Growing carbon nanotubes on chips at the post CMOS wafer stage
microchip Posted: Nov 15th, 2010
Gas sensors often operate by detecting the subtle changes that deposited gas molecules make in the way electricity moves through a surface layer. One advantage that carbon nanotubes offer for gas sensors, compared to metal oxide materials, is their fast response time and the fact that they react with gases at lower temperatures, sometimes even as low as room temperature. In order for CNT-based sensors to be able to compete with state-of-the-art CMOS technology, researchers need to develop a low cost, reliable and large-scale reproducible CNT deposition process on the wafer level. Researchers in the UK have now presented a novel concept of wafer.

"If successful in it's grab of Cuming DPDW needs to stop and put together what it has on it's plate."(Hank)
We are in the same court on this.. When this deal is done and Cuming is part of the ddi family.. Stop STOP STOP.. Doing anything else but build and streamline the current assets into a smooth operation that will add value to the offshore players.. The one stop shop for tech and expertise. I have passed this along in many a E-Mail to Mgt.. Along with the desire for them to get public with live broadcasts, blogs, and on the ground hard hitting facts of what is going on with each section of this firm..
I am hoping they will do so not only for us but for the company...
People need to know what they can do. how there doing it and what it looks like.. This is a visual nation and a picture is worth a thousand words and a live broadcast will rock the socks.. There are a ton of cool things that combined this firm does but the general investing public just does not have the knowledge to pick it off a
white paper.. Well here is to hoping they will hear us hank...
The logic is sound.. I am one to think that the IRS situation
was produced in the midst of change and just got missed.. Oh well
was it Ron and company that missed it or was an accounting firm that missed it.. I know for sure that when a firm hires a CPA firm to look over the books it is done with the thought that hey these are the folks that are there to double check our work.. So what happened?? Does this mean DDI does not have the money to cover.. I doubt it.. Just by reading a bit over the cview property in public info there has been a ongoing battle with the Government.. And I for one am glad they dispute what the government says about Value..
So while understand fully Hanks post and desire I am in the same frame of mind on the hope that he has.. While i do not agree with his thoughts on management that is his point of view and I respect that.. I am looking forward to the 10k just like everyone else and hope that it will give us some information that we can base our future guidance with.. In the time between now and that like hank said last week Game on..
I wonder if this is where they are heading with this bio-tech stuff,
And I wonder if the act is going to go into 2010-2011 or something
like it.. Hummmm
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 benefits small- and mid-sized biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies by providing a 50% tax credit for investments in qualified therapeutic discoveries for tax years 2009 and 2010, or a grant for the same amount tax-free. The tax credit/grant program covers research and development costs from 2009 and 2010 for all qualified “therapeutic discovery projects.”
LOL I have a buy order in also.. Not near as much as the 10 bagger
but it is there.. come on baby hit my price I will buy em..
Dog Tags did you see that in the latest tweet..
But honest do we know for sure that all this teaming up that Stan is doing, is done under the POWN Brand or is he just doing giggs for his own profit??? He is in so much of late and I am just wondering if it is affecting the bottom line of this company.
or the bottom of his pocket?? Any one care to comment..
And plz don't flame It is a honest question with no ill intent...
Has anyone kept up with the firms that have come out of Q since this board started and tracked there performance??
If people would just read and reread your post they just might see the power of what we are sitting on .. how long until this is common usage for all who knows but this is where the world is heading.. so to quote you again T...
MMR Pro Key Facts
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=55205009
The idea with MMR Pro is that compared to the competition it does not do EVERYTHING other EMR's do because it is not considered a Full Blown EMR. If you read all of the articles everyday, no one seems to like the change to EMR's because there is a large learning curve and large expense to an office.
MMR Pro is a step in the right direction that will allow physicians to meet meaningful use requirements, pay for an EMR service and be able to afford it, and also unique to MMR is the MMR Stimulis Program. This will be the only service available that will be promoting PHR use. Most EMR's have a PHR built into it, but only allow information to be saved from that one place. MMR Global allows information from anywhere to be saved to a PHR once a patient has a full membership. Doctors will sell PHR Upgrades to their patients and in return will receive a percentage of the sale or a commission. The average physician has about 2,000 patients. MMR Global expects 2-5% to sign up for PHR patient upgrades. The idea is that the more MMR Pro's are out there, the more likely the PHR Upgrades and the more significant that 2% - 5% is. Basically it should be an easy sell for a physician. There are no EMR's that are cheap, easy, and allow a physician to generate an additional revenue stream.
The idea with MMR Pro is that is can be used in Healthcare, Insurance, Mortgage & Banking, and pretty much anywhere as a way to digitize paper and store files electronically in a safe place. Having the ability to connect physicians with patients and other physicians was a hurdle MMR Global overcame, but they are able to connect everyone to this "lifeline" of a person. MMR Global clearly has a bigger picture in mind when looking at Personal Health Records because everything can contribute to one's health including not being able to find a license or credit card (these are all stored in my MMR PHR).
Well another Company is getting a clue on the huge market here...
http://www.agilityproserve.com/news.php
Talk about starting a little late in the game but they do see the upside...
Maybe we can consult with this person our firm is in the area...
Worth a shot...
but still good info for what it is worth//
http://www.nanowerk.com/news/newsid=18791.php
SDIR picked it up on a scan friday but did not bite my bad but looks like a runner in progress room to go up for sure..
I would find it very strange indeed if they showed any earning to this point.. this is and has been stated as a development stage company... What I am looking to is the team they have put together.
The NASA connection and the past record of the people involved...
From there that is it.. This is for sure a risk play at the very best at the moment.. I am a holder and will continue to add to my
holding as time goes by..
I will not put bread and butter money into this but any spare change will, that does not hit the piggy bank, will land here for sure.. I am hoping with the new pr firm they are gearing up for some solid information on product development status and future earning guidance. But until that point well like I said risk is high.. Reward.. WEll time will tell..
how long does our foam last???

David from your own information link...

"After the sale is complete, Mr. Lorsch will still remain SmarTalk's largest single shareholder retaining beneficial ownership of 2,913,143 shares of common stock of the Company. Further Mr. Lorsch also announced that he has signed a lock-up agreement restricting any further sale of SmarTalk stock for a period of one year."
__________
Now we can beat around the bush in the past for days weeks or years.
But there you go what I found though is that on his walk of life
the positive has outweighed the negative to the point that I trust
his current business plan.. And not only myself but several international firms have enough trust in Bob to place there name next to his product and his goal. So if that is not good enough
for you well man I really do not know what to say.. If your behind
and got in on a high point then well we all have done that...
good luck to you

hummm that could be a kick in the pants hey..
seen stranger things though...
Tell you what there is a nice lady over in pr that can fill you
in with all the info you need.. I just happen to remember this conversation from about a month ago and dug around and found my info , i was good to go.. I don't keep all my stuff in neat little folders for back reference I see it i make my call and I move on.. But for sure contact there pr peeeps they get paid to do
that kind of stuff..
sorry but if this was new news I would share as i dug but it is old stuff that the board went over...
Bob resigned from SmarTalk as CEO in January of 2008. When he resigned he was possibly the largest shareholder. Because of his belief in the company he did not sell any shares after his departure. In fact he still the record holder of any shares he held then today. As to the civil case it was brought in part by Milberg Wise a law firm specializing in class actions against publically traded companies at that time. The senior partners of that firm were ultimately indicted and at least one spent a considerable length of time as a guest of the federal government.
All this occurred more than 10 years ago. I have no idea why “investors” spend so much time and effort on personal agendas when I understand the message boards are supposed to be specifically about MMRF,
All the above can be found if you take time to read the filings,
and court papers..and no i am not going to spoon feed you either...
Geesh wonder what your agenda is there dave..
could it be cheep shares..>>>?????
Old News there ergo bob was with them but if you dig around and I hope you do you will find that he did not get in trouble at all
if i recall some others did and even spent some time behind the
grey walls.. but hey such is life.. dig around and find the facts and post them but make sure you find them all and put them together in a logical series of events.. In the mean time
take a deep breath... clear your head and focus..
good luck to you man
Oh is'nt the one that he is still and was the biggest shareholder to boot.. hummm
In AGREEMENT with, Ron get this deal done or walk away..
If the banks can not see the future value of this combination
then they deserve nothing..
The bank industry has been given money on the cheep buy our government.aka us taxpayers to help grow business. but they have
chosen to keep a tight fist on the cash.. well I am one of many people who do all they can to avoid dealing with banks..
If the banks and finance firms can not see that together these firms have the upward chance of moving into a solid blue chip stock
then they are blind to the industry.. The combined knowledge of DDI and Cuming is enough to push this stock well beyond a dollar a share,, Let the banks read and understand that the commission
that was put together for the gulf spill came to the conclusion that deep water drilling is needed.. let the banks understand that this is the only viable option for many nations. Let the banks understand that the sand based oil is no longer wanted in this nation or anywhere else.. And we demand as a nation to be free from the control of there group.. So if they are to frigging stupid to understand the huge upside to this and are nickle and dime on this deal walk away.. better for all in the long run imho....
I pulled my 3 year on this one if indeed we do see the Vol that I expect to see soon enough I think the .20 upper resistance can be hit pretty soon.. if we break through that level then we are looking for solid step up.. time will tell as in all stocks
but I have been in this one for a very long time based on some
research done a little better than a year ago and it is coming to
past in its own sweet time.. If indeed the company sticks with
the business plan and as of date they have, I expect a five year level to touch and poss break the $1.00 mark.. but that is a long way off..
Hi Lucy hope all is well with you.
Can't confirm yet but word is that Stan Lee new movie or comic video game etc has to do with the NHL and in the game this product
here is going to be something to attain to help in your hero status..
Fact or Farce not sure will just have to wait but man oh man what a kick that would be.. thousand upon thousands of folks will go to
this movie and see our product.. booya.. bump.....
or should I say Roll on Newron!!!!!
Someone Stepped up to the plate ah the vision is catching,
10/15/10 14:46:47 0.066 0.05 0.066 230195

Nothing really but what happened to 7,9,and 12 month calls ????
Always a good thing to keep investors even in penny land informed
never know when you might have a player lurking..
Reality on the Street, II
The reality Head is that you hit the board with some mystic I know
something you do not psyco babble.. And that just does not sit right with
me.. Now your Reality on the Street Post is just fine you have your thoughts and have made your point and I do not have the least bit of a prob with that...There is not one Long on the board that is just overjoyed with the pps..
There is not one Long that is not tired of the by the book filings..
there is not one Long that would like to see more of a open and public
Leader of this company..
I am waiting until this last deal is done finance
and all and I intend on setting up another meeting with the Management of DDI. Something along the same lines I did some years ago.. I intend on getting some solid information on the future direction of DDI the management and the board.. I am well aware of the disdain that many have for the management and there income.. But I keep looking at the paying off of debt and the building of business relationships.. I still feel we are sitting on a solid firm that is working on becoming a needed firm for anyone doing business in the deep water drilling sector..
I also feel that if you really wanted to you could sit down with the management and express your concerns and try to make an call based on the
facts as you understand them.. I doubt any long time investor in ddi would ever be turned away from the door if thy called ahead and asked to sit down with the management.. I do feel for you and wish you the best of luck in all your investments.
brwtrpilot
OK passing this along and again MGT at DDI this is where the future is...
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2010-10-12/google-marubeni-to-lay-power-cables-off-eastern-coast-of-u-s-.html
They are going to be moving this stuff further and further offshore and
we can be in the middle of the next huge boom..
I know we talked about this when I was in there office we as investors
need to keep hammering them to keep a close eye and build a section of
the company to be part of this..
Hey Head if you live there on the street how about you take some pictures of the local Cview set up ... OK not that I do not believe you but really
you just happen here and all the sudden your full of (Knowledge)
Well prove your not some pos critter lowlife that is just so sad that you did not research and come to the better call to buy this back a few weeks ago prior to the volume and the cuming singing deal in the pr...
Tell me your not one of the many people who are wringing there hands wishing they had got in a the high 4s and low 5s..
Tell me your got enough gray matter to figure out that you have until the
end of this month to get as loaded as you can before the ink drys on finance
paperwork.. Tell me that you have been watching the shop hopping well into the night.. Tell me that the good people at BP are so down on Ron that they did not come to him to design and build needed parts or the largest oil spill in the nation. So far you have told not one thing that is worth the time to read your post so quit wasting my time....
Yeah I see that.. things that make you go hummmm
But I really think they should put me on the board...
bawwaaaa inside the next and best what a place to be...
Uncleremus, oh contraire my friend while the concept is proven
I would like to think of myself as more progressive than both sitting
parties. And have taken the time and personal energy to observe and listen and postulate my own conclusions..with that said it was reported in either
the WSJ, or the Finical times a couple of weeks ago that the credit market is getting better look for bond sales.. If indeed we can pick up some solid capital for this merger then all involved will prove in the long run to be wise investors..I for one would rather sit here at .05-.06 and make sure they get this right then to press both firms to hurry and mess this deal up...
Oh Cargo I am soooo concerned someone sold 5000 shares at the end of
the day in hopes of getting a chance at some in the morning..
Come on man do you really think that even phases anyone here on this
board??? Foglol You know better than that..
Unknown dilution/finance all the better imho this is a retirement play..
I got my money on the table. what other investor Dawgs going to play
a hand or two.. ? If I am right and I think I am we are sitting on a very nice hand... just waiting on the draw of the next card..
Yes the did, they were support and built specific items needed for the cap..
some large some small from what I understand...
You know what I do like about this board is when the rubber hits the
road there are a lot of insightful suggestions and ideas...
Thank you all .. Hank I also see a solid gain in the pps in the future..
I also keep in mind that it seems that we are always paying off any debt
as fast as poss even if sometimes it affects the color of the books..
Blocks Moving Someone likes the News..
Hey Enlyten..I will tell you and the rest of the world that each month as I can I buy ______ amount of dollars worth of shares at the ask.. No prob..
I have dug researched prodded poked bugged Mgt.. and Come up with the same
conclusion as you.. We are sitting on a Huge bigger than Huge sub-penny
Stock.. I do know with out a doubt that this development stage company
is going to be turning out some serious Science Based Products...
I have no doubt that with the people involved at this stage
have had past success and have the ability to follow up on there
stated goals.. I am sure that sometime next year we should start getting
some information and there firm in filings.. Until that time I am
not playing this as some game but a serious investment based on the research that I have done.. I am hoping that the news is some time off as
I would like to have a greater amount of shares prior to this thing
taking off....
So there you go in blk/whi...
And that at the ask was yes me 5500,.028 just to put my money where my mouth is...not much but that is how i have been doing it as i can
brwtrpilot
"Goodbye otc pennyland thank G*D!" We are moving that way taby, imho..
Not only that I think the MGT. is well aware that the holders (long term)
are just down to earth hard working people. Who caught a dream and have put
there own sweat equity into this firm by supporting the stock for a long
time.. I am comfortable with yesterdays news and am looking forward to
spending a lot of time on the beach with a lot of good people from this board, and yes even the management from DDI. While some may disagree with my
logic I really do believe that they do have the investors best in mind...
Did anyone catch this tidbit of info...???
At the recent Health Technology Investor Forum we met www.drchrono.com who presented at the conference. We invited them to Los Angeles and will start the week in a series of exploratory meetings with them and the MMR management team.
bawwaaa Heck next thing you know all the doctor is going to have to do
is just speak into his blue tooth and it will record and dictate
process the record and send you a copy and a bill to boot...
(Ever wonder how much better your health care would be if
the doctor actually had time to deal with your medical issues
and not all the admi...)
Times the be a changing and MMR Global is on the cutting edge...
ummmm Sorry said I would not try to lead people into this play
but darn hard not to....
It is good that we are not seeing that again.. There is just to much in play right now due to the end of the quarter to try to mess around to much as if a person has been selling then buying aka flipping they may end up with a low count on there shares at the wrong time..
And as my math bites I am sure there are those who can figure this a little better but if DDI Market Cap. is around 9.70 Mil
the addition of cuming would most likely press that up at least by X3 X4 with the contracts in place.. and asset
I do hope we get some # crunchers in here soon who are willing to post up there thoughts on what this deal could turn out to be..
I am betting on this going through as 10 said there has to be a filing
if it did not happen.. so they have got to be near something (I Hope)
Time will tell for all of us..
I think the time has got to be close for us all to find out..
and again one way or another DDI has got a lot going for it with
or with out cuming.. without the road is more bumpy, with cuming well
major player in the oil industry comes to mind.. with the pps following.
would say fingers crossed but there busy at the moment twiddling:}
Some Collage kids have got to pay rent and get some beer money for the week end.. I would not sell for some time now. this cuming deal has got to be close to coming to a head one way or another. if it goes then booya we are in the money.. if not after the speculators on the deal bail there will be
a uptic based on the revs.. So imho those kids just made a huge mistake
by selling.. but that is there right..
oh well back to thumb twiddling
I do wonder how they are going to work with the sister company..
Cuming-Lehman Chambers, Inc Or do I have my Cumings Mixed up
