$200,000 is nothing to scoff at my friend, especially during these times. That is indeed a major investment into a star-up company if I ever saw one, which is quite possibly the reason why GGLB is diluting to keep the PPS down so that $200,000 can buy 2 billion shares.

Aannubis, What if an investor contacts Green Globe wanting a large investment in the company by either acquiring preferred shares or buying shares of the stock at a price as low as possible in order to own a majority of Green Globe? Green Globe would have to hurry and act in order to facilitate such a request by issuing diluted shares to the investor to be able to get that investor the (lets hypothetically say) 2 billion shares @.0001?

Until it happens, then it hasn't happened. But even if it did, GGLB is still proving to use the funds to expand the company through acquisitions and more partnerships and more contracts with new clients that are currently and will be bringing in more revenue.
