Correction to my last post: Here on the frozen plain.
JJ
The rainbow warriors fail to mention Phenuel Pursuits almost like a forgotten bad dream. Happy one I for one was going to mention Phenuel Pursuits in my previous post. After reading this board for some time now I was afraid the rainbow warriors would jump all over me labeling me a basher.
The absence of anything related to Phenuel would tend to give one the impression that our upper management made huge errors. Very good point about the Herpes topical and Phenuel
Pursuits Happy one.
In testing for sepsis efficacy if one were to put E. Coli
in my stomach then a half hour later let me drink 50% household bleach I would be willing to bet the effect on the E. Coli would be most dramatic. Of course I would have little to worry about too. The mice living was a crucial part of the testing I suppose.
Lastly I would venture to say that we are all relegated to the Synthetic DNA. Management has handcuffed itself to the bedpost I am afraid to say. Now we wait to see if the lady entering the bedroom is into playing it nice or into playing it rough. Nine inch heels always did the trick for me. My comments concerning management will not help the situation. They know the path they chose. As in marriage for better or for worse.
Happy one thank you for being so honest and helpful. We have something in common.

Cytogenix recently announced a major dillution by way of the option plan they passed. Did anyone sell then Paulness?
Yet you and others would sell with a reverse split.
Does not make sense to me. Sorry.
To me it would depend on the circumstance a reverse split is called for. Dillution of shares is just as bad unless circumstances warrant such a move.
JJ
Happy one-- have I considered any other possibilities that may be playing a role in decision making?
Such as?
Are you suggesting that there are flaws in this technology? That it may not work as well as they have claimed?
That they have had to re-evaluate their compounds from both a
money aspect and a efficacy standpoint?
Do you have anything to substantiate this? That is if you are claiming the questions I posed.
According to some of the rainbow warriors I see posting
here this company sounds like they are well on their way to big things. According to what I have read on this board and other boards posted by these rainbow warriors synthetic DNA
will be this companys savoir.
This is where the confusion comes in for me as I have listened to the CEO on numerous occasions say that the compounds were a priority. Synthetic DNA was supposed to be
further on the list of honey do things.
Then there are those who bash management. Maybe they have a righteous concern as it seems that management keeps changing its goal and plan of attack. Those claiming anti-CYGXers post here may be right. I have not seen anyone post here who does
not look like a long term investor with concerns. Anti-CYGX
claims are unfounded from what I have read.
Oh well. What do I know about anything. If the train is leaving the wheels do not seem to be turning while others make bold predictions about the near term future of the share price. Odd that they do this.
Thank you for your thoughts happy one.
JJ
The use of synthetic DNA in commercial products will be one key to success.
The other key will be the pursuit of other projects they have shelved due to lack of money.
In some ways this company seems to have come to a crossroads of sorts. Money is a big stumbling block.
Hope all of you optimists are right. There seem to be a few here who post like they know something yet claim they do not know a thing. All in the humble opinion.
I enjoy your unbiased posts downregul8. Very real without the hype.

Maybe the CFO got a new company car to drive into work?
"but then it could be anything."
Have to have a sense of humor with many of these posts.
Good entertainment.
Paul what I see is a bounce up no train leaving any station
anytime soon. Still plenty of time to grab tickets even if it does bounce up to $1. That is a big IF too.
Some want to believe CYGX is very under valued right now. They very well could be as a speculative basis for valuation.
As a basis for real value they are over valued. Surprised?
Still no products no revenues no close phase trials.
Those ARE the facts Paul NESS.
Senior moments are a gift to some. Wish I could just erase the highs and concentrate on going up from here.
Wow. Are you an insider? Please back up your statement with
something other than conjecture and speculation Mr. Insider.
Thank you very much.
There are plenty of diseases out there however the window
on some is beginning to close.
Things tend to progress slower when there is no money in the till.
Just an observation of the industry in general and CYGX in particular.

Just got back from a fishing trip and I see that Cytogenix
had a nice bounce in share price.
OT: I must weigh in on this just so everyone does not think
I am side stepping with a Texas two-step.
Bush's fault? You betcha. He ultimately has to be held accountable for every single blunder he has been involved with including 9/11 the Iraq war and this latest mess involving his chosen to lead these agencies. Ridge who created this homeland mess now in the hands of Chertoff
should be thankful he stepped down when he did. Billions spent
on homeland security and look at what we have shown alkida.
We are very very vulnerable to an attack.
Mike Brown is another friend of a friend of Bush who was given the job as head of FEMA for the Bush administration.
Should those in charge be fired? You betcha! As for blaming locals like the governor of Louisiana or the mayor or New Orleans let me ask what you as governor or mayor would have done differently.
The governor did request that 40000 troops be sent into Louisiana before Katrina made landfall.
Meanwhile Bush was busy getting prepared for a party fund raiser. The day Katrina hit he was at that fund raiser.
The mayor of New Orleans is criticized for sending folks to the super dome and the convention center both of which had
limited supplies of food and water.
I guess it was too much to expect a military presence coming into the city to help protect life and property when most Louisiana's own Guard was in Iraq fighting to save Iraqis.
Gotta say that the New Orleans police really did a terrific job despite not having any back up. The military could have trucked supplies into New Orleans to take care of those left behind. No staging areas were prepared even 48 hours before landfall with a 90% probablity. Not one staging area by homeland security FEMA of the military.
As for the people trying to side step the race and class issue IT WAS THERE. Right in front of everyones eyes whether you like it or not. If this same event had happened in the Hamptons or in Kennebunkport Maine help would have arrived in a much more timely manner. The fact that those left behind were black and poor was the reason nobody in the administration gave a damn. If they had been white middle class citizens the cavalry would have arrived much sooner.
No excuse for this cluster $#%*. News reporters found these folks at the convention center so why couldn't Mike Brown? Incompetence breeds incompetence which in turn festers into more incompetence.
I have watched CNN Fox CNBC and just about everything else. The most striking is Nightline the past couple of nights. 60 Minutes was also quite good. Did anyone happen to catch Meet The Press this past Sunday? Who do you think the gentleman who broke down in tears is blaming? Not the mayor, not the governor. Just guess.
Lastly I will add that President Bush did act within 24 hours of Chief Justice William Reinquist's death to nominate his replacement for Reinquist. He was quick to do that. When it came to the worst natural disaster in American history he failed to do much of anything until four days later.
My conscience is clear. I did not vote for him either time.
The American people for the most part just never seem to learn. Maybe the majority are sadists?
We can all read and decipher the events of New Orleans for ourselves. Would it be too much to please ask that this thread be kept focusing on Cytogenix? Thank you.
Let's not make this thread a political football.
Another OT: Cannot help but answer BigB about Venezuela and Chavez. Venezuela could help America by taking Pat Robertson
to their country. It would help get rid of at least one crack pot little tin god who is in the process of collecting money for the victims of the New Orleans disaster while filling his own pockets under false pretenses. Yes Chavez could help the New Orleans victims tremendously in that regard. For that matter it would be a help to all Americans.
OT: It appears New Orleans will be uninhabitable for months. Levees have been breached and the flood waters continue to rise. Until the levees are fixed New Orleans will be a flooded
mess. That could take months. What could take even longer are the water/material to pump/clean out.
September 10th is the peak of the hurricane season. Sure do hope that part of the gulf does not encounter another storm.
Even a minimal hurricane would be a disaster.
There are interesting articals as to why Katrina was more devestating as a cat 4 then Camiel a cat 5. Since 1969 the amount of natural protection in the form of marsh lands as vegatation along the Mississippi Delta has deminished. Natural levees used to provide added protection. Due to silt
run off into the Gulf much if the plant life that use to help create these natural barriers is gone. Some have called environmentalists extreme when calling for a reduction in the amounts of silt runoff going into the gulf. Scientists have been warning for years that a New Orleans scenario was only a matter of time.
Maybe now someone will take the environmentalists and scientists seriously by bringing back the marshes and wetlands that once helped protect areas along the gulf.
Housing should be restricted as to how close to the shore
it can be built.
Beachfront houses are nice. Not realistic though. A very bad investment throughout the gulf and up the East Coast.
I always rent and would never think of buying such a property
with only a few dunes to protect it. Mother nature always wins regardless of what anyone does. As seen on the news even 3 miles inland is often not enough however it is better then
being two blocks from the beach or shore.
I hope I did not offend you gdepc. What I meant was I hope nobody over extends themselves on this highly speculative and risk play. You sound very confident. Good for you. You certainly have more confidence than me. Good luck to you and yours. Orange you glad you do not live in the Big Easy? Just cannot believe the damage done.
I sure am glad I did not have to endure that storm. Happier than a June bug on JooLie mornin'.
gdepc
After having read this message board I would have to guess
that you must be heavily loaded up on Cytogenix. As a financial planner of sorts I recommend to many of my clients
that they should not stick all of their eggs in the same ovary so to speak. Diversification is the best alternative by far. Home runs only occur in baseball. Rarely do they happen in the stock market and even rarer do they happen with start ups like this company. Use caution when investing. Never get emotionally involved in what you invest in. It does seem as though you are a bit emotional gdepc. Not good. Lastly never
discount anything others may offer. Often times emotional types like yourself blow off any criticisms others have in
favor of only the positive spin they want to see. Not good.
Invest wisely. Good luck.
Hope you and others find this helpful.
Jimmy Joe Meeker
hogger seems to have the facts here. CYGX did "spike"
back then at $3/share. Since current CEO has been in place the share price has never recovered to that level.
Not as many shares outstanding back in the day.
Striking PPOs at insanely cheap prices along with deals for survival may not have had to be done if there was someone
along for the ride with real life business experience.
Bigworld and downregul8
Posts are very well put.
Kudos to you both.
Your post is eloquently put Arnold. All of the eggs are in one ovary with CYGX as it seems they are.
Paranoia. Seems to be everywhere.
