hogger seems to have the facts here. CYGX did "spike"
back then at $3/share. Since current CEO has been in place the share price has never recovered to that level.
Not as many shares outstanding back in the day.
Striking PPOs at insanely cheap prices along with deals for survival may not have had to be done if there was someone
along for the ride with real life business experience.
