Doesn't Zalemark have a duty to update material changes to their projected sales? What purpose does it make for ZMRZ to be so silent regarding the statements, announcements, press releases and financial projections they made for this year? I haven't seen recent posts hyping that the launch is coming soon. I guess that has been one myth that has been laid to bed. So if no major sales this year, and as I have stated in a previous post; no major sales for 1st Quarter 2016, where does that leave the company. They have no funds to continually operate while losing millions of dollars of investor money. As of the Octobet 8 announcement we don't see Warren Nobusada's name anywhere. He was the last million dollar investor Steven Zale found...also Chairman of Zalemark. He has disassociated himself from Zalemark. Sorry to see that as he was the one person who had any real business sense. But Steven Zale is still out of control. Always hyping the stock and not putting 100% in selling jewelry. Hey board members "wake up". Bad leadership is not going to make this company successful. This company needs to take a different direction in both product and sales.
Hey Betchips: I remember when you posted this:

Re: None
Post # of 5521
Big things coming VERY soon. Either load up or get left behind. Crayola fine jewelry launch will be hitting shelves soon."
Please post "in my humble opinion" or "this is my wishful thinking" after all your posts, as it will give you more credibility.
Also: "Crayola Verified retail coming -"
Don't you think Crayola merchandise would be in, or at least be shipping to Saks, Macy's and the rest of them by now. Is Steven Zale hiding under a cloak of shame? He certainly hasn't stated (as of yet...but he will) that they are not going to have Crayola jewelry in any major stores for Christmas. I can't wait to see the excuse Zale comes up with. Why can't he say nobody bought into the Crayola jewelry concept. After umpteen years trying to promote brands that all failed you would think Zale would go into another direction. Still losing millions.
"Pity the fools".
Peak or Peek; that is the question. Bad grammar. I can understand it coming from the "gun man" but coming from a stenographer who was in "Depos" all day just doesn't cut it. One would think a most learned person like that would know the difference.
Go $ZMRK$
BLTS
"DJPB sorry I missed your reply, in Depos all day. What was your question?"
"Nice Pete, thanks for the peak!"
Another day of silence from iconic Steven Zale.
When is the announcement coming that he couldn't sell any major retailer Crayola jewelry for Christmas?
Maybe Zalemark is waiting for next Friday which is Friday the 13th.
Possibly we'll get a projection of 1st quarter sales too. I sure hope they achieve their projected sales of 58 mil for 2015. How embarrassing for Mr. Zale to have to revise that number down to just a few dollars in sales for a whole year. The money that they spent promoting the stock would have been better used to sell jewelry.
Thank you Blophest, I appreciate that acknowledgement.

Go $ZMRK$
Friday the 13th is coming next week. 4+9=13, 4 and 9 are significant numbers in the Asian culture.
Perfect timing for a big announcement. Maybe then, Zale will come clean and fill us in on his excuse why no Christmas sales to any major retailer this year. Steven Zale had over one year to put this together. But he spent money on promotion of the stock not money on trying to sell jewelry.
But WAIT there is still HOPE!!!
Zale can meet or exceed his $58,000,000 projected 2015 sales by shipping his Valentines Day 2016 orders in December. All Valentines Day 2016 orders by major retailers have been placed already for mid to late December or very early January receipt. If he didn't get any Valentines Day orders then his first quarter is dead. He would tell us that...wouldn't he?

Bankruptcy is a good option. Aside from JTV, you have licensing deals that require (I would assume) quarterly minimum payments. Crayola is over a year old so the beginning leniency period to establish and sell product is over. That is usually no payments for the first 6 months aside from an initial payment due when the agreement is signed. We should see monies owed or paid out to Crayola on the financial statement due out this month. The same with Mars/M&M's. First 6 months free for M$M's then quarterly minimum payments are due. Hearst Corporation (another Forbes 100 or 500 company) was named as a creditor in the last Zalemark bankruptcy.
So the scenario is; major licensing payments coming soon and no funding to make those payments:
JTV up to $4,000,000 (I believe).
Contract payments due to Crayola.
Contract payments due to Mars (not sure when).
Operational expense money (just to keep the business afloat)
I think outside investor money to Zalemark Holding Company has dried up because of all the B.S. that has been exposed. You could see some names on the next financials. But no more after that.
And lastly, but probably the most important is NO SALES TO ANY SIGNIFICANT RETAILERS AS PROMISED.
No money, no sales...GAME OVER.
And one last thing before I have to meet my associates for lunch: I-Glow and I will probably be the excuse that Zalemark comes up with for why they had to file for bankruptcy. Blame us. But certainly don't blame the iconic award winning Steven Zale on why he couldn't sell one major retailer on his forward thinking vision.
In reading over the October 8th announcement regarding Officer and Director changes, I saw that Steven Zale has shielded and distanced himself by just becoming a employee of Zalemark. He is not an officer nor a director of Zalemark. Is he now just a paid employee (or sweat equity as he likes to refer to the financial arrangements with the non paid workers)? Does he have an employment contract? Is that something that should be publicly disclosed? Was the distancing forced or highly suggested by the toxic lender Kodiak? As Zale states; his focus will be on design and manufacturing. But shouldn't someone else be doing design? None of his designs or Zalemark's licensed products have been significantly sold anywhere. Not a retail store is carrying any of their products. This has gone on for years. Now the leadership has been turned over to others. Can I get the credentials of Jeffrey Ringer and Hie Su Moon? And who are the "Advisors"...what are their strengths?
The plot thickens as the characters change.
Very dark and murky.
Bad news is eminent.
No catalyst here.
Still waiting for the PR to explain why they never placed Crayola in Saks, Neimans, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's or Macy's.
BLTA
Let's sell more shares today. Certainly not jewelry.
Cause there is no jewelry in any stores to sell.
Bad news is coming. I feel it. They have had the Crayola license for over a year and now ZMRK is going to have to say something to the investment community regarding why they haven't sold anything. I can't wait to hear the excuse.
BLTA
Go ?ZMRK?
One would have to assume Zale is lurking around reading all these posts. One would also have to assume that one or more of these alias' belong to Mr. Zale himself. Also one would have to assume Zale doesn't like the fact that we are asking hard investor questions. So with all these assumptions Mr. Zale still remains silent and reclusive. It has to hurt his ego that he is losing control and his "people" don't like to get paid in stock that is losing value daily. Are they hanging in by a thread or have they given up?
Recent Fact: NO Crayola jewelry in any stores. You can't put a "spin" on that.
But the "wishful thinkers" keep thinking it will miraculously show up in a major retailers showcase for Christmas. And when it doesn't...that will be still be OK as they will wishful think it into 2016.
P.T. Barnum was right when he said......
The Zalemark silence is deafening. Think about it.
Not saying anything about Christmas deliveries is worse than admitting they failed. But to hide the fact with silence is quite loud. Obviously convicted felon Steven Zale's ego is getting in the way of good business decisions. He brags about getting a prestigious license but again falls short on selling any product. I could be proven wrong if Zalemark would name ONE major retailer that purchased Crayola jewelry. Not only that but Zalemark has to pay minimum royalties to Crayola even if they don't ship any product. I just don't see a future for this company. Monies are owed to JTV in early December. Where are they going to get those funds. Kodiak money comes with certain requirements (strings) that Zalemark hasn't fulfilled yet. So coming up is a required payment to JTV. A licensing payment to Crayola. And a payment to Mars (when...I don't know). Plus if they plan on shipping or conducting business in California they have to make good on the bounced check they gave to the California Secretary of State. Not a pretty picture. When are the loyalists finally going to realize that maybe (just maybe) I-Glow and I are not the bad guys. Possibly, when Zalemark files for bankruptcy again. As I-Glow aptly pointed out; Zalemark sells shares and not jewelry.
Message to the Zalemark loyalists: Please call Zalemark.
Or Crayola. Hopefully someone will SHARE the news (good or bad).
All we want to know is if any major retailer will be carrying the Crayola jewelry that has been licensed by Zalemark over one year ago. Someone else needs to call as I have honestly reported my conversations. Let a loyal Zalemark follower call and get some answers.
Is that ecommerce sales or brick and mortar?
Too bad Zalemark is not going to cash in on those numbers. Stores can't sell Crayola jewelry when it's not in their showcases.
No Christmas sales. PPS will collapse. It has too. The investors have been hanging on to a thread of hope for months believing Zalemark will come through with their big Crayola Christmas promises. How many times can stockholders be disappointed before throwing in the towel. Not only that but where is ZMRK going to get the funds to keep running their business. The toxic financing won't happen as there are too many strings attached to it. I can't wait for the new financials to come out. Should be some excellent reading.
These are not "old topics" as they effect Zalemark's business going forward. Zalemark should show some transparency by answering these statements that are presented here. I have stated for quite awhile that there will be no Christmss business with any major retailer. Why can't they tell me I am wrong? Why is it that they can't name one retailer carrying any of the numerous Zalemark brands? Why is it that they put out PR about financing but there are so many strings attached that they will never get those funds? Why don't they mention that they have to pay off JTV to finalize the lawsuit? I am not a basher nor a naysayer, I am a realist that sees things much differently than you and the other ZMRK loyalists. The true test of who is right and who is wrong is if Zalemark places any Crayola jewelry in a major retailer for this Christmas season. I have said for months it was not going to happen. If I am wrong then I go away like a puppy with his tail between his legs.
Any reply yet from Crayola on your email? You stated a few day ago you contacted the licensing department and that they requested you to list your questions or concerns and email them. Hopefully you have had a response. My guess is they will tell you nothing has been settled yet with Zalemark having a Christmas launch date and also they would tell you to get in touch with Zalemark for the store names as they did not know yet. Please let us know what you have found out.
Will ZMRK announce NO Christmas with major retailers? A few things are now obvious to me. Aside from the fact that no major retailer purchased the Crayola jewelry, no major retailer bought into it for Valentine's Day. Here is my thinking. If any major retailer bought it for Valentines Day then that would have been the perfect excuse Zalemark and its convicted felon leader Steven Zale could have used to explain why no Christmas 2015 selling. They could have said: " there were delays for 2015 but we have retail placement for next year". The Zaleombies would have been OK with that. But as they have been silent about any sales to any retailer, then there is NOTHING to announce. So not only did they blow it for this year they blew it for 1st quarter 2016. Again, as the loyalists like me to say, this is my expert opinion.
A "swatted bug" responds: Will ZMRK DELIVER product this year to any major retailer?
This is a simple question to a person that has access to Steven Zale. Or are we going to hear there was a delay and now we all have to wait until 1st quarter. Is there going to be major retailers that will be placing orders for Valentines Day 2016? I have to assume we are now talking 2016. Ask Mr. Zale is he going to put out a new press release showing revised sales figures for 2015.
There are no major retailers for reasons stated in my past posts. If you choose to not believe me then that is your choice. No major retailer will take in merchandise this late in the season. Do some real DD and call Crayola and Zalemark. Stop asking the Zaleombies. They will post anything to get the pps higher. No whale is buying in. Zalemark has no money, no sales and no supporting cast to fulfill orders. But they are definitely selling shares and not jewelry. Stop asking the same question...make those phone calls. Don't rely on anyone but yourself. And please let us know what you find out.
$500 in shares traded is huge to you. But no whale is diving in here as they could go directly to Zalemark and make their purchase from the company at a deep diving discount. Ask Warren Nobusada. A very smart and wealthy person who got suckered in for SEVEN FIGURES by Steven Zale. He thought he could control Mr. Zale but the convicted felon tricked him as well. Those funds are gone. The toxic lender Kodiak has too many strings and filings attached to it that make it impossible for ZMRK to borrow those funds. But the loyal faithful Zaleombi followers still believe in the pied piper...2016 is coming soon, they'll ship then. It doesn't matter that Zalemark didn't ship anything for Christmas or that their projected sales of $58,000,000 turns out to be $8.88. They've got Crayola and M&M's.
HUGE VOLUME this morning. 888 $hare$ WOW.
Go $ZMRK$
The big push is on
The Crayola launch is eminent
News is coming
Strap yourselves in
The JTV lawsuit means nothing
Giving up the right to do business in Cailigitnia means nothing
They have Crayola and Mars so now it's different
Zalemark is frugal. Just a mailbox type office.
This company is going places. Load up now or you'll be chasing it.
So what if they didn't get any sales for Christmas...the 1st quarter is coming next year.
GLTA
There is no "behind the scenes", it's crucial for Zalemark to deliver on their promises. Otherwise they will lose all credibility with the loyalists. I know you want me to be proven wrong. But I also know you are hoping Zalemark will come through for the stockholders. But Steven Zale has left a trail of destruction and financial ruin for many of his investors. You probably will still doubt me and call me a paid basher (which I am not) even when Zalemark disappoints you for not delivering anything for Christmas. The loyalists will now will be shouting it will be 1st quarter. It never ends...only gets pushed forward.
Major retailers REQUIRE "plan-o-grams", a schematic of where individual pieces of jewelry are laid out and displayed in a showcase. This is done months in advance for the Christmas season. Maybe 6 weeks in advance for Valentines Day and a month in advance for Mother's Day. Because the bulk of a retailers Christmas sales occurs during such a short period, every inch of case space is planogrammed. This is a crucial element to a major retailers business. That is why I know Zalemark didn't get any Christmas business. They would have had to deliver merchandise prior to the 30 day period when Black Friday sales begin. I have given so many "retail 101" classes here to explain how the system works. You are the first of what I call the Zaleombies to understand that there are no Christmas orders coming. You bring up a valid point regarding the funding but that is only one aspect of doing business. Major retailers require your computer system to be linked with theirs. You do that through a third party provider. There is no more printing out an invoice as its all done electronically. You have to be EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) compliant. Zalemark has no systems in place because they never needed them. They truly are selling shares of stock and not jewelry.
And where have the COLLECTIONS been sold.
It doesn't matter what you call them...they haven't sold anything. Old collections or new collections. ZMRK has had a zillion licenses but never sold squat. Where have these "collections" been sold.
What you say maybe true. My approach was different than yours and I reached licensing through a woman named Adrianne. I got answers...you didn't. Maybe they are now being bombarded with calls and this is their new approach. That doesn't negate what was told to me. The stores and the launch has "not been settled". Those were her words. I just can't make it much simpler than that.
Crayola did not say soon to me. Crayola doesn't know when any product will ever be in stores.
Crayola said to contact Zalemark for a roll out date.
Investors have been listening. Look at the pps. It's one half of the price three months ago. And because of the dilution that is coming it will be cut in half again. Your posts are preaching to the choir that bought in at much higher prices.
Even Crayola can't tell you when it's coming. A representative from Crayola stated yesterday on the telephone that the issue of the roll out and the the stores was not settled. My criticsl thinking says it won't happen this year and may never happen at all. But definitely NOT this year.
"Wishful thinkers" talk but are short on delivery. Very much like Zalemark and Steven Zale. All talk and no action whatsoever.
"Good news is always coming shortly"...but it never happens. EVER!!!
The check bounced!!! Zale sent a check to the California Secretary of State for renewal and the financial institution would not honor the check. Either the account was closed or it was NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
So on top of being a convicted felon and being arrested for dealing cocaine and arrested for embezzlement Mr, Zale is writing bad checks. And this is the person who leads Zalemark. Any normal board would have thrown him out but some board members are in too deep with millions of hard dollars invested in now a worthless company.
Crayola: 800-272-9652: Licensing Department.
Zalemark: 213-351-9771
Crayola knows nothing about the launch. Verified yesterday. The licensing department said nothing had been settled yet. Call them yourself if you want to verify. They advised me to contact Zalemark for that information.
Will ZMRK revise it's rediculous 2015 sales projections?
As the article stated revisions happen all the time. So will Zalemark revise it's projected sales of $58,000,000 down to $8.88?
How about some transparency from Zalemark instead of stupid inflated hype.
Always "big PR coming soon" and then NOTHING.
What stores carry any so called brands from Zalemark?
Answer: NONE
This company sells HYPE...not jewelry.
What does that mean, "It is coming", ZMRK misdirection as always.
But then again there were all those posts that stated the same thing for the month of October. And that didn't happen either. You can't trust anything Zalemark or Steven Zale says. Look at all the PR that has been released and nothing ever materialized. They have lost millions of dollars of investors money and so grossly over exaggerate everything. Does anyone take seriously what they say. So you called Zalemark and they said it is coming. Did you think to ask them when? Did you think to ask them what retailers? Did you ask them about the lawsuit? Did you ask them why they ceased to file with the California Secretary of State? Did you ask them if they thought they would achieve their projected sales of 58 millions dollars for this 2015 calendar year? Can you be a little more specific on who you talked to and what you asked them? "It is coming" is an insult to the intelligence of Zalemark investors.
Crayola's licensing department said today they knew nothing about delivery to any retailers. They told me to contact Zalemark for more information. I left a message for Zalemark to call me. I haven't heard back from them. Did anyone else contact Crayola or Zalemark to find out why they won't ship out product for the Christmas season?
Information CAN be released. But no negative information. This is the history with Zalemark. Always hiding the bad stuff. No transparency at all. The company is led by a criminal. Don't you think they would have put out some PR from the Las Vegas trade show. Maybe a picture showing a department store buyer looking at the Crayola collection. Maybe a picture of a magazine editor at the launch party. I heard it bombed with no retail or press attendance. Zalemark, Steven Zale and all the "so called brands" can't even be found in one store. But the loyal faithful followers still believe in the "pied piper".
The supposed launch dates keep getting push ahead. It was supposed to be in the 3rd quarter. Then for sure big news was coming in October. Every week in October the posts said next week for sure. Then it was before the end of the month. Now it's back to the launch is eminent. Did you talk to the licensing department at Crayola like you inferred? If yes, what did they tell you? I talked to Crayola this morning. That is pretty current in my book. They have no idea what stores, if any, the Crayola brand licensed by Zalemark will be in. They haven't been informed as to a release/launch date, as it isn't settled yet. Call for yourself and verify...pleeeeze!!!
And when did you talk to anybody at Zalemark. They haven't returned my calls.
Chart uptrend is being manipulated for less than $20.
Buying 100 or 888 shares for "chump change" to get the price higher is not going to fool anyone. Well, let me take that back as a few investors here don't understand how a thinly traded stock can be manipulated. The smart investor looks a little more deeply into it than that. Please don't only rely on the ZMRK chart.
