Hi All, this is my email to Yaniv. Waiting for a follow up. I don't expect all to be answered as it may go against the SEC rules but hoping to get something out of this.
Will keep everyone posted.
Hi Yaniv,
I am writing to you on behalf of the all the ihub shareholders who have been around for a while now and are sticking around. Today was a very interesting day in regards to the stock price. Obviously with the current financials released yesterday there are concerns from majority of us (stock dipping 50% and bouncing back in consequence).
I am hoping you can shed some light on the following concerns we all have given the new information. Transparency is key from an owner of a company in order to keep shareholders interest in the company so whatever you cannot respond to if against SEC Rules please advise why you cannot respond to the question.
1 – The PR released today advised that the revenues of the company will only be released in Q3 and there has been "huge" gains. Why not say the actual amount vs general terms?
2 – If you cannot say how much in revenue can you at least say how many units have been sold. Other companies ex Netflix say publicly how many users they have so people can do the math.
3 – Reading the financials there is a lot of bad debt, what are the plans to get rid of this debt with high interest?
4 – Does the plant in China exist as there was nothing to that nature on the financials?
5 – The loan is it from shares diluted?
6 – Who is SF Holdings and how will they dictate how you operate the company?
7 – Does Vapor Group own exclusive rights to the Easy Grinder and what is the affiliation with EZ Grinder corp owned by Dror?
8 – The 40K grinders that were pre sold back in April, were they officially sold and to distributors or retailers?
9 – Why did the price of the Easy Grinder increase twice in the last month?
10 – What is your vision of the company and what is SF Holdings vision assuming all operations need to be discussed with them.
11 – Do you intend to do a share buy back?
12 – What's the angle with Simple cork and total vapor and its subsidiaries
13 – Dror is still a shareholder of preferred B shares in Vapor Group, what is the interest there?
14 – Is it safe to assume with the order numbers when you buy an easy grinder example now is over 600K that is the amount of easy grinders sold?
15 – Who writes your PR's. This is only positive criticism, they need a lot of help as they lack punch! Any way you can invest a bit of money in a company to write the PR's.
16 - what is the 1.18MM in owners compensation
17 - if you have the 600K orders locked up. What are you doing to fulfill these orders or do you have the man power to do so?
With fair transparency I advised the shareholders on iHub I would post you answers.
Thanks
Anything thinking this AI news will be huge?
The stock was moving up so fast in may I thought 30 cents was a low price to buy not knowing the B/Ds were put on pause. Anyways I brought down my average today. Should be back in the minimum 30 cents next month IMO
Well I just snagged a bunch from them! I wish I bought less in the .30 I would have snagged all the shares today.
I have now doubled my position in NFUSZ. Common 16MM in revenue
I thought this was a good call. A lot of confidence in his response for his revenue projections
The only thing I can think of is when Audi met Yaniv he mentioned there is a big partnership on the horizon and maybe this partner made a huge PO. Or a massive distributors made pig purchase orders.
Majority of the questions are just clarity from the fins and some other questions. Will see what he responds.
I sent Yaniv a list of questions on behalf of everyone here on iHub addressing mostly everyone's concerns here including mine. The questions cover just about everything mentioned today. I will post all the questions and answers once he gets back to me hopefully by end of week. If the number of grinders sold (was a question) is in fact 600K plus I can assure you that you will not only throw up but you will **** your pants at the same time. GL brother
Do you have an email I can write to you? Not yet signed up for PMs
Don't have PM but good idea :)
How great would a PR mid day announcing how many grinders they sold year to date and the stock goes up 40%
Thanks let me know if there are any questions you want me to ask will be formulating my email later today after work and will be posting here the responses to put everyone at ease
I hope no longs sold here because of a panic!
Which email do you use sales@vaporgroup.com or another address?
Cash when you write to Yaniv how do you contact him? And how fast does he answer? I would like some more transparency from him going forward now that Dror is out and a better ir writing his PRs
Yum yum yum just added 20% more shares to my VPOR portfolio and reduced my PPS. If this stock closes even what a good day for me lol
On a serious note now that the longs are still around and have to look forward to Q3 I will be writing to Yaniv and Jorge tonight some investor related questions and will be also addressing their lack of info in their PRs. Does anyone have anything they want to ask I'll add to my email. Civil questions only please
Who else made a 50% gain today besides me lmao this is great
I would wait it out abit before you do! but who knows maybe tomorrow they announce in a PR they have sold 100K+ units resulting in 7MM in revenues and will reflect Q3 fins
Until your loss is realized you are not losing :p
Trading for a living vs investing money from employment come with two different mindsets. Some people don't understand technical analysis and some people don't understand fundamentals. Some have short term view (seems to be your strategy) and some have long term which are those that think logically that the sales were not on these Q2 fins for a reason. Unfortunately if no PR comes out it's the investors that will feel the temporary affect but they will hold and be rewarded in the next quarter
Yes because people like you will panic without understanding why the financials reported that way and will sell because of fear I will be buying if this stock goes down and make a boat load by October
You are correct. Everyone who is panicking on this board is due to the fact that in their heads they assumed it was now and are impatient and expected to make a quick buck
The 49K very much seems like revenue from the other products they sell. Would make no sense to make a public statement back in early Q2 40K units pre sold and only have 49K revenue. As I think Engines said those revenue came after 30 days and should be in Q3. I too would have preferred to see 1 or 2 MM in revenue but unfortunately we didn't and I am sure it's because it will be reported in Q3
If you were a long and knew about the company why would you call it a rotten egg without understanding why the sales only resulted to 49K. For a month now everyone has been saying it's Q3 we will see the biggest drive. Because you didn't see what you assumed would be the outcome of these financials you think this stock is a rotten egg without understanding why the revenues is what it is. Very strange analysis on your part sir
For you this is a quick flip only technical no fundamentals. Even if they come out tomorrow saying they have 7mm in sales reporting in Q3 fins you won't be happy or think this company is a "rotten egg"
I don't disagree with you there most of the people who will sell are the ones who won't put two and two together that realistically the 49k is not from the sale of the EZ Grinders. I hope they put out a PR saying the sales will be on Q3 fins just to ease some people here. And how much obviously
Guys realistically the 49K is not the sale of the easy grinders and will be reported on their Q3 financials. 49K is most likely from their eliquids and VApors and not the EZ Grinder. With the delay in shipment and so forth back in end of may they are only considering payments after the 30 day mark which falls into July. If that is the case Q3 fins will probably show 7-10 million in sales. Has anyone else noticed they reduced their bad debt? I see they did dilute back in March and used that money to loan VPOR to make the EZ grinder and pay the bad debt as their current assets increased. Although not what everyone expected Q3 will be more than what everyone expected
Ha it was bound to be asked by someone.
Nice Job 11Audi. Anything else you can share for the short term? How does Yaniv feel about the short term? Did he mention anything about becoming CEO? What his vision is? Production in China? How's business operating now?
When I first got in to VPOR back in February and there was a big run, flippers were flipping the stock down but one random day it went up 44% and just built momentum from there. The only thing though now is the MJ hype has faded so might not boost up as fast unless Jeff is thrown out next week :)
Next week should be an interesting week for VPOR. Looking forward to it!
I agree the next few weeks will dictate the direction of this stock!
Good to know! If he is still involved that was a smart move to remove his name of the publicly traded company given past history and others reservations of him.
What's he doing now that Yaniv is CEO?
Most likely they will PR they are attending this show but that PR is not for us investors. That said they need to work on their IR. Their lack of updates to shareholders is quite surprising. I do think Dror leaving has something to do with it.
I call that icing on the cake!
How old is this video?
Between the fins, Yaniv taking over, so many distributors and ASD show, something tells me this stock will explode with a slew of PRS
