You are correct. 50DMA is either .0179 or .018.

The proposed increase of authorized shares to 3 billion goes into effect 20 days after it was mailed. It was supposed to be mailed on March 31 which puts it in effect April 20. Now, they are hoping to buy the conversions back this month. Seems they might be on a collision course. If they buy the convertibles back before the 20th, will they cancel the huge increase or change it to a smaller number? Could be a real interesting month.

Today is April 9.....eleven days left for the A/S increase.....maybe.

Definitely moving forward. The increase in authorized to 3 billion a few weeks ago was done to cover the convertible obligations.

Once these convertibles are retired at the end of this month, I look for another 8K or form 14 reducing the authorized shares back down to easily 1 billion and hopefully back down to 500 million.
