Yes, the future certainly holds free wifi in its grasp. As such, VoIP will become very strong as the driver for all aspects of data/voice/gaming.
I guess we see things differently, all I saw was clients and numbers but no dollar signs. No one should demean shareholders who are down and who wholeheartedly believed a deceitful CEO and CIO via PRs and personal contact.
That is the most ridiculous statement that I have ever heard relative to a stock or the stock market in general. I also think you misinterpreted Daub's post, I took it to mean there are 10-20k potential clients that could be obtained at a minimum rate 100 new clients per month.
I just read your post from last night, good luck on your idea. Just seems impractical that PVSP would pass on it resulting in your going to a competitor. I hope their reasoning was of sound mine and not ego.
So, you do think he is technically capable and is a part of developing the tech or did he hire all of tech.
I have first hand dealings with him or Riss. Does he just not like shareholders or just in a defensive mode due to circumstances.
I believe that probably happen in 95% of all stocks today.
Agreed, the past is the past. Hopefully, Riss has enough foresight to bring in someone; although I thought I read that he turned down an investor that wanted to take the reins.
Actually, it is probably the right time for PVSP to try and bring in others as distributors/mergers. The problem is Riss does not have the capacity to accomplish such things.
Yes, the consolidation of any industry/ sector is usually a result of increased competition and lower pricing strategies wherein the big boys find it more expedient to buy technology and/or customers and get the cheap providers out of the game. . The earlier posted article stated the very low average spend of $7.13/customer in 2012 which means very few are doing well at this time. IMO, had PVSP had the right Mgt. in place the would have been far ahead of 8x8 and a major player. Riss did not know how to implement and did have the wisdom to bring in the right guy that could.

I really have no idea. I believe right now that we are just seeing some MMs/ brokers trying to make some money on low volume. I think the 8mm at 24 is bs.
They do the same type of financing in Canada.
I believe they are Asher's Canadian counterpart.
A must read if you are actually interested in this sector.

Seems all the competition is struggling, but this si why I see some rapid consolidation.
“While Skype dominates the over-the-top mobile VoIP space, the market is seeing other applications such as Fring, KakaoTalk, Line, Nimbuzz, WeChat and Viber gain in strength,” notes Diane Myers, Infonetics Research’s principal analyst for VoIP, UC and IMS. “But the fact remains that most OTT mVoIP providers are making very little money per user. In 2012, the average revenue per user was a meager US$7.13 annually. Since this alone is an unsustainable business model, most providers are turning to advertising, third-party apps and wholesale arrangements with traditional operators.

Very good article, note para 3 stating that the 2012 average rev per user was $7.13.

Mr apples, it was the concept combined with mobile/cards that intrigued me. Try using some imagination and creativity for a change. Cut and paste must get rather boring.
Really, I did not know about this. Do they advertise on the sites?
I assumed it was a distributor or shareholder. It seems mgt does not believe in social media as they should.
I'm in agreement, brokers with a lot of shares turning 10-20% per day. They are not paying the fees that we do.
Sorry, link

Very interesting dealer/ MLM marketing plan for a VoIP Co in SA. Called Vox but a different co.
I see the Vox mobile@voxandroid has 7300 twitter followers. Not bad
I think it's more a question of many people hoping for cheaper pps. This is very typical pre Xmas.
Yes, I agree with all of your post.
Nope, FF has a hammer, not a ball.
Agreed, adding and the trend will reverse as always.
I did have someone verify that Panomark does not add clients to the website until they have completed their contract and have verifiable results.
SG, a smart CEO would address many of the issues discussed on this and other boards. Hiding from the market does nothing for the Co or the pps.
I don't think that your investment is lost as long as the Co or FF makes the necessary cuts and marketing.
Previously you were saying that FF was not in control and now your saying they can fire an exec, which is it????
It's certainly not a scam, just needs some hard working creative CEO to replace Riss.
I have not seen the claim of the 5-8%. However, you are certainly correct re revenues. Very sad state of affairs when no one but two posters on this board considers Riss to have any integrity.
I do think it is ridiculous that Riss will not update shareholders on the progress if the app/subscriptions.
Spit on post delineating all of the key issues. I can not agree that either Riss/Richards have sacrificed anything at all. They have pulled multi millions out of PVSP.
Market is waiting for real news coupled with the long term silence from the Co. I added but not much filled.
Great post and I agree with all.
This site will make it easier for all to follow the PVSP filings as well as loan and CD subscriptions. One can find a number of un named recipients of 25m share CDs as well as ff, aegis, jdm, magna group, redwood mgt and NetCapital.

What is your response to this fiasco. Apparently, they do not have controls to limit free.

Excellent app I've been using unlimited plan for 1 year now. Excellent app with excellent plans to choose. After updating to android 4.4 kitkat, unable to make any call. Force closes every time a call is attempted. Please solve this compatibility issues.
