Am I misreading this. It seems like RR series has gained momentum.
I believe fins are the next PR (hopefully audited). When that happens, it won't matter what they look like, just the fact that they are in and current will speak volumes for Mart and the "New SDVI".
I really believe Mart has a plan and is now spearheading the strategy.
I suspect Ken is just doing development which is his forte. I don't think this is going to be a smooth ride, bit I think SDVI will progress slowly but methodically.
It's tough to preach patience after 3+ years, but I am willing to give Mart 6 months to get this stock moving in the right direction. If I don't see progress, then I will take my lumps and dump.

I beleive Sysco goes by portion size. The end customers (rest) don't want to have to cut and manage the portions. One of Sysco's value adds is that they help with portion control that drives superior profitability in a very competitive and cost conscious market. High end rest have more room for food profits, but everyday chains and small indep need profit strategies and portion control is one big one.
Again, just my thoughts here.
Agreed. Only used Salmon because that is what Eddie spoke about first. If they add the other products, numbers are very conservative.

I can't validate the actual case count on the actual rev $'s, but it looks like it is close to $3 a piece. That price is ok given that Sysco has to re-sell it to customer who then needs to mark it up for profit.
I believe Eddie has talked about how he intends to fund the growth. I can't put my fingers on his message at this point, but someone else on the chat will post it I am sure.
I alluded to that in the last sentence. Let me know if you think the "est" numbers seem reasonable. Just tried some extrapolation. Feeling pretty good based on what I am getting for information.
Eddie is the key. He seems honest and is working hard to make his model work. He communicates well and approachable. very refreshing.
Sysco Possibilities
Sysco has 147 locations. Last year they shipped 1.3Billion cases of product. Their seafood revenue is about 5% of their $10.6B in sales. So the amount of cases shipped for seafood is about 65M. If we get 1/10 of 1% that is 65K cases. Assuming 30 units per case (per eddie) at about $4 per unit, that is $120 per case.The revenue would be about $7.8M for the salmon alone. Every 1/10 of 1% is worth about $7.8M. In addition, eddie is hoping to send other products to them for national dist.
I assumed $4 each. It could be more or less. Thought that was a good est.
I think this is going to be a big winner and I think that given that Iowa has already signed on, Houston Headquarters is looking at SMKY favorbly - IMO.
I hope that Eddie lets us know how the meeting goes on the 7th. Lot riding on this one for the short term in terms of cash flow and sustainability.
Canada has samples like Iowa had and will re-order when needed. Iowa Sysco has also taken some of the other products - BBQ sause etc. Intent is to give Houston other products as well.

Thanks FD. It's not fair to expect him to work a miracle in a couple of weeks. The company had put themselves into this situation over a long period of time.
I believe q-2 is a good est in terms of timing. I am not worried about delivering the games. I think there is a process with Apple and like everything there is a protocol to follow. The games will be out in Q-1. If we hit those milestones, then that is 2 for 2.
I like hitting target dates.
I am sure that Mart will only commit to what he knows he can deliver. We know the other way will kill any momentum that is built.
I beleive we will see postive results in 2012. It won't be what we all expected a year ago, but we will be moving forward.
My thoughts are these:
PR was sent as promised.
PR a little light in regards to dates and times of game release, but I feel confident that it will happen. We shall see.
It will take 3-6 months to unravel everything that has taken place in the last 2 years.
No more fluff. Communication will be based on results.
GRAFF will be addressed once company has more solid footing and credibility.
The market will NOT do anything with SDVI until they show they can meet their deadlines and deliver on time.
More games to come using a low cost dist model to build up rev and cash while developing longer term strategy.
I have a lot of both SDVI and GRAF. I can wait for this to play out. Makes no sense to expect a quick turn. Lots of issue to fix.
Mart is on the clock. Let's give him at least a little time to dig out.
GG2, that is a very tangled weave that won't get unraveled for a while. I converted and currently am holding an asset that has no value. This won't be addressed until the company gets some credibility back and begins to deliver on it's commitments.
At least that is my take on it.
At this point any news is good and it was delivered as promised. That is a breath of fresh air.
