What you forgot is the company has real potential with it's Pilus technology.

It is now focusing on said technology.

Has gotten rid of it's dead weight that was entirely focused on the wellness money sucking side of the business.

Has issued additional shares to seek funding to commercialize said technology or die trying.

To me those points make me much happier as a shareholder than I was 6 months or a year ago.

Out of everyone that comes to bash this stock your last statement may be the only one I've ever seen an ounce of truth in. Kudos to you.

I thought I just explained what positive I saw, perhaps you should re-read my post. I do agree with you that the electronic trail is less than impressive, but it is what it is. Doesn't mean it's good or bad, I don't jump to conclusions.

Here is a wake up call for you, in order for this company to succeed someone needs to come to the rescue, I would think the best chance is the CEO...

I'd rather this PR than the months of silence we've been accustomed to as of late. I wouldn't call it worthless.

Just because a company doesn't have a developed website doesn't mean they aren't legit.

IMO selling off the natural wellness portion of the company frees them up to focus on the reason why the majority of us are here, the Pilus technology.

IMO Stella was much more focused on the natural wellness side, I think she did a poor job but regardless it seemed to be her number one priority.

Seth on the other hand will hopefully be focused on monetizing Pilus, as per the PR.

And as TJG said, the cost of the wellness business most likely exceeded the revenue from it.

My question, has anyone seen the childproof mechanism? I'm not questioning whether it exists like others on this board.

What exactly is it and does it prevent all children from using it or can a 6 year old with some dexterity figure it out?

Or does "childproof" just mean it requires more than inhalation to operate...

I don't think anyone on this board or on this planet other than those closely involved can say definitively whether or not testing is on-going for Pilus. It is all speculation and hearsay.

I became an investor in TAUG because of the Pilus technology, IMO that is the only real asset they have. The wellness side to me is just fluff.

I personally don't see a large company purchasing TAUG, however I can see a large company purchasing it's IP. If that becomes the case, I'm out after the deal goes down.

Agreed, I'm sure we will see that sometime this week. Also - Stella mentioned in her presentation last week that they added a new member to the board, I can't for the life of me remember his name. The point being we should see a PR released from them this week, I'm hoping it includes more than a new addition to the board since it hasn't come out yet. :)

Pretty much the same presentation as last time. I'm a little disappointed Stella did not go into more detail regarding Pilus. Not all too surprising that she didn't. Also there was no mention of where the money to close Typenex came from, although she did mention it was closed with the one time payment of $230,000. I have faith it was a good deal for shareholders but would like to know the details.

I would like to know the difference between Typenex ending in July or December (or November or whatever has been exhaustively stated, over and over and over again, I stopped reading any related posts because all of the colors give me a headache), the big picture... Who cares? Personally all I can gather is that the PPS will either bounce back in July or November/December... As long as it does bounce back who really cares?

For the love of God, give it a rest. We get it. Typenex exists. It's nauseating. We will see what happens when July rolls around.

It's interesting with this company. Lots of potential. Good things going on but definitely some things to chew on and as always tons of naysayers.

I have been and will always be here for the Pilus side. Tons of potential. Could careless what is going on with the wellness side and breathe as long as it's not sinking us. Some small revenue on the side isn't something to complain about.

I just hope it's not one of those technologies that's ahead of its time and isn't scaleable. I'm willing to wait it out either way.

I don't know much about Seth, I've seen both positive and negative comments regarding him on multiple boards. I find it interesting that no one discusses Stella. From my understanding she has had some good success in her professional past regarding shareholder returns...

Scooped up some nice .007s today! Misinformation, scams, or not I'm all in here. Can't wait to see what the future holds! IMO you don't dabble in the pinks unless you are prepared to lose it all anyway.

I caught the tail end of the presentation. Quick summary, Stella walked through each product and then touched on Pilus, ending with a quick Q&A session.

MOU with Japan is still in process.

Tentative commercial launch date for CBD eCig product is June.

Pilus still in testing phases and is looking very promising. She also touched on the IP for Pilus. The patent for the technology was issued in 2013.

I'm sure someone here will give a more detailed description on everything that was discussed.
