I spoke with investor relations last week. It was mentioned that the audited financials will be out in 2 to 3 weeks. Once this has been completed they will look at a listing on the NASDAQ
The business address from the last filing is different from the one listed in the box above. The box states NJ, but the filing states CA. Did they move. http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1364208/000114420408036965/0001144204-08-036965.txt
Is Adam really that Rockefeller dude they just caught. Getting the feeling because of the lack of press releases that he skipped town
I called Seacoast Advisors at 858-509-9900 on Friday. It went straight to voicemail and no one has called back yet. I believe persons here have called Keith. He was not one of the names on the voice mail options

Put a buy order in for 5000 at .10 and it got filled at .09
I was willing to pay more, but got in lower....go figure
Just checked with my CVS (Lombard, Illinois....burb of Chicago) they have been at the CVS since 7/27. The price is 9.99. Now we know why Walgreens dropped the price. There were no bulbs on the shelf
Maybe the day we saw the trading in Germany and high trading here is when it was first noticed at CVS
There is no way you can spin this as bad. I would take a 3 dollar reducation margin and see sales increase by 50 to 100 percent. I would take that trade off in a heartbeat

Interesting that we did not appear to see a sell off from the buys at .025
It does not appear that the shares were bought to flip

Xenonics' SuperVision Facilitates Narcotics Bust in Northern California Mountains
Wednesday August 6, 7:30 am ET
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--"Without SuperVision, we would have missed a 60 pound narcotics exchange, the subsequent arrest of four individuals, and the seizure of two firearms," an investigator for the U.S. Forest Service reported to XENONICS HOLDINGS, INC. (AMEX:XNN - News) about his experience with the Company's patented SuperVision high-definition night vision device.

"We purchased a SuperVision to support our night operations in large marijuana grow sites deep in the mountains of northern California," the investigator wrote. "One night another agent and I were on LP/OP assignments approximately 250 yards from a known drop location. My partner was equipped with a typical Gen 3 greenlight (night vision) scope and I with my SuperVision. Using SuperVision's zoom feature, I was able to capture all the targets' activities, including bundle exchanges, but all my partner could see was 'ants on the hillside.' I looked through his greenlight scope for comparison and saw exactly that, just ants on a hillside."
Xenonics CEO Chuck Hunter said, "This is typical of the feedback we receive from police and public safety officers representing more than 80 departments around the country. SuperVision delivers the nighttime surveillance capabilities our customers have long been looking for, but could not find before even with the most expensive Gen 3 equipment. SuperVision is proving itself in the field to be an invaluable tool that helps police and public safety officers perform their difficult jobs better, easier and safer."
SuperVision is a hand-held, lightweight high-definition night vision system that uses a sophisticated multispectral CCD sensor and proprietary digital signal processor to transform ambient light that is invisible to the naked eye into a sharp and clear digital video image on an HDTV display. SuperVision provides unprecedented resolution, clarity, and range, and offers up to 8x zoom capability, features no other vision system can match.
I agree this was a great entry point.

The CREW serve should be announced soon.
The warrants issues that happened this week was interesting. They did not exercise the warrents at .60 but made the decision to extend the warrants another 6 months and a 50% increase in the price of the warrants. Odd
As I said, then they don't have much power
They don't have much power then. This is the best they can do? Bring it back to the trading range it has been in the past several weeks. If they had true power to do what you say, they should put this into double digits. at least .15 or .20
Well no one is buying or selling now. snails pace. Nothing moving
I agree shmolton. Hope we are correct
The sp has gone up not down on the increased volume
would be awesome

Thanks for the feedback shmolton.
The trading doesn't seem to support a change to negative news. In fact it seems to be creating a good base
I do remember that. So you see this as the same holding pattern. Nothing new.
I hope you are right shmolton. I am going to wait this out
