I like that theory.
EPGL
Trades must be free and they like the small lots for some reason?
EPGL
Rockets don't do that! LOL
Wonder if Mike has a date yet for the CUSIP/name change?
EPGL
Pretty much the only ones getting shares nowy days are the ones willing to slap the ask. The others will have to reconsider their strategy!
EPGL
Bidders are gonna have to pony up, if they want shares.
IMO
Gotta be half the float below this easy.
IMO
If they've got their shitaki together on the self proclaimed milestones, they'll be timing this all for max. effect with juicy PR's.

It's been the same exact news 4 years in a row. The only difference is the PwC liquidation of the AJW funds will end up owning it. Anotherwords BK, if they don't settle with PwC.
Go ahead and run it if you can boys.
You buying more? Is that why? Cool beans dude!
EPGL
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gotta work dang'it! Can't watch much!
EPGL
Cute kid. Give him a hug every day.
EPGL!!!
Some of those people could have been here and gone years ago. I wouldn't trust the follower count unless someone can show me the protocol for maintaining the number.
EPGL
They've got some self proclaimed milestones coming up quick here, the rhetoric is on the rise.
"It's under ten seconds and the preflight checklist is almost complete."
IMO
Sorry to interject Viking, but that's precisely why the Lambert deal was held off. IMO, other institutionals want in, are willing to negotiate $, but need certain conditions met first. So, the company has to meet those criteria, in order to entertain offers again.
IMO,we know there are at least 2 major equity holders of the company (PWC and NIR/AJW funds). The AJW equity is just a pay-off to the liquidation and PwC is probably not a long term investor (not their gig). So, the desire to sell equity to a large institutional investor is there. Close the AJW liquidation and move to the next.
If I'm wrong, I'll reluctantly accept the beating...
EPGL
Yes, here's why in short. Look at the bottom of the page.
There's a 4/1 ratio in the # of companies between OTCLI and OTCCI, but a 40/1 ratio in the $ traded.
Most investors will put their money in OTCCI companies rather than OTCLI, much less even look at OTCLI listed companies.
We get current and the players change, new ballgame.
Same holds true for institutional investment and MM play.
Right now your hangin' with some investors that can stomach the risk and have brought it from post RS/RM .001 to .008 today.
IMO
W
They are in watch mode, stocks on the radar. They won't let their money sit around by being too early and without their criteria being met. They can't gamble, it's business. When they start buying, a run will start.
IMO, there are just a couple more conditions to be met and they and others will be there, inhaling what they can as the PPS begins to reflect the new companies value.
IMO
Hopefully all that anxiety will be put to rest more and more over the coming weeks and months. I have a fair share of my own and we should, if your normal. Well, somewhat normal here...
Hopefully Capt'n. Mike's around and will give us a Christmas jingle before the Holiday weekend.
Hopefully, I'll stop saying hopefully soon too.
EPGL
I'm glad to see your going mental with the stock value increasing as opposed to the other way! LOL
ooohhooohoohooo, we have a cruizerweight staredown on the bid/ask with a seven point spread between them! Who'z gonna budge first?
IMO, the bid will move again, .0090's been there longer and has the patience!
EPGL
IMO,Financially, no. Otherwise, questionable.
From Sept file.

Who owns the notes?
Convertible note terms usually contain a requirement that the company maintain share availability. This can force an increase in AS, trigger RS or risk default.
Add the PWC settlement of $1.1m.
You asked.
You should be questioning why you had to find it.
IMO
It kind of contradicts the "opportunity" incessantly spewed here. Almost looks desperate, IMO.
Spare me, "the shares are tightly held".
Not many eyes are gonna get caught by a company on OTC limited info.
Maybe the company needs to get to OTC current info. first, before everyones breath is wasted here. Then you can talk about the hurdles they'll have to get current with SEC.

I've seen very many days like this and I'd hardly call it meaningless, IMO.
Probably a "Set it and forget it." sell order. He/she ought to break that up and follow the pps higher, IMO.
EPGL
Etrade let's you trade what you transfer immediatly after doing the transfer.
EPGL
IMO, with the AON, there would have to have been a sell order through 1 Market Maker with at least that many shares (not AON), or 1 Market Maker with multiple orders that made that amount. I do not believe multiple MM's would come together to fill a AON that large or any AON order. Just my feeling, don't know for sure.
I think you should have just made a normal order at the price you wanted it at. Then the MM's couldn't pull anything to give you the shares all at your higher limit.
Good luck next week!
IMO
Amen, what the hell's wrong with this world?
Yay, Nowy (now he's) in!!! Averaging up is better than averaging down!
EPGL
The chart on this company did not start until end of July 2012.
EPGL
I guess I should have explained that I set the sale of all my stock at a buck because another board member once claimed that the broker/MM could then not play with my shares in an attempt to manipulate the trading.
Whether that's true or not, I don't know. I didn't see any harm.
EPGL
Most likely Minnesota. Just a half arsed guess. Tops in the country along with Cali. for Med. device, mfg.
Why give China the tool for free?
EPGL
nO PROFIT TAKING HERE, $1.00 MIN. TO START.
No audited financials. To most, that's enough of a red flag to cause long term types to stay away. Wouldn't expect much, much less stick there.
IMO
Was that in the Taro Cards or what? Please enlighten....
Share the Chi and we all grow.
EPGL
Sometimes it's fun to push from behind, good scoop, IMO.
EPGL
Glad I slapped that ask this AM for $200. Brought us from .0065 to .0080 and we close at .0079.
I look forward to that lot being a ten bagger!
EPGL
Maybe see more tomorrow, might have caught some shorts sleeping at the wheel! LOL
There's an endless supply of suckers in this world fueled by hope and speculation...and money to gamble.
IMO
Would I be stretching to say that there's probably half the float being held at or below this level now?
Just trying to get a better idea how thin it might be above.
