in2lite- We both have our opinions, you follow yours and I'll follow mine. I guess I come from a corporate backround where we had no problem sharing information, espically if it was public domain.
Harry I think we both agree this company has one of the better stories out there, we just need to be able to talk about that first sizeable contract we get and the stock price will start to roll.
Some folks might think talking about a new contract would be equal to pumping the stock ! Damn right Boeing dose it all the time and so do many hi-tech companies. It creats interest, and people want to own things that are interesting and on the move up.
Don't you just love a parade ?
Lowman - I didn't think you would have a ready answer to my question, and this has nothing to do with bluffing the competition or monopoles.
This has to do public information that Don should update us on. Example- I worked for two major chemical companies. Now lets say your passing one of my plants and you see were building something and you want to know about it. You can do one of the following, call our PR department, call the plant manager or the plant engineer. They would tell you what their building, however they might not tell you how their building it.
We would sooner answer a simple question up front rather than a bunch of dumb questions later, and I'm sure Dupont would look at it the same way.
Harry- I'm sure your right, with as many shares as we have outstanding it's easy enough to jack us around. Some day this is an issue Walt will have to tackle, a reverse split I would guess, and I'm sure a lot of folks will be unhappy about that.
Lowman-
While I agree with what your saying, Don still needs to give us a bone with some meat on it. Now let me ask this of you and the Board in general, is there some kind of a state secret about the gas transmission line ? Dose any board member live near this waste site and could go by and perhaps ask some questions locally.
Having worked for two major chemical companies I know my guys would have had the paperwork for the necessary permits ready for signing, and a purchase order in the hands of a contractor ready to go on short notice. Now if there are still some legal issues lingering, then simply say so, CSMG was only a pawn stuck in the middle, they have nothing to hide.
What I'm saying is this work should be public knowledge, no state secrets here. We should be able to pick up a news paper (local I'm sure) or a trade paper or magazine and read about it. The last resort would be to contact DuPont and ask them, but I don't own stock in DuPont, I own stock in CSMG and I expect my company ( as a stock holder) to inform me.
A bone with some meat on it-
Glad to see everyone agrees that what we need is word from Don (PR or News release) telling us what progress he has made on the transfer line for DuPont's LFG, and an indication if talks with other potential customers are going on.
On the LTC side have we applied for international patten protection yet, and what about sales in the Ukraine, I'm sure There's more than 5 hospitals there.
The best way for Don Robbins to help him self is to help us. Seems to me there are quite a few board members more than willing to help promote these two technologies. I'm not sure how many salesmen Don might have, but this board sure extends that number.
I'm long and I'm staying that way.
WEO1998- What do you think, are the MM's playing with us, or was there bad news that I haven't caught up with as yet ?
Sec. 12b-25 for qtr (12/21/05) Shows an expected loss of $1,847,000, but this loss was expected, and for the 1/1/06 qtr. as well. The quarter that starts 4/1/06 is where we will get a better look at our future as sales profits will now start hitting the bottom line. At least that's my reading of it.
Someone let the air out of our balloon again.
$0.16/sh. ? Any good guess as to why the sudden run up ?
You know it wouldn't necessarily take an earth shaking news release to get it started. A statement like they received a sizable order for X $'s for XYZ company, or the loan has been payed down and profits go to the bottom line, Walt's trip to Detroit payed off with a long term agreement with one or more auto companies.
Earth shaking would be like they received a big defense contract. Hell, you know if your dreaming then go big.
I have a few bucks left but I want to save it for a that upward momentum swing. I'm in good shape now, but a few more shares wouldn't hurt.
WEO1998- Your RB posting about NASA.
Seen your posting outlineing your view (See below)about NASA benchmarking our controler. I think your right on the money there , why would they spend the time with us if the company couldn't deliver. Not sure if you had come across the following, but it ties in nicely with what your saying.
Yahoo Walt Weisel item #34 HRSDM PDR

I am thinking there is a great deal happening. 10K first and then news. I don't look for any revenue until first quarter of 06.
What do you expect from a start-up company. The story is being told, follow the story, (hint) NASA. Last two releases tell me NASA is bench marking our controller. Once standards are written for quotes, who do you think will get the orders.
Just my opinion,

It's interesting, were moving the price of this stock like someone picking up and moving a manhole cover. I think the stock should deserve a better fate than this.
Walt is knocking on as many doors as he can, and he has the necessary talent in place to do the job. This should be the quarter where we start seeing an up-turn in the bottom line numbers.
I guess we should count or blessings, many stocks where not so fortunate.
weo1998-
Again thanks for the help. Time for the opening bell, lets think positive, it's going to be a good week.
WEO1998-
Thanks for the 10-k link. That takes the guess work out of it,however like most of us I would have perferred their filing be on time as many people get the wrong idea when companies file late.
I think most of us knew there wouldn't be any profits this quarter as the company had stated most all profits from sales where going directly to pay-down debt. If I'm not mistaken this paydown should be about over and we should see profits in the next quarter. I could be wrong on that one.
Again thanks.
PatD100-
I wouldn't mind stashing more away, but what $'s I have left I'm saving for a momentum run. I know how fare down is, I want to use the $'s to find out how fare up is.
Lowan-
I think you hit upon a second problem we have at least in the short term. 1) I mentioned lack of news like "We have an order, or the transmission line is finished or other such things" 2) is what you just mentioned a lot of the long steady Eddies are tapped out. I believe you indicated your in that boat and I'm close behind. With a lot of the momentum buyers gone we could set at these lower levels for a time, that's not the end of the world of course, but it is frustrating.
tradingdays-
I have little faith in after the close listing. There is no trading of this OTC stock after the bell. It's just posting of earlier trades.
I placed a second order today, just trying to do my bit to suck up any extra shares that might have been dumped.
Thought I had read it was to be in the first quarter, well as long as it gets done as we sure could use a little good news about now.
Didn't I see a posting indicating Innove will report their quarter on 3/30/06 ? I don't believe there will be any profits to report as all profits were being used to pay off debt, but that should be just about over.
Just picked up a hand full at $0.012, looks like the bottom and we should be moving up from here.
Has anyone heard what the status of the CoroWare merger is ? The last I remember it was to be completed by the end of this month and we are starting to run out of days.
I just re-checked the CWPC home page and they have now changed the listing to $7.52, so now it's just Yahoo who is out of line.
Did anyone notice that Yahoo is showing the close at $7.75 ? Not only that but I checked CWPC's home page and their showing the same thing. Life is interesting.
I started buying shares in Jan 06 and have dollar averaged my self up to $0.24/sh. so I'm not unhappy about the PPS and I have a handful of shares. Again I think they could do a little better on the PR side of things.
I'm not trying to put the company down, hell I'd be shooting my self in the foot. It's interesting how various company's do things. I'm invested in 4 OTC companies, some seem to always have an update on one topic or another IVHG is a good example, while others like DOIG have very little new news available. In the case of DOIG you can go over to their message board and set off a bomb and not even raise dust. Yes I have a position in both stocks.
Your right, most of the PR that's been issued is very interesting, but if you where a fund manager you would say this information is great, but now lets get to the details of how your going to get this show on the road, were are we on the pipeing of the Co2 unit, have we started on requesting pattens in the U.S and other countries on the LTC equipment.
I guess the company needs a good Pr group that can do a spin job with little bits of news to keep the masses happy until their ready to issue a major news flash.
I agree, PR says we have started to run the line from our CO2
seperation plant to DuPont and if all goes well we should be done in X weeks. News is more along the lines of "The line is finished or The line is finished and the trial period is over and all is good) I would like them (Management) to throw us a bone just to help keep our interest up. Time goes by faster when the board has things to talk about.
I fully agree, but as I said a little PR would make the day a lot brighter. I also believe and understand another old saying "IT IS WHAT IT IS" So we wait.
This old bull is always grazing in fertile fields. I was just pointing out that for the present we are loosing the momentum players. While they can be a real pain at times, we still need them to help push the price up and add some excitement so we can all have fun watching our investment grow.
With lack of PR the faithfull are loosing interest. Old saying goes "The world may beat a psth to your door, but a little PR sure helps"
There sure is a lack of postings for the company, makes you wonder if it's lack of interest in the company or just an over all lack of information coming from Delta for board members to talk about.
Has anyone asked our favorite company if they have started work on the DuPont pipeline, and when they might expect it to be completed ? With out PR this is equal to watching paint dry and many investors that might buy-in could pass us by.As for myself, I'm long and intend to stay the course.
New to this board, however I've been a share holder for the past two months. For a board that is normaly quite active, everyone seems to be holding their breat today.
New to the board, but a stock holder for past two months.
