Yes, read my post with the list of instructions. You have to call your broker to request the transfer of shares.
Nope TDA didn’t charge anything
Fees will be deducted from the payment from the escrow agent
Still no funds
I don't think any payments will hit tomorrow; although many banks will be open, my understanding is that inter-bank transactions will not be taking place.
As soon as someone confirms they've received funds MSSV will take off. The float is ridiculously low, this is one of those stocks than can go up 1000% or more in a day.
Yep it’s going to blow up once someone posts they’ve received funds. Front loaders took advantage of the volume Tuesday to position themselves for the run.
Still no funds
Well if you want some negative info that could affect MSSV's stock price, then there's the fact they're late in filing (brings back bad LAHO memories!) and have 6 billion shares to dilute once volume is consistent enough especially once the LAHO payouts start hitting.
What's so funny about it, the revenue amount didn't change just how they have to amortize it over the term of the license:
The Company determined that the recognition of $1,905,000 of revenue recognized during the quarter ended June 30, 2021 resulting from the grant of a license to an unrelated third party to develop and commercialize intellectual property controlled by the Company should be recognized over the term of the license which is 15 years.
No, the insiders are front-loading before the payouts like they did with LAHO
Still no funds
Call it whatever you want, but the fact of the matter is these conversions are holding the stock down and until they're done the MM's are not going to let it run. Hopefully that will be soon.
The bottom will be in when the dilution stops
Still no funds
No funds yet
Yes, I just noticed he initialed and signed it so maybe it is considered complete now and that message at the bottom he forgot to delete. We'll see.
I completed everything on December 3rd including the revised Escrow Wiring Form with the field for the account number, then I get an email this morning that I needed to complete the Escrow Wiring Form that has the field for the account number. I logged into DocuSign and everything is there so hopefully it's just a mistake on Peter's part because there's nothing else I've needed to do since the 3rd as far as DocuSign is concerned.
Do you think the company did all this to back out and face criminal charges? Of course not! They are working with limited resources and doing their best to get everyone paid, I would expect to see funds start hitting no later than next Wednesday but probably Monday or Tuesday for the first batch.
lol I can't believe all the whining when the company has done everything they said they were going to do with the payouts and we're almost across the finish line. There has been more bitching after the company initiated the transfer of shares process than there was when we all thought our money was gone forever. You can't make this sh*t up!
I was matched and shares transferred on the 9th also, so we'll see
I think someone posted the other day they used this company

The only thing that will help RGBP right now is if Koos issues a PR stating how the $50 million will be raised/paid. If he doesn't come out with something good you can thank him for ruining Christmas! Ebenezer Koos!
There's no gap
Hey buddy, long time no see here or over yonder, hope all is well with you and your family
I hope you mean dollars and not shares lol
That's all you need to send to VStock, but I included a copy of the agreement and my broker statement. It was overkill but I did it early on and didn't want to take any chances. But yes, they only need their form.
Apparently no one read the list of instructions I posted yesterday which will answer almost any question about the process.
You don't need to send certificates unless you actually physically have them which I assume you don't because your broker is the custodian of your shares (hence the need for the DWAC Withdrawal request), so just send in the form after you get it stamped.
1. Complete the first DocuSign documents which include the Share Buyback Agreement (Return to Treasury Agreement), the Escrow Wiring Information form (this is the one for your bank details), and the VStock DWAC Withdrawal and Cancellation Form (the one that needs the medallion stamp).
You will need to know your broker's DTC Participant number to put on the VStock form which can be found here:
https://www.dtcc.com/-/media/Files/Downloads/client-center/DTC/alpha.pdf
TDA is 0188
2. Download the whole package, complete the VStock form and take it to your bank for the medallion stamp (also bring the Return to Treasury Agreement and your most current broker statement showing your shares).
3. Once you have the VStock form completed with the medallion stamp, send that to VStock (instructions are on the form).
4. After VStock processes your information, you will receive an email from them either confirming everything is in order (matched) or they require additional info (assuming you forgot something or made an error).
5. Once you are processed, call your broker and tell them SPECIFICALLY you want to make a DWAC Withdrawal of your LAHO shares to VStock Transfer. They may ask for VStock's control number which is 50236.
6. If everything is in order and your broker completes the request, you should see the shares gone from your account within 24 hours (took TDA just a few hours for me).
That's it in a nutshell, if anyone has anything to add that may be helpful to those still going through or starting the process please copy and paste this with the additional info.
You need a medallion signature guarantee stamp on the VStock DWAC Withrawal form, your bank can do this for you
If you're not paying attention to the MSSV board you're missing all of the key information regarding the payouts
Truly unbelievable! When do you think MSSV will get current with filings? With the holidays and a new auditor I would expect it to take a few more weeks.
That's a great idea because the same questions keep getting asked repeatedly
Same here, I called TDA yesterday and the guy who answered the call had no idea what to do when I said I needed to make a DWAC transfer; he got on the phone with someone who did know and helped him complete the form - I told him it was a good learning experience! Received email from VStock a couple of hours later and shares were gone a few hours after that.
Ah ok thanks buddy
No one has asked me for any payment but I thought I saw a post last week that someone was asked for their credit card by VStock
Did you guys have to pay any fees yet?
