That shovel should have Jon Edwards face printed on it :)
daniel what trading platform do you use?
Strange how it comes through as NITE.
You will not get any at .0042 as long as the 7million support is at .0043
Dont wast your money unless you buy millions. they will just drop it. I would place my bid just above the 7million bid as you know that will be support. ;)
I think that 5,000 from NITE is just a trigger for more selling at .0045
about 3million
WOW I just saw over 7million on the bid at .0044 just a second ago, but then removed. that would help :)
NOW 7million + on the BID at .0043. Come on man set it for .0045,
I remember that. That was when the PR was released at 9am to the brokers but did not hit the public till about 10:30am. The MMs drove the stock down hard over 50% in 15min just to have it bounce back and end positive. That was the news about obtaining the Berlin power plant land deal. That deal was to be completed by August and it did not happen till December. I remember my rants on this board almost got me kicked off.
I own 2.5% of the A/S and BigBucks has more than me.

RE: 3. LLEG currently has a portfolio of over 100megawatts worth of powerplants, correct?
Not yet but working on closing deals
RE: 4. I remember back in the day (2 years ago) there was some resistance from a community (forgot which one) who wasn't sure they wanted LLEG in their town. Has this been cleared up?
That was Ellicottville, NY the original sawmill to Power plant. That deal is DEAD.
The city of Berlin is behind LLEG 100% on this one.
RE: 5.
What can LLEG's 2012 Net income REALISTICALLY/POSSIBLY be?
We need the annual report that should be coming very soon. We do not know all the details yet.
Great job Mike, Do you know if I will need to have in my paper Certificate once we uplist? It looks nice on my wall :)

Not sure what you mean by "why is it Edrest Properties posted them on this board this morning?"
We do not know the full extent of your sale of Berlin. I feel we only received a down payment for the sale and more is due us once SEC and PUC approve. BUT we will see the final numbers soon.
I am very happy with my position. Someone is selling at .0045 but I think they need the case and are forced to sell because the potential in LLEG is way too good to be selling.
"As you may be aware, the long-term power purchase agreement for this project (Berlin,NH) was recently finalized."

Jon: maybe you should move to New Bedford, Massachusetts, I hear there is a BioMass plant you can try and stop because of real Estate prices :)
The 1st house fell through, the 2nd I was outbid on, and today I bid on a 3rd house just lowered from $299,000 to $240,000.
Good luck to all of us longs that have held onto our shares. Mike is doing great things.
Thank you for all of your input, it is much appreciated
YAHOOOO I am out of JAIL. Man I hate those..... nevermind :)
I think LaidLaw is doing good. Thank you to whoever is keeping the pop at the end of the day. I have not sold any since my 3million last month for a house purchase that did fall through.
Lets go MIKE, I know you will prevail for us
Hear Ye, Hear Ye, learn about LLEG ! ! ! by BigBucksFL
LLEG will soon be charting new territory in its pps. To acomplish this we have the following events soon to unfold.
With conditional approval of the 20 year Power Purchase Agreement, valued at $1.3T+, final approval is just around the corner;

PSNH will soon file revised Laidlaw Purchase Power Agreement
by Edith Tuckerwrite the author
May 04, 2011
BERLIN — Public Service of New Hampshire is nearly ready to file a modified purchase power agreement (PPA) between Public Service of N.H. and Laidlaw Berlin BioPower-Berlin Station that is designed to meet the requirements that the state Public Utility Commission (PUC) imposed under its conditional approval of the one that PSNH originally proposed.
....
The PUC ruled that it "would, however, approve a modified PPA complying with certain conditions that (would) mitigate risk to PSNH's default service customers and reduce total payments to approximately $1.3 billion over the term of the PPA."
Halle said that Cate Capital has worked closely with Ramsey and other PSNH staff and is confident that the new filing will meet the PUC's conditions and that the project will be able to move forward.
Other modifications requested by Laidlaw are now pending before the state Site Evaluation Committee (SEC). A final hearing on Laidlaw's request to transfer and amend its permit is tentatively scheduled for either May 18 or 19.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
http://www.newhampshirelakesandmountains.com/Articles-c-2011-05-03-153836.113119-PSNH-will-soon-file-revised-Laidlaw-Purchase-Power-Agreement-.html
This will likely be filed this week or early next and it is likely that FINAL APPROVAL will be granted by the END OF MONTH.
From here we move on to the motion before the SEC, scheduled for a hearing date of May 18th, Next Wednesday. With the matters now before the SEC amounting to housekeeping matters, I expect a quick and timely approval, LIKELY within one (1) week of the hearing. Despite the random musings suggesting otherwise, there is no real matter of concern in this motion. LLEG is simply meeting the requirements set down in the original site permit, which was granted unanimously November 9, 2010.
Before the SEC is permission to set up a new entity involving and keeping the same parties of interest and ownership as originally permitted. This is being done to meet finance requirements of lenders and also to meet guidelines for the MILLION$$$$ in tax CREDITS this facility will now be getting. Love that FREE MONEY ! ! ! ! ! !
In addition, LLEG wants to increase capacity from 70 to 75MW. This will be done through increased efficiency, requiring NO ADDITIONAL wood to be burned, laying to rest one specific intervenors whole premise for intervening. So if he strays into the heart of the original permit and its already approved proceedures in making his case, the SEC has already warned him, in writing, this will not be allowed to relitigate already approved issues including the original granted permit. Should he cross that line, he is gone or reprimanded harshly, IMO.
The two remaining issues before the SEC are replacing contractors with more skilled and highly reputable and experienced contractors improving quality and assuring quality work on the site. Don't see a problem there either. And replacing the wood supplier with one who already has the capacity to handle the load and volume the facility will require when operational. Not really an issue except for one intervenor who lacks any credibility, has filed humorous arguments and motions expecting them to actually be considered with ANY weight. This too is not an issue.
HOW DO I KNOW these will not be issues? because the SEC has set down an expedited schedule to clear this matter in a timely manner, with one (1) scheduled hearing, and an ORDER preventing any attempt to relitigate the already GRANTED PERMIT.
I expect FINAL APPROVAL OF THE PERMIT'S CHANGES within one week of the hearing date, once again, BEFORE THE END OF MONTH.
ADD to these TWO (2) events happening MOST LIKELY before the EOM, we have the closing of the Equity sale of LLEG's interest in the Berlin facility, which likely will take place shortly thereafter most likely ending the N.D. agreement on details. Also taking place within the same estimated time frame or shortly thereafter, we will likely see paperwork filed to UpList, including disclosures, which with the N.D. agreement in tact currently, likely has to wait till then to be filed.
ANYONE WHO HONESTLY believes that these events unfolding will not cause the pps of LLEG to soar is simply fooling themselves.
Add to these events we have the CA. acquisition to have a PPA announced followed shortly thereafter with closing that acquisition. Add to this we have several other facilities on the watch to be acquired by LLEG.

The Applicant believes that combining the attributes and responsibilities of PJPD and LBB addresses one of the concerns originally expressed by the Subcommittee,' thus strengthening the Projel. Likewise, the Subcommittee placed weight on the fact that "the senior management of the Applicant, NewCo, Aware and LBB are highly qualified for raising capital for construction and operation of the facility." Decision at 47. ln fact, those same highly qualified persons remain in place in this new structure and the Applicant now believes it has reached the point where, if the PPA is approved and this Subcommittee acts favorably on this
Motion, the financing will close shortly thereafter.

We still have a substantial financial interest in that project. To the extent we are cashed out at project financial closing my goal is to buy an operating plant that will immediately add revenue to the company. Hopefully you should be able to read all the details when our registration statement is filed. We have targeted several new deals that have not been previously discussed, so there may be a few surprises coming down the road hopefully very soon. Have a great holiday.

I agree. Going forward LLEG will be the 100% equity holder of all projects currently under development or targeted as acquisitions unless we do a JV on a project with a strategic partner or sell some equity in the project for project financing purposes. This should make everything much clearer and less cumbersome moving forward.

PUC grants Laidlaw conditional approval on PPA
By Barbara Tetreault
Apr 19, 2011 12:00 am
CONCORD – The N.H. Public Utilities Commission late yesterday afternoon issued granted conditional approval to a proposed purchase power agreement between Public Service of N.H. and Laidlaw Berlin BioPower/Berlin Station.
The PUC said it found the agreement as filed not in the public’s interest. It noted the PPA could cost as much at $2 billion over its 20 year term.
But the agency said it “would, however, approve a modified PPA complying with certain conditions that mitigate risk to PSNH’s default service customers and reduce total payments to approximately $1.3 billion over the term of the PPA”.
The hearing on the PPA ran for five days this winter and parties had until Feb. 14 to submit closing arguments. The city intervened in favor of the PPA and urged the PUC to rule quickly on the agreement.
The decision comes just days before Laidlaw/Berlin station is set to appear before the N.H. Site Evaluation Committee this Friday on its joint request to transfer the certificate of site and facility from Laidlaw to Berlin Station. The SEC last year granted Laidlaw conditional approval to construct and operate a 70-megawatt biomass plant on the former mill site. Laidlaw has since announced reorganization and a change in its major contractor and fuel supplier. One of the conditions of the SEC certificate is an approved PPA.
Jon the important line in your post is "parties with a significant interest" You have no significant interest. Your interest is minor at this point.
You are right I now remember I sold about 1-2million shares back in Sept/oct.
I have taxes to do this weekend so I better find my paperwork.
