos holding empty bags because they did not get on the train in time. JMHO
You are not understanding the meaning of the claims. Here is a quote from another site that has answered your question:
Notice
Patented v Unpatented
It means that patented is registered as known reserves with the USA
Unpatented meaning Unknown Reserves
In other words Where is lists 29% patented it mean 71% is within the Unpatented to total 100%
No worries, mate!
Lets just say that May 17 is a fast approaching date.Back on Mar 17 they released a PR about the opening of the Mill on Apr 19 I have been to mill openings and was allowed to tour the facilities and have the entire operation explained. SFMI invited many but they did not invite PAID. The APR 19 and 20 Pr states that they are in operation and producing gold and silver. Lo and behold another PR comes out that they will selling the produced gold on May 17 ( key word being "START SELLING") and they can run 2 - 10 hr shifts at 50 tons per shift. Then it goes on to say that expected mill grades and throughputs to be announced in ensuing releases( again key word being expected but it could be sooner. These things can happen sooner than expected). Now I say that the PRS are bang on and all one has to do is view the webcam to get the truth. JMO
I will tell you what I am seeing and that is the crushed ore appears to have a high content of granite because that is what War Eagle Mountain is made of. It's too bad they spilled some of this ore as it's laden with gold and silver. Since this was gold bearing quartz that was going thru the crusher circuit you could see a little being spilled but that will change with a bit of experience running the mill.It is evident that the tailings are more than likely loaded with gold and silver or they would not have bothered building a mill to process the ore. There are possibilities that some, perhaps a large amount of the tailings contain motherlode veins, but this will not be known until they have processed a huge amount of the stock piled ore. We will know the actual numbers shortly because the mill can run at 2 ten hour shifts per day. I would not miss this ride becuase once it starts moving it's going to be very difficult to get on board. JMO
Not one person out of the 309 million residents in the U.S or even one person out of the approx 6 billion residents of the entire planet can refute there is production at the mill. The web Cam, up to and including this date, is clear evidence of the progress leading up to May 17th when the company has announced that gold and silver will be for sale. That is total production at this point since the company has stated that the mill can run at two 10 hour shifts daily. So lets try to stick to facts as stated by the company in their news releases and the facts that are evident on the webcam. The rumors and opinions being spread, that are not backed by any facts or evidence, demonstrate just how false information can be spread. Factual responses are required to protect the credibility of the board. JMO
The continuous rewording is only a sign of setting the record straight and legitimate investors welcome this from a sincere investor. It is not at all like the incredulous postulations made by negative posters on this board that offer no proof to their misleading posts. I think there is one thing you have to understand about SFMI and that is the company is now production of gold and silver. Investors can view it on the web cam. When SFMI is showing a profit for a few quarters consecutivly the market is going to reward them with a share price many multiples of where it is now. Therefore SFMI at this time is way under priced. JMO
