Yes I have a number and name on several fronts. I told you to take your 25% gain from .03-.04 but I see the PPS starting it's slow slide down again. Too bad-maybe on the next pump you can do better but this is probably going to be the last one. Sure must be hard to unload a lot of shares nowadays although today I think was a high volume day. Seems Mario is driving his shares higher. Can you believe a 1.25 for a .07cents stock and a small service company to boot. With Joe supporting Caddo with BDGR's money as an exclusive service provider-it must be a heck of a lot of money to justify a 1.25 offer. Makes you wonder if BDGR goes the summit route which I don't think it will how will Caddo keep up the cash cow flow. Maybe Joe has changed his mind and likes things the way they are!! Another too good to be true story in my opinion.

Read the PR carefully. It states that oil leases have to be in title and verified. I thought this was a service company? Guess not -this is probably where BDGR leases are disguised under. Seems like son is learning a lot from you know who. Gold leases last week and now this-something very fishy here. I smell a rat.Nord Oil did this same thing about being bought by a chinese firm and guess what-management decided that it was in the best interests of the shareholders to reject the offer and it was never put to a vote. Bet same thing happens here-just another pump and dump.

Just another insider expressing his personal opinion like he did almost two weeks ago. Funny how the message is very similar! I think you will have to wait for the trial. Funny how this and the very long protracted delay have not been mentioned by Summit. This is all BS!! Did not Joe mention in the last PR about imminent news soon and lots of it-only he could hope to save his soul or whats left of it. Soon- soon being like when the audit was in the mail. Keep dreaming as this adventure is hopefully nearing an end soon. Maybe there will be news like the last post!!

Just goes to confirm that Summit is probably no better than you know who!!! I share your concerns and that is why this has to stop for people are not going to make out here-only the owners. Summit will probably be just another entity that gets paid long before the shareholders do and profits will be nonexistent until the debt or loan is paid off which by the way could be years and years and years!!!!!! This was set up to generate cash by the selling of shares so the company could grow -make profits and direct all of it to the shell companies. You are absolutely right Kenco-however the management of a lot of these companies is such that they seem to issue many stretched very hopeful PR's that never materialize. I had about 10 pink sheet companies and they all went from many cents down to nothing and for a good reason as the issued PR's never materialized!! Too much pumping on many managements of these companies. I understand the cost issues as well but the facts of these companies are such that only less than 5% ever make it out and become profitable fully reporting companies-those are the facts!!! It is quite a gamble here!!!

There is way more risk here than meets the eye! What's happening to the pie in the sky Summit deal? Just like I thought-another scam perpetrated by you know who. Latest few days of volume suggest nothing going to happen. It's been almost 6 months now since deal was announced and still nothing happening. Just wait a few more months that's all! This company is going down just as most pinks do eventually. These pinks should not even be allowed to exist with investors never getting any verifiable financals and PR's that are lie after lie. Don't throw any money at pinks-that would be my best advice-the odds are always against you in these stocks by far. Still waiting for the storm to come and it should be a good one!!!!! Hope is fading fast here.....

Kenco, Thank you for the support!!! I know the ground I am standing on and it is very solid. I am trying to do what others have not and when I set my mind on something I usually end up very successful in my endeavors. I thank all of you for the support and words of encouragement. I do not wish loses on anyone but this company is without a doubt a scam for Lanza and I am going to do my best to see it end one way or another. It took a lot of guts to pull the trigger and take my loses-it really really hurt!I too have been a long term holder and bought into all the lies and payed much for a lot of my shares. At some point I determined that it was better to take what was left which was around 20k and not see Lanza drive it to nothing. I gave him every benefit of the doubt and he drove the stock into the ground!! With that I am now fully engaged with his going away and it will take some powerful people to do it and he might not be so lucky this time around. I am sick of all the promises of things will be better this time but my gut tells me otherwise. I learn from my mistakes and this has been a very expensive lesson. I thought we had a chance with Lou but even he stepped aside and believed the lastest lie. There is lots going on behind the doors that I am not even allowed to know due to the legal nature of things but I am hopeful that justice will be served here. What happens in the end I do not know but I hope the existing shareholders do not lose and Lanza is removed for good. He wants to leave I'm sure due to the heat coming his way. He will leave with whatever he can steal from you all that I am sure. With the lack of info coming from Summit I can only believe that it is some sort of smoke and mirror play-don't trust him for a second. How many shares are outstanding now???? We do not know for sure-way too many unanswered questions in this whole mess. I still want to know where the oil in the tanks went last summer. That is a bonafide felony if what I think happened to it. So I am not bashing the stock just the people running the show and all the behind the scenes pumping going on so a few can sell out when the next promise comes along. One shareholder to testify against me-you got to be kidding-I have hundreds who will testify against BDGR! I am not trying to scare anyone, just letting people know that justice is being sought for BDGR's thousands of lies. Too bad the summit PR's have not had the desired effect you would like -to get the stock up so you can dump and make a profit. I have info on Larry in NY and I think he has enough info to help my case if need be in a court of law. People can be deposed for testifying and my brother in law is a great lawyer who would be happy to help here..BDGR has lost people their money-not me. If they had been an honest reporting company then yes the shares would be way above what they are now. It is them that have caused the true loses-not me. And Lou better watch what he says as he has been on the board and has many more legal issues than I would have. I have every printed PR from BDGR and it is quite easy to fill in the dots and I have good reason for simply warning people about losing money on lie after lie just like it happened to me. I would not touch this company ever again no matter what happens!!! It has been a scam since the very beginning. Everything you say is true and yes there are many many unanswered questions! Stay away from this company if you want to keep your money! Justice is still being sought and it takes some time..For those buying now i will not feel sorry if you lose it all for you have all been told the truth about good ole Joe.

Good catch upabuck- So it seems the funders or someone will have to insure the 100mil for 10x 139k or 1.4mil just to safely have 100mil. Sounds about right to me-the only negative is who is going to pay for these added costs-The shareholders of course!!!!! Not our up and up Joe that's for sure!!!

Or is it just getting together lease holders no matter what the size and splitting up the percentages? Your right also. The SEC does want what is best for the shareholders and that is that no more people lose money on this scam of a company. Time will tell-you will see. At 8000 acres as Joe said and with deep rights needing 640 continous acres there can't be that many deep wells to drill. So you see 100 million is way out of the ballpark as far as what is needed here!! So let's look at this latest Pr! Working interests? So whats the net to BDGR after Lanza's take and costs? 1000 wells on 8000 acres equals about 1 well per 8 acres. Wonder how much oil is left per acre? In addition 62bbls +20 +20 =100bbls/day x 30 days is about 3000bbls/month-A far cry from the 7000-9000 from a few months ago and really far from 30kbbls! 300 wells pumping only 62bbls a day is a real bummer-only 1/2 barrel per well per day!!They must be pretty spent. At least he let the cat out of the bag with some information to decipher. My opinion is this company(Summit) would not spend even 10mil on just 8000 acres. Why do you think the other wells are not in production-because they are dry after pumping for years. This company is worth what the market says it's worth and thats about 2 cents at best. Soon maybe even much less!! All the profit probably goes right back into the overriding royalties for you know who. What ever happened to the 10k bbls in the tanks from this past summer? Guess?
