By all means...stick around if you don't have anything better to do...
If you're trading this, then there's plenty of excitement.
If you don't like this stock, then move on...
I'm going to try to get in touch with Lieberman tomorrow and specifically ask him about the dilution that was denied by IR.
Nice news AMA. This should help move the PPS a bit :)
I thought Brian adamantly stated that there wasn't any dilution. Don't get me wrong...I still see a ton of upside here.
Can this still have a big run?
Nice Tufan! Hopefully we get a nice run soon!
That's definitely reassuring :)
Wish I had more powder
Weeeeeeeee! Got a fill for 6M at 0.0005!
Hi munz! I'm here...
Really? Where are you "hearing" this?
Scared flippers...imo
I admire you're determination AMA :)
Glad to hear you're doing better! Keep fighting the fight.
This looks good AMA. I picked some up at 0.0011 yesterday. Looks like this may pick up some strong MOMO.
Hope you're doing well :)
Halted? What are you talking about?
Dump?
GRDO certainly beats POS stocks with 25B shares...don't you agree?
I don't think we need any revs to see a dramatic impact on the PPS. We just need the right awareness. L*XG doesn't have revs and it ran from $0.07 to $10.00+ before settling around $2.50, which is over 3500%.
Our day will come. We just need more awareness and the current DD to soak in a bit.
JMO :)
It's a a private company. The way I understood "shareholders" to be was investors that have a voting right in the company because they've funded/invested a lot in the company.
I agree. I read it fast the first time amd misread it.
cheers :)
Mammoth Energy Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MMTE), a lithium and alternative energy mining company, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Compania Lithium Investments Limitada of Chile has acquired an initial thirteen lithium concessions for a total of 8649 acres (3500 Hectares) in the southern section of the Salar de Maricunga basin located in the province of Copiapo, Chile.
Hi AMA :)
Hope you're well. I would guess that the company will release the details over a series of PRs. This way they can maximize the MOMO.
JMO
Great to see you here $treet! :)
At this point I think it's irrelevant. The O/S was ner maxed anyway. What matters is the merger going through.
IMO :)
Add another YES from me
MMTE report out...
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MMTE/financials
Do realize that it only reports ending in Dec 31, 2010?
Why would the the financing of all the land be in this report when it hasn't been finalized?
I don't think LIEG is involvd with MMTE at all. Additionally LIEG's lithium concentrations aren't as high as MMTE's, so you're calculations are off.
cheers :)
That PR is a followup to one of their previous PR stating they are adding an additional 9% stake of the Maricunga Project to raise their total acquisition from 51% to 60% of the maricunga Project.
Here are quotes from the PR...
Following on the heels of yesterday's announcement, US lithium mining business Li3 Energy (OTCBB: LIEG) said today that it will acquire an additional 9% interest in a group of private companies that control the Maricunga project in northern Chile, bringing Li3's future ownership to 60%.
The entire Maricuna project is 1438 hectacres.
Maricunga covers an area of approximately 1,438 hectares, comprising six concessions, and is located in the northeast section of the Salar de Maricunga in Region III of Atacama.
Here's a PR also from their website...
http://www.li3energy.com/news/corporate_news.aspx?nrnum=311
The Maricunga property, covers an area of approximately 3,553 acres (1,438 hectares), comprising six concessions, and is located in the northeast section of the Salar de Maricunga in Region III of Atacama in northern Chile.
I can't find where they're trying to acquire 15,000 hectacres anywhere.
I agree. They'll have to officially own the land they are working on finalizing to see 0.03+. If they get all 31,000 acres, then it's 0.05+ easy...imo
Yup. I agree. The land LIEG is attempting to acquire is only a small fraction of MMTE's potential land.
The entire Maricunga is only 1438 hectacres and LIEG is looking to acquire 60% of that. This is not the 12,500, or 31,000 acres MMTE could potentially acquire.
I would love to see 0.03+ before merger/acquisition :)
Wow! Thanks for sharing this great DD Gittes :)
So he actually said he's looking to eventually sell the company to a NYSE company! That is insane! I can't imagine the PPS the day that happens!
Hi showmethemoney. I don't think LIEG is merging with MMTE. Check this out. Read the below PR...
http://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/10536/li3-to-acquire-additional-9-stake-in-maricunga-lithium-project-in-northern-chile-10536.html
The PR states the following...
Maricunga covers an area of approximately 1,438 hectares, comprising six concessions, and is located in the northeast section of the Salar de Maricunga in Region III of Atacama.
The entire acquisition target of LIEG is the Maricunga, which is only 1438 hectacres. Keep in mind that MMTE is aiming to acquire 12,500 hectacres. LIEG's target is only 11% of MMTE's potential property.
What do you think?
cheers :)
Check this out...Maybe LIEG not acquiring MMTE
Here's a link from one of the LIEG PRs stating the acquisition prospect.
==================================================================
http://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/10536/li3-to-acquire-additional-9-stake-in-maricunga-lithium-project-in-northern-chile-10536.html
Following on the heels of yesterday's announcement, US lithium mining business Li3 Energy (OTCBB: LIEG) said today that it will acquire an additional 9% interest in a group of private companies that control the Maricunga project in northern Chile, bringing Li3's future ownership to 60%.
On Wednesday, the company announced that it signed a letter of intent to acquire a 51% stake in the collection of companies, known as Sociedades Legales de Minerales de LITIO 1 a 6 de la Sierra Hoyada de Maricunga.
In exchange for the now 60% ownership interest in the companies, Li3 will pay US$6 million and issue 30% of its shares.
The company is still committing to invest a total of up to US$5 million in exploration and studies to advance the Maricunga project towards feasibility stage.
Maricunga covers an area of approximately 1,438 hectares, comprising six concessions, and is located in the northeast section of the Salar de Maricunga in Region III of Atacama.
=================================================================
The speculation is Li3 will give MMTE 30% ownership of Li3 and pay $6M. However, there are two points that contradict the specualtion.
1. The PR states it buying 60% ownership in the companies and giving them a 30% stake in LIEG. It doesn't say a single company.
2. Li3 is trying to get the Maricunga Project which is a piece of land that's 1,438 hectares. However, according to the PRs, MMTE is finishing negotiations for 31,000 acres, which i 12,500 hectacres.
What does everyone think. I'm not so sure MMTE is what LIEG is trying to acquire.
I guess I didn't understand your previous post. So are you saying that the 50M Li3 shares MMTE would get is a stake and not a conversion of their 5B shares to 50M?
