There's no patents and the weed machine has no regulatory approval. The only base being built is one of lies and deceit riddled with constant stock dilution lining the pockets of insiders and "consultants".
Without regulatory approval this machine will go back to the snickers machine it once was and actually still is today.
Maybe they should shoot everyone with the flu too. Compared to Ebola the common flu is a global killer and people seem to be able to travel freely while infected.
No I didn't but I agree there is something "fishy in the water" or ehhh in the tobacco. Like writing new code for the ObamaCare website it doesn't necessarily mean premiums are going to get any better.
Do you get the sense these unexplained events are occurring more frequently?
Ok thanks for your guess...stop by anytime!
I have never purchased anything from them so thanks I will keep em on the short list
Funny ain't it? A virus that has only been transferred through bodily fluids now all of the sudden is airborne? Sounds like something out of "Metropolis" and soon everyone will be waiting in line for "the cure"
I about fell out of my chair laughing when I saw this. If PMXO management can't do better than these fraudulent clowns then I give up. Machine no machine pump the damn stock so we can all make some money....
American Green Completes IP Patent Deal for Machine Vended Product Purchases
PHOENIX, AZ(eTeligis Inc.)
PHOENIX, AZ, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 08/25/2014 - - American Green (OTC: ERBB) has secured two key patents which have strengthened the company's intellectual property protection over the popular ZaZZZ machine and modified development for the world's first public-facing cannabis vending machine.
The patents, numbered 6,711,465 and 7,493,190, were produced for the purpose of safely vending age-controlled, identity-specific items, all of which fit directly into American Green's business plan.
"Two of our main focuses of in the medical Marijuana industry are to safely provide high quality products to consumers, while abiding to the strictest letter of the law. The Company believes that these new patents clearly put us on target and make us a leader in the industry. Acquiring these patents moves us even closer to our goal of making ZAZZZ the top consumer-operated marijuana vending machine in the world," says American Green's President, Stephen Shearin.
As even more states in the U.S. continue to inch closer to passing legislation to legalize marijuana for medical use and/or general adult use, American Green continues to pursue new opportunities and close deals and partnership deals that have been in their pipeline.
"Patients are located all over, but they all know what they want and should have immediate or, at least, unfettered access. The ZaZZZ system is an obvious solution -- for the consumer and the dispensary. Saving consumer's time and giving them what they want in seconds, as opposed to waiting in lines, ZaZZZ is in high demand by many popular dispensaries nationwide, and we have been ramping up our technology as a result of that growing demand and aggressive field testing," added Shearin.
"We are extremely excited to secure this valuable IP for American Green and the future opportunities that it will help us to secure and maintain a leading position within the growing marijuana industry worldwide," says Shearin.

That's a good price hotrod lately it's been difficult to find a decent break on the premium with larger bars. Not like it was a few years ago imo
Thanks for the heads up
I completely understand navy and correct me if I'm wrong but with the exception of one insider management is not necessarily pigging out. Sure there are the "shadow..no name.....consultants" that take a bite and run and yes that was clearly documented in the last Q.
Dunno buddy

Recourse on this exchange is tough navy. On the aggregate multiple management teams have come and go and they have not needed to recapitalized their stock under the current. They file on time and while I question their disclosure principles the quarterlies read pretty straight forward.
Most pinks are riddled with derivative liabilities favoring a lower price per share for insiders. This isn't the case with PMXO and shares have been issued judiciously compared to other pinks. What I'm saying is in order to pursue any sort of civil liability I BELIEVE one will need to show damages through reckless negligence or willful intent as the burden of proof is high. I'm not a lawyer I'm just saying I have heard its tough to find someone to prosecute this type of complaint
Your buddy at the SEC/FINRA ETC can make some noise if they choose but to your point they are seriously backed up and their has to something to substantiate a criminal investigation. Unfortunately this type of recourse if successful will usually throw the baby out with the bath water. Be well my friend and let's see what the next couple days bring
Yep and a "Federal Police Force" that trumps state and local is likely on its way. People like to bag on the cops right now but let's wait for the "solution" bc its like Rob Emanuel used to say:
"You never let a good crises go to waste"
Thanks for the update navy it seems there are a few shareholders with the same gripe. We may not have 30m+ in shares but there are enough collectively to demand that management shoot straight and tell us wtf is going on?
Consider that the first shot across your bow management and I hope you guys will do what's right and PROPERLY update the investment community. Disclosure through Twitter is new and novel I understand that but I also know the SEC has authorized this to be a compliant avenue for corporate updates.
FYI....
...."Regulation Fair Disclosure,[1] also commonly referred to as Regulation FD or Reg FD, is a regulation that was promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in August 2000.[2] The rule mandates that all publicly traded companies must disclose material information to all investors at the same time.
The regulation sought to stamp out selective disclosure, in which some investors (often large institutional investors) received market moving information before others (often smaller, individual investors).
Regulation FD fundamentally changed how companies communicate with investors by bringing more transparency and more frequent and timely communications, perhaps more than any other regulation in the history of the SEC.
On April 2, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission said companies can use social media to disseminate information if certain requirements are met. As with company websites, investors’ access to the chosen social media platform must not be restricted and investors must be notified about which social media will be used to disseminate information.[3]
Most of the corporate announcements are issued in press releases or during the conference calls and are summarized at websites."
The majority of the securities in the mj sector are high growth high multiple stocks. If your looking for a value play you might want to for the sector to mature before taking a position in a start up.
There are a few that have successfully scaled into better value investments....sort of....however there is less growth potential in the near term. IMO both are necessary to reduce risk while maximizing profit potential.
GLTY
Of course they are balihi do you know how many political statements are retracted in any given day month or year across the political spectrum? Americans are good people they just don't know anything anymore.
Think multiple magic shows going on at the same time and most Americans will chose which one they want to watch. Most folks on this board I assume understand the magic is not real and all the magicians are full of crap. Yet in places like this we watch them all and remind the audience "it's just magic" and they really don't have any powers. It's all a show and society needs to remind themselves they are free to leave the show any time they like.
If they try to substitute another fraudulent magician then we will vote his ass out too. It's happening on all sides of the aisle and this is the best way to create change. Otherwise we are no different than any other country and we may as well give up our rights all together.
Be well my friend
Feds are paranoid and they should be. There was a day when stupid legislation like this could be pushed through and nobody would know until after the fact. Today we have 3D printers that can create this stuff and that's just the beginning
Let em vote for it and after the next election a few more will go, until all the turds are shoveling dog shit off the lawn of their local Walmart. I say no more protests unless its a movement to vote these cowards out of office. Words are cheap these days and the White House is full of the hottest air of all as the United States Coward in Chief leads the charge.
You have my email right? Can we chat offline?
Something I have noticed navy is not all QB stocks are presenting the same. I am in another MJ play M*IG that is also listed on the QB only they have real time market maker quotes unlike our little gem here
I thought I saw something in the new OTC requirements stating to the effect that once all deliverables were successfully met they would turn on the juice...Sorta speak.
I also remember there was a transition period and deadline maybe eoy??
I don't think management is criminal but I do question their disclosure policies and exactly what they consider to be a material or triggering event. Unfortunately management holds at least 10x that in shares. I'm with you swipple and totally agree they will pump this if all else fails. As you know its not a crime to fail to execute a biz plan
It does have me scratching my head navy.
Brian's version of a "private placement" no doubt. The lies continue as they allocate more free capital at the expense of his shareholders. Why would Brian change his ways he gets paid to issue sell and forget about his own stock?
Interesting I also see a pennant pattern on the monthly DXY and it appears the greenback just prairie dogged its head over the upper trendline. Go easy lowjack I'm not Bert and don't have your all's charting skills but the $USD is looking like it wants to make a run for the border imo
I thought this was a fair analysis

Capital is finding its way into this market but banks are still left in the cold. Developments are happening but according to 'ol Wolfey PMXO doesn't make the cut.

He will call the bottom once the trend reverses. Nobody knows what's going on but its safer to buy SPY calls instead of SLV calls until it isn't. That's just what keeps this bubble economy going and further redistributes the wealth. Not that SLV is or has any sort of underlying financial asset to provide value to the security.
Anyway I'm not dismissing weemac because I think he is a talented trader but this is Cartoon Land not a free market and nobody knows what tomorrow will really bring. Odds are the DOW and S&P are headed up and metals will come down or continue to level out.
I know you know all of this adamp its for those that still think the market actually sets our interest rates. I had someone tell me that just this weekend actually
I'm averaging into PAAS it pays the highest dividend of the large producers that I'm aware of. Welcome to the board.
Yes it is on a 24 hour loop as we host Orphan Christmas each year. (Not real orphans but peeps don't want to go home for Christmas). Mr Macallan will often dress up like Santa and spread the Christmas cheer.
Nobody is ever late for that one lol
My expectation for management to execute on anything are low especially in the bullion markets. I hope I'm wrong but when your at the 11th hour and crickets are still chirping it can only mean one thing:
Unfortunately I misplaced my Little Orphan Annie Decoder Ring so I just assumed it said "Drink more Ovaltine"
Who's this Boston Vapors twit??? His insinuations are grossly overstated and it doesn't sound at all that he's read any of the VCIG literature.
Thanks swipple I have my shares and like you I hope they can execute on something. GLTY
Sweet yes it does thanks. Bert showed me a while back but I spend a lot of time on the iPad unfortunately and forgot
The trend continues down but fortunately for silver stackers so does the spot price. I agree at some point it has to cross because todays prices are way oversold and god knows there's only so much bullion available at these levels.
Hey Bert have you been following the trend line on the weekly spot price? I have ~$20.68 as a breakout for the upcoming week but I still don't know how to post those fancy charts. Thoughts?

Admin can and will step in at anyone's request. Just make sure your posts are on topic navy otherwise they probably will get deleted. Btw navy and a swipple I will be spending time on a new board called Silver Stackers. There are good folks there that know a lot about silver bullion and its economic fundamentals.
Stop by sometime and who knows in the mean time maybe this one will get some life back. Anything is better than hanging out here trying to read the minds of management.
Hey guys I was told there was a new silver bullion board and I see Ihub's finest has already made its way here. I got it on the short list now and who knows maybe Extreme can drop in sometime and paint us all a picture of tomorrow's chart with his groovy Crayola's
Deep down I know everyone misses him too
