American Green Completes IP Patent Deal for Machine Vended Product Purchases

PHOENIX, AZ, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 08/25/2014 - - American Green (OTC: ERBB) has secured two key patents which have strengthened the company's intellectual property protection over the popular ZaZZZ machine and modified development for the world's first public-facing cannabis vending machine.

The patents, numbered 6,711,465 and 7,493,190, were produced for the purpose of safely vending age-controlled, identity-specific items, all of which fit directly into American Green's business plan.

"Two of our main focuses of in the medical Marijuana industry are to safely provide high quality products to consumers, while abiding to the strictest letter of the law. The Company believes that these new patents clearly put us on target and make us a leader in the industry. Acquiring these patents moves us even closer to our goal of making ZAZZZ the top consumer-operated marijuana vending machine in the world," says American Green's President, Stephen Shearin.

As even more states in the U.S. continue to inch closer to passing legislation to legalize marijuana for medical use and/or general adult use, American Green continues to pursue new opportunities and close deals and partnership deals that have been in their pipeline.
