That's correct, and on OTC market TDA will only fill through NITE. NITE will position themselves to the current ask and fill the order, that's how it works. Go ahead and call TDA, they will tell you the same thing.

The discount retail brokers i.e. TDA, Fidelity, Scottrade, etc all route on OTC markets only through mm NITE. Others here are saying otherwise, but go ahead and call TDA and they will confirm.
TDA has a nice charting software, but I wouldn't use any of the above for actively trading.

Fidelity and TDA only route through mm NITE. So if NITE isn't sitting at the current ask price, even with market order you won't fill.
