call them if you are concerned.
Niether failed management and more pinksheet bs
Those are shorts, the sells do outweigh the buys. Don't believe this BS. People are selling into the shorts and they are making money. Too bad Chris didn't follow through with his share reduction. I lost confidence in him.
Bundle how is it in Idaho?
75b shares outstanding?
Is that correct? Or is it just too early in the morning?
Wow that is a record isn't it?
Did you call them and ask if they have had any further discussions with this automotive supplier?
haha dropped on him like a hammer!
If the company retires shares they will not be open market purchases to retire.
Looks like reverse in in the works.
Its a stated shell, this isn't going to do anything...
Yes your post is negativity, my post about being a lottery ticket is reality. It may go up and it may go up a lot. Or it could spiral down to .0001. So yes you were negative and I was realistic.
Its not a company to value, its a lottery ticket, the company has little cash, no real assets other than 4 tickets on the HM3 train.
What is the liquidation value of those discounted cash flows?
Umm thats not a valuation model. Thats a hope and a prayer. Haaha
Based on what valuation model?
Oh yes i am sure you do...
Yes you do..
Hmm nice negativity. I sure hope you are not short. This thing is probably going to blow up in your face.
Does this look like a triple bottom?
Haha you could never have been so wrong. How many $ in assets do you think they could have on the books by the end of the year?
Kidd was diluting and tried to earlier this year from my understand. Again I understand he tried to hit the shareholders for another 240m shares.
From my conversations he had nothing to do with the shell as it was taken from him in court for debts owed by the company.
No I think they said 20 business days from the 3rd so on the 31st.
He is not in any way what so ever involved. I hear your concern, IMO kidd is dirty but from what I understand he is gone. You can call Jeff if you would like. 559 281-9532
It doesn't even really matter but oddly enough we are still discussing the past! LOL
Aries can you put up bid and ask at TOS?
The fill for 1,000 shares was a sell after the bids were hit with the larger orders that brought the bids down to the final .10. It didn't just drop from 0.17 al the way to .10 on 1,000.
No it was more like 67,000 shares at the bid. That is what took it down the 5c.
Yes those 3 are the only ones that are for public co's. They would have more than likely filed a domocile in CA, no one who doesn't have to uses CA. Could you imagine waiting 2 months to have an ammendment stamped by the state? CA Sec. of State is really slow.
Wonder if they might pr it soon?
Posting to Sec of state website...
Anyone see that?
hmmm
Wonder what it was?
Because it is additional paid in capital on the BS. The $10k in capital on the balance is the initial stock to back when the company started.
The amount is $1,484,950, saying that owners have put that much in cash into the company.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paid_in_capital
Paid in capital (Paid-in capital or Contributed capital) refers to the capital contributed to a corporation by investors through purchase of stock from the corporation (primary market) (not through purchase of stock in the open market from other stockholders (secondary market)). It includes share capital (i.e. capital stock) as well as additional paid-in capital.
However, the term has different definitions in different contexts. For example, it could refer to the money that a company gets from potential investors in addition to the stated (nominal or par) value of the stock, which coincides with the definition of Additional paid-in capital (Paid-in capital in excess of par). The user should be aware of the use of the term and abbreviation, otherwise it may be misleading.
Wow thats a great idea! I wish I would have thought of that!
Someone should call Jeff and let him know!
Its not even funny just sad.
How can this guy even find his way out of bed in the AM?
OMG you are so ingorant.
They are not involved in Golf.
Call the number in the morning if your not to ignorant.
