Unfortunately, the only people who’ve tried to “dry up shares” are the long-suffering, retail shareholders and we can’t hold the bag forever. The company and management has never tried to “dry up shares” they’ve only added to the shares by the millions and millions and millions every month; so I don’t have a lot of faith that the company is going to support the stock ever at any time.
So it leaves me in a quandary. I believe in the science and I know this will be approved, but I just cannot wrap my head around any of the Wall Street bullshit stuff.
Just trying to understand the process. And the risks. I can’t wrap my head around how someone would actually pay 6 to 10% interest in order to short a stock with this much potential for growth? If you have any insight, let me know.
True true. There is a time value component. And I have been holding these buggers for over a decade. So that would’ve been a lot of interest payments I suppose.
Thanks Mav. Will do. Good ideas
Hey Board. Want to pick all of your brains for some insight. My brokers keep sending me info regarding their fully paid lending program.
Since all of my shares are in cash account and not a margin accounts, they offered to give me an interest rate or something like that if I allow them to lend my shares.
I assume that they will lend them to shorts who pay the interest payment. They then share that payment with you and they keep half the broker. It does seem to possibly give you some income but what I’m worried about is what are the risks.???
I know the shorts will use the lent shares to pressure the shares down in price. But aside from that I wonder what other potential risks there are.
Does anybody have any experience with this? And they say I can’t lose my shares and that I can sell at any time but I’m wondering if the downside is that shorts will just steal (ie “go bankrupt”) my shares or not pay them back if the stock does go up? Anybody have any insight on these type of brokerage programs?
After reading this overview, it would be undisputed that there are a very large amount of naked hidden counterfeit shares short in this security. Some may actually have been grandfathered so as to not show up anywhere. Our lawsuit is important because there is absolutely no enforcement from regulators regarding this issue.
This is what we’re up against. Looks almost insurmountable unfortunately. Need revenue to overcome. Somewhat.

Dr. Hi agree. I agree. But don’t forget the panic of 1898. That was a big delay too.
And of course, the Spanish flu.
Hmmm She didn’t look that old to me and looked quite with it when I visited with her at Asko 2022. I think she’s quite smart.
Jack. You might need to modify your analogy. You do know that the CEO is a woman? For this company?
I agree with j e d. until there is provided a reasonable response to the question he ask, I will consider the credibility of your observations to be suspect.
I do understand your pain regarding your friend with GBM having seen dozens of people succumb to this dreadfully terrible disease.
I still wonder why the company is not seeking a partnership or something, to move this along quicker? I am worried that the focus is primarily on the on the stock bonus’ that they want us to approve and on the increased share count.
As this get stringed this along for a long period of time more people die of this terrible dreadful disease.
I believe the last patient put on the trial occurred in 2015.
If memory serves the blended data used follow up up until 2017.
It’s possible there was a single patient that was alive and did not event for the 2018 study but with additional follow up for the JAMA trial ended up eventing prior to the 2018 median. Hence shifting the median down a little bit on the current study.

Thanks Fireman.
“current situation concerning market manipulation of a Cancer drug company”
I know this is something you have a lot of experience with. Thanks for the “heads up”
Will contact my senator right away.

True Jim. Perhaps the word pump was too strong. I took it back. It just seems that we’ve heard nothing about it.
Just checking on Any updates on the big Fireman prediction from last week or has turned out to be another pump? Anyone have any new insights on that?
Crash. I think you mean to say as it moves forward in the coming years. None of this stuff happens quickly.
I have been told that they cannot loan them out without your approval. However I worry that they might do it anyhow and just keep the premium profit payment for themselves and stiff your account. But legally I think they cannot do it without your permission. If you have a margin they can do whatever they want.
I hope so fireman. Because so far the only one who seems to keep selling is the company diluting. Constant dilution. Constant. Never it seems any concern for retail.
Cash account. Own outright. I never do margin. I’m going to get some more info on it this morning.
Thanks crash. Roth is the place to be for this sort of security! No taxes!
Thanks Ae. Awesome info. Wonderful DD
The shorts are getting ready. My broker just contacted me requesting approval to be able to use my fully owned shares to loan out to shorts.
They will pay an interest rate back to my account for allowing them to do this. Shorts are paying a premium for this because they cannot find shares to short.
They want to have a very high number able to short to manipulate down any rise. That and a lot of retail will sell at anytime this goes up and without new buyers, this will put a lot of downward pressure even with good news unfortunately.
We need some new buyers who are institutional and unfortunately we’re never going to get that on the OTC. Even with a cancer cure.!
I did not give them approval on my account to use my enormous share account for this purpose. Even though they would have paid me.
Vater. These type of trials are very difficult because this cancer is so malignant and kills pretty much everybody.
So nobody will sign up for a clinical trial if there’s a chance that they’re going to be on the placebo arm. Everybody wants the new experimental treatment. Hence our trial provided the crossover so that the placebo patience would Have a chance at getting the experimental therapy. This allowed the trial to be completed because had that not been in place the trail would’ve failed because no one would have signed up for being on the trial.
Bottom line though Vater is this is extremely positive DATA I am clearly certain this will be approved and be made available to patients. It’s obvious the company is ramping up production. I don’t know when.
I too sometimes get frustrated waiting for the journal. But I think there’s multiple balls in the air at this point in time. Really everything has been positive lately, the New York Academy of sciences presentation, the stuff happening over in England, the intellectual property protection. It all adds up to extremely positive things for this company.
I block all of those malicious posters who never add anything new. I also block anybody who brings up Enron with regard to Linda Powers because Her motivations I know to see this succeed are personal having seen Her father die from GBM.
The only negative for me is I can’t offer it to patients now who are really in need. It’s sad to see them die from this disease without the opportunity of getting this new in exciting dendritic cell vaccine.
Vator
I hear you and sometimes have the same feelings.
But over all my interactions this weekend gave me a sense of calmness, relief, and excitement for our future.
But I do hear what you’re saying after all of this long slog of time being involved with this company since 2013.
Lots of changes and I know they haven’t been able to meet a timeline in their existence yet.
But I think we’re going to see some positive steps coming forward fairly shortly. I hope.

I saw a link on this board to the Dr. KA talk.
But don’t know if the company has one yet.
Really really good talk in my opinion.
Alpha
I got the sense that they wanted to talk more about things and that there was excitement not trepidation.
I would advise you to look at the video of Dr. KA talk as I think he really went through the situation quite well. He specifically states that the data was blinded and refutes a lot of the AF BS.
Just got on the train to home from ASCO.
Yesterday the afternoon at the NWBO exhibit.
Attended the talk at the expert theater.
Was able to speak with AF for 10 minutes who was present at that meeting. I basically pushed back a little bit on his narrative as I think it’s important for him to receive some pushback heat given him some of the inaccuracies that he has Promoted.
His basic negative unfounded thesis was that the study was unblinded at the interim analysis and or at crossover so much so that the company knew the results and hence initiated the new endpoints.
I pushed back stating that for that to be true then all 65 ish Authors of the translational medicine article would be committing academic fraud because that journal article specifically states that at that time the data was Blinded. And asked him if he really believes that all those esteemed authors would all risk their reputations and be in on inaccurately reporting the blinded status for the article???
His response was that shareholders should ask the company if the data is so great then when are they going to file for approval?
Also was able to speak with Cofer and asked him when something is going to be done about all the lie’s people are promoting publicly against the company’s interests. He said “all in good time”. He was very positive about future events occur shortly.
Spoke with Linda Powers with Justin after the presentation And concur that she indicated that her father had passed away from Glioblastoma and that’s how she first became aware of this product. She also indicated that she’s certainly not doing this for the money given all of the crap that has been dished out towards that company. It did seem to be a passion of hers to see that this therapy be made available to all patients. So my takeaway is that any poster who says Linda is doing this just for the money or in anyway says Enron in the post is someone not to be trusted. Because I do not believe that is truthful at all regarding her motivations.
The talk, at the experts theater, while not being sexy, was very informative of how difficult manufacturing of this can be and how focused they are on achieving some automation in the process.
Also there was a good poster in the GBM poster session basically doing some groundwork saying that external controls is a legitimate methodology to compare treatments in diseases such as GPM.
Basically that’s my take on the ASCO meeting.
Longs stay strong. Journal will be forthcoming in my opinion shortly.
Go to virtualtrials.org/dcvax
And the slides will be presented in the presentation can be viewed in close approximation to the time that it’s released at the conference.
It’s all in the PR
We’re riding the NWBO Bull!
Hang on Cowboys and cowgirls!
Nick.
Might be better to just take photos of your screen with the slides presented. I think that might fly with out a problem. It’s the information on the slides that will be most interesting I suspect.
And then just take notes regarding what was said. You could copy it yourself but not distribute it and then verbally say what was on the slides and what was said, indirectly. In third person.
I’m probably gonna wait for the journal article so that I can pour over the data.
Hoff haha. You Know who! LP of course
Better one with comments is this one.
Pretty sums up the state of affairs where we’re at right now.

My current feelings towards NWBO.

Wow. Hb How in the world did you do this. You must have a program or something I can’t believe you would’ve typed all of that. If so wow what an incredible amount of work. Thanks.
Would absolutely agree that you’d want a second opinion at a major tertiary center with a very experienced good neurosurgeon.
I think in the Stupp trial They had something like 5% that were inoperable and patients just had a biopsy only for diagnosis. I do agree with you that a large subtotal resection probably would have enough tissue to make the vaccine.
But usually when they say in operable it’s because the tumor is in an eloquent area that cannot be removed. Or so central that it is in vital structures in the brain. Basically a resection in some of those areas leads the patient worse off With severe neurologic deficit. Hence inoperable.
Unfortunately Sir P. She wouldn’t be able to receive any DC VAXL as it is only for operable patients. Surgery is still the most important prognostic factor for people with GBM. Or really any brain tumor. Sad situation.
Looks like it might be ASCO time. I know that’s painful after all these years.
Abstract submission for the 2022 ASCO Annual Meeting is now open. Download our Call for Abstracts brochure to review guidelines, policies, and submission categories and submit your abstract by February 15, 2022.
Agree. It’s obvious that he sold. In December.
For a tax loss or whatever. And now he’s trying to be the anti-pumper and pump the stock price down so he can get back in.
He must’ve needed to buy some kind of excavator or something.
