Malcolm I am told is a very cautious man when it comes to
PIP patents and such. Perhaps he is just being overly so.
Still confuses me as to why management could not give me and others some sort of reply to my email unless the situation was not a slam dunk.
Let us hope for something positve to be leaking out.
jj
Tatonkano I have not tried Mr Kibbles kitty nip maybe I should. It seems to do the job on him.
As for this post of yours: BINGO!!! You hit the 1400 pound
meteorite Tatonkano. I believe you have just answered the
question some of us here have frustrated over. Just an opinion that I think you have hit the answer. This week or next we shall see what and perhaps why the silence by management.
Early night tonight. Going to load the bong with some of Mr.
Kibbles catnip. Not exactly Panama Red but what the hey!
To my clients a dislosure: I do not condone the use of catnip nor do I suggest smoking it in any form. It may be habit forming and cause one to chase inanimate objects. Please consult a physician before using this substance for recreational pleasure. Do not buy sell or think about trading any equities while on Mr. Kibbles catnip.
JJM
Thank you bigworld. I will keep my eye on AVII.
G the auntie CYGX group? You have quite an imagination.
(laughing all the way)
jj
You do bring up an interesting point or two Arnold.
By the by Dr. Chen did not answer my email nor did anyone else
from Cytogenix. Keeping a very tight lid on this one which either exudes supreme confidence or utter failure. I go with
confidence at this point because of SP increase and increasing volume.
This is getting interesting. Perhaps this week all will be
out in the open.
Jimmy Joe Meeker
What makes you think I am as smart as I think I am G?
(giggle)
JJ
Why Paulness! A blood sucking vampire? Me? A creature of the night? No such thing is there?
Just wish I had more disposable money on hand right now.
I would be a buyer once again adding to what I already have.
Seems tibbcat has more insight than Mr. Kibbles.
I could have said Mr. Kibbles let loose this weekend but that would have been a lie. He has been a dissappointment thus far.
Still I wait for something from him.
Starting to get a good feeling about this. Thanks G Rocket bigworld tatonkano and all for your insights.
To my clients I say if you have some money on the side you should think about putting it in play right now.
Even though no bombs from Mr. Kibbles I say we get news this coming week.
JJM Ltd
G the only thing I know of hogger is that he testified
at the AVGI trial knew Dell and was very much a CYGX long
before you and I were on board.
Pre 1997 for you. That much I have gathered. I do not have any evidence hogger is pro AVGI other than he was friendly with Dell Gibson. You on the other hand have come to this conclusion rather abruptly without any evidence I have come across on this board. How can that be? Allow me:
It does seem to me that CYGX management had an axe to grind with hogger because of his testimony at the AVGI trial hence they barred him from the shareholder meeting. Sour grapes
by sour individuals who now have to appeal instead of trying to work together with AVGI. Just plain stupid in my mind. A battle of superficial egos.
I am not wrong about you my dear G. Your posts tell us much.
Yes G. Us. You do not fool anyone. Least ways not us.
You figure it out Watson.
Old nosferatu saying: Cogito ergo sum
JJ Ltd
Seems most of the buys happened at the open.
Interesting.
http://thomson.finance.lycos.com/lycos/iwatch/cgi-bin/iw_ticker?ticker=cygx
Like usual G you seem to know an aweful lot about Hogger.
You one funny guy.
JJ
Hogger if they ask you for proof of ownership tell them to stick it with a red hot poker.
You are not well liked in cygxland or so it would seem.
JJM
G why would that be a funny thing? Hogger getting a tour.
It is almost like you have something personal against hogger.
Like I said before G managenment is in your hip pocket or vica versa. That much is clear.
Jimmy Joe
Mr. Kibbles is hardly out of the bag.
Bigworld I emailed all of those arnold listed with regard to Cytogenix. I asked if there was anything they could tell
shareholders at this point. ANYTHING to give us something
with which might help calm the masses.
Also asked why Dr. Chen did not speak at the vaccine conference.
NO ANSWER!
Guess they got those options for all of their hard work while we shareholders get left in the dark. Nice!
I do not like this silence.
JJ
Not cats G. Cat as in the singular Mr. Kibbles.
Got everybodys emails. Thanks. Will let you all know
my analysis shortly by email. Hang for a bit my babies.
This will be a short dance if and when it happens.
Did I fail to mention it could go either way? (smile)
Mr. Kibbles must be in vacation. Darn cat. Too cagey at this point in time.
JJ
There may be more puss in this thing than a cream filled donut. Get the hydrogen peroxide out along with a big fat bandaid.
JJM LTD
You may well have been the smart one in that case neo43.
The squeeze is on as the bollingers remain tight and seem to be getting tighter. This thing may pop like a puss filled pimple either way up or down.
jjm
Searching for that nugget G? Looking for that pot O gold over the shares CYGX traded rainbow?
That last 50000 really sealed it for me. Some big news is surely just ahead. Why would it trade like that at the end of the day? You must have watched that John Ford directed classic
The Searchers. You seem to be searching for something lost lately.
Jimmy Joe (busting a gut laughing at your silly post)
Everyone has email!! Y all best check now. Hear?
JJM Ltd
texguy not bad rationale. Makes sense to me if this is indeed the case.
JJ
Silence is not always a good thing. Not one person at Cytogenix can say anything of what may transpire? Not one
question answered by those that have called or emailed?
If everything is going according to plan why the need for silence. I have been through this sort of hokus pokus before with another company. Their management made everything sound as if they were nearing the brink of good fortunes to come.
Some investors even went to the company and were impressed by what they saw and what they were told.
This company I refer to ended up going under.
So you see silence is not always a good thing. It is a stall tactic nothing more.
Mr. Kibbles saw the orange kitty last night. He tangled with that kitty in mid September. This orange kitty was teasing Mr. Kibbles. I had to chase this bad kitty away.
Bad kitty in the neighborhood is not a good sign. Bollinger bands are as tight as a vaccuum packed mason jar lid. Very hard to open. Need some persuasion in this case.
Something is about to break. Mr. Kibbles plays the unknowing. I just go crazy. Maybe this week Mr. Kibbles will put one out. My guess is Wednesday for a Thursday or Friday PR.
We will see if Mr Kibbles drops a stinky bomb. The stinkier and bigger the better.
Go away orange kitty. GIT!!!
Jimmy Joe in Margaritta Ville
Just returned from a nice relaxing trip. Read this board and it seems nothing has changed except for those who are beginning to get weary of what has and has not transpired.
Patience is a virtue. My best to those on this message board who still have some.
Volume was going up this afternoon. My outlook is if volume continues into next week we will get news unless it goes onto the following week or the week after that. How was that G?
Mr. Kibbles just wanted to eat like the pig he is.
I fed him.
I give up!
JJM
No volume. No news yet or in the near future. When something good or bad leaks volume will show itself as the first sign.
J
Yet today it holds Percy. No drop.
(shrug)
JJ
BigB when I was 14 my father and I would go on the South Side
jetty of Indian River Inlet. That was 1970 or so. Many times I would drag a stringer of 8 or 9 sea trout off of the rocks.
My Diawa 8 foot two piece has been waiting for me to put new guides on it for about three years now. That rod is 36 years old. As I get choked up I think about those times with my father. When I was fishing with him I swore to myself that I would remember times and dates and fish caught. My memory does not serve me well. The one thing that is imprinted for all time in my mind are those times spent fishing with him.
If we arrived at 2am to catch the beginning of the incoming
tide that is what we would do.
I miss those times never thinking they would be gone at the time. To reminisce about those days. BigB I do count myself
lucky to have spent quality time with my father like that.
Your children will appreciate you for sharing your interests
with them. Fishing is a way to relax and get away.
JJM
Like I said Percy you trade how you were taught I will trade
the way I was taught.
Something is brewing. Those Bollinger Bands do not stay this tight for this long. Everything is almost flatline. Yet the patient has a pulse. Death or birth?
We shall find out soon enough.
JJ Meeker
Arnold am I beginning to sound too much like a Rainbow Warrior?
I hope not. My hope is hammered into what G did point out.
1)Noone has left the backroom where the science is done.
2)So far no massive panic selling by those in management.
We can only hope.
Meantime I will put my clown shoes on and mozy on up the road.
Fall is a great time for surf fishing for blues some sea trout and an occassional striped bass. Bunker(butterfish) are in short supply as the water gets cooler. Hard to get them to stay on the hook too. They are best for blues and stripers though. Mullet are still in the back bays. The cast net is a wonderful tool. One or two spot would not hurt either. The bait and tackles do not get too much business from ole Jimmy Joe.
I will tie some black bucktails with black jigheads tonight.
Black is best used for night fishing. Black plugs worms bucktails etc are often seen as a silhouette by gamefish at night much easier than bright patterns such as white yellow and pink. Jetty fishing is both dangerous and exciting.
Wish me luck.
Jimmy Joe Meeker Ltd.
From one bozo to another it was worth a try. Yes I think it is quite strange that Chen has switched to December to speak.
Could it be that Chen has nothing to offer about synthetic DNA
until the final product is proven and approved by the FDA?
I still think the company may be keeping a lid on this thing not because of bad news. My gut feeling is that they could be busting a gut trying to get preliminary data out.
Could it be that December will be mean more time for Chen to concentrate on show and tell?
Ah oh Mr. Kibbles just ate a cricket.
Always the devils bozo advocate (smile)
Jimmy Joe
tibbcat I am not just some ordinary "Bozo"! (laughing)
I am the king of clowns!
Arnold and Ilene are just frustrated like many of us who have an idea of the potential this technology possess that it could possibly be squandered. Windows only open for so long.
jjm
Arnold "Chen is no longer a scheduled speaker at the Vaccine conference is not a good sign."
Maybe. Maybe not. If Chen is wrapped up in other matters more pressing than a show and tell it could be one explaination for the silence by management.
Just a thought.
JJM
Percy you did not burst my bubble. My source is impeccable.
OTCbb stocks do follow traditional patterns. A novice such as yourself would not be expected to know these patterns. What you were taught is what you were told to believe. Believe them not me. My teachings and my source for those teachings are not traditional. Stay with your traditional beliefs Percy.
You have done well by them. Your wife has her car.
Mr. Kibbles is getting wound up.
Could be soon Percy. One would hate to see you with major egg
on your face Percy. May be soon though. Mr. Kibbles usually gets this way. We shall see if Mr Kibbles is in false labor soon enough. (Laughing)
Safe Harbor: This is not a recommendation to buy sell or hold
CYGX Percy.
My clients should hold. Accumulate < $0.45 if there is cookie jar money available.
Jimmy Joe Meeker
Support is at $0.45 and further down at $0.39.
First "major" resistance point is at $0.50. There after
it is light resistance at $0.53 and $0.64. Other than that it would seem to be clear sailing with positive news unless there are those rocky shoals to contend with.
Mr. Kibbles is sleeping. Too much excitement the old boy goes to sleep.
Those Bollinger Bands are tight. I still maintain a HOLD.
Clients just sit tight like the Bollinger Bands for now.
Volume is nothing spectacular as we had all hoped for.
JJ
Where have I heard that before? (thinking)
"If you believe in cygx like I do this in a once in a life time stock"
I apologize for seeming to pick on you G. Your phrase sounds so cliche.
JJM
Could it be LW was too busy reading this message board?
Just a thought.
JJ
bigworld although we may have our differences on other issues
I will have to concur with your decision to loose the anchor
sail again should the next few months be rocky shores.
As I have posted previously just because all seems to remain
well in the backroom where the work is done does not mean the scientists are not getting antsy. Failure to get set goals accomplished can frustrate even the most devoted devout scientists. IND approval can be one such problem. On the other hand they are probably very busy working on the synthetic DNA building and such.
Remember bigworld that noone has sold any shares yet. Scientists still remain in the backroom. Malcolm and company are in control. If CYGX goes belly up so do managements fortunes.
What a comfort. Ahhh I feel better already. (big grin almost ready to laugh out loud)
JJ
Stop twisting your posts G?
You did post this G did you not?
"I was also thinking if cygx partners with a big Pharma and that Pharma releases there lawyer on PP
now that would be fun to watch
an investment some have in avgi would just be a memory also
"they may loose the bedroom and someone may slept there in the future"
If a big pharma things the herpes product is the true deal PP is just a fly in the way to a big pharma or just pay them off to disappear"
Is this your Jules Verne fantasy hope? Let us explore the hypothetical.
So what big pharma would think the herpes product is the real deal? What pharma would be willing to shell out the kind of cash that would be required to get the herpes topical to the market at this stage of the game?
(cannot stop smiling to myself)
(had to edit some of my post out did not want to aggravate you
G)
And I did not say that you said a big pharma aids CYGX either.
What I posted was that you infer a corporate lawyer from a big pharma helps CYGX. Then the nuisances like PP and avgi fade into the sunset.
I took that to mean you thought management needs legal help
as in someone elses big gun corporate lawyer. My mistake.
"If you think I am an insider you have no clue in the stock trading world"
I am quite clueless G and was born yesterday.
Mr. Kibbles broke wind about an hour ago.
Time to hunt. Little trick or treaters will be out tomorrow night. No moon tomorrow night. Pitch black.
Trick or treat G? Have a happy Halloween G.
(smile)
JJM Ltd
G now this is way over the top and shows your ignorance
in such matters: "I was also thinking if cygx partners with a big Pharma and that Pharma releases there lawyer on PP
now that would be fun to watch"
That would never happen as much as you would like it to I am willing to bet. A large Pharma law gun coming to the aid of CYGX to rid CYGX management of PP? I thought Malcolm had a law degree. I thought CYGX already had a lawyer retained to represent them. Malcolm never was good at contract law? Why would they need help from a corporate lawyer from a big Pharma? Are they in that much of a bind G? What are you trying to tell us G?
So news next week unless lots of volume all week.
Mr. Kibbles has yet to make a move. Whatever you say though.
You seem to be at managements hip pocket. I warned you about that. Not good for shareholders to have an insider posting
these things on any thread.
Have you ever played Jeopardy G?
Thanks for nothing
JJ
Arnold Mr. Skolnick and company obviously would love the have Mr. Peabody and Shermans Way Back machine.
"......and we have every expectation that Phanuel's business experience and relationships in the PRC will insure the success of this project over the next few years."
This management team gave themselves all of these share options and just look at their dilligence. Someone did not do their homework and had to recant the above statement.
He was correct in the time frame **years**. (smile)
Mr. Kibbles is back on track. No bunker busters yet.
Jimmy Joe
Everything is big in Texas. Even the pending appeals.
JJ
G as an advisor or stock broker I would have to say that
no insider trading is an EXCELLENT sign.
G you must understand the role of a Devils Advocate. Nosferatu
must abide by some rules ordinary humans do not have to.
Even the living dead need money G.
Mr. Kibbles is quite frisky now. Perhaps Shoeless Joe Jackson
can RIP now.
