They will start with a disadvantage. By the time the merger is complete the s/p may well be below .01 or .0001.

I wrote my shares off on my 2022 Tax Return. IRS did not question though the return was documented. My loss on that was $18,083.41. Though my account shows a nominal $180 market value. I gave up trying to sell the shares.........180,000,000.

Good thinking. I don't think there are many of us that can afford to by man $1+ stocks and that is why we are here. I can only dreams of the days when I could have, and actually did buy, POLARIS at .25 and last time I checked it was over $100. I could have bought Tesla at under $6 and instead bought Fisker and its fanciful automobile. Oh, well!.

People are buy because they are sold on the same hype and tinges of bs, the same as the reason I bought.

Didn't focus of Phase II; the immediate focus was Phase III results expected by September 21, 2024. Why hell there were questions regarding announcement over the weekend. The analysis and need to complete, came after the due date pasted. Analysis would take a few weeks to a few months. All of this did not appear before 9/21. Of course, if there was such announcement, I missed it.

Probably rose there on the strength of Phase II and with generous feeds of hype and bs. When the air cooled, the s/p dumped. It then started rising on my buying and awaiting Phase III. Resulting were due on September 21, 2025 with later qualifications that there would be a period of analysis lasting 1.5 years or longer.
The later may be on the sarcasm side but the point is that if the results were received there is no need for a long period of analysis to announce a positive or negative Phase III result. I would rather know the results NOW the waiting until senior management determine the best time for their exit. Clearly the don't give a S about the retail investors.

Good traders only think about themselves and the money they will make. Knowing that others will step overthemselves to buy shares they sell high the very stock they bought very low. That is my reply to your theory.

When all is set and done, I will complain, rarely go beyond that, and won't lose any sleep over losing a 100K. Especially when I made 50K in a now defunct stock.

The benefit of Phase II has been spent. The Phase III, allegedly due on September 21st was overdone early and lack of "results" have impacted unfavorable on would be buyers and some current holders bailed out a few shares at a time or maybe that is all they had....a few shares.

You are right. Very low volume. I made a huge mistake in loading up, to an extreme, on TGRP and BNCM. Once the flow of shares into my account stopped the share price started bleed and with only hype flowing. My mistake. Maybe in time another sucker will do the same thing, I did.
