Quote: Using his JW Fisher Proton magnetometer Mr. Bennett and his assistants found several sites of significance along the proposed path of the new causeway, documented their positions, and gave the data to government authorities.
________________________________
I never heard of Russell Bennett but his choice of magnetometer tells allot. Although, as said, I'm impressed with the Fisher P'12 from-boat operated ferrous/non-ferrous metal detector, the Fisher mag. falls into the category of toys by Mattel. To find historic shipwrecks with that, there has to be significantly large masses of iron or one would miss it. The work would have to be Pro Bona as Panama ratified the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty. But no worry for SFRX. Mr. Genius and Wild Oats///// I mean Wild Manta are going to have an underwater Tinkerbell tinking in no time. Hilarious.
I've used and also modified the Fisher P-12. Actually a great instrument. That's why I find all this puff and fluff so ridiculous.

Why don't you post a link so all can be enlightened about the percent of a percent government contract earnings.
The collective goal is to make Seafarer Exploration the most advanced company, technologically out there in their field. I would speculate that this will also contribute significantly to the continued acquisition of Federal and State contracts. Allowing for more cash flow to advance the larger mission, IMO.

You are actually serious, aren't you. Ten years plus of 'hot air' and the bottom line equals no results, yet you want to portray this company as the next best thing since sliced bread. Thus far all talk and zero results. You might take the time to look into the magazine Sea Technology. The people and companies here are the real deal in oceanographic's and ocean sciences, undersea technology. Naive persons are easily misled reading all the huff and puff here. Wild Manta? (what a name). Connect me to a link that focuses on there developments in the field of ocean technology. Nothing wrong with the I wanna-be, we're gonna be attitude but performance and less talk speaks volumes.

So wow, very impressive but she me what they've done in direct relationship with the marine sciences?
Furthermore, toehold invent the wheel all over again type of play.
Quote: SFRX just keeps expanding with new talent.
_______________________________
New talent that produces nothing. No shipwreck, no treasure, no working so called new technology. All puff and fluff. As stated before, there exists three applicable remote sensing technologies that could have found the sought after wreck in one week with good sea conditions if in fact the wreck was there. Now SFRX is going to portray inventing the wheel all over again. Plain and simple, the technology already exists that would find the wreck.
Quote: Looks like more opportunities for ongoing Gov contracts for SFRX, Wild Manta, LLC is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Seafarer Exploration Corp (OTCMKTS: SFRX) to develop and manufacture multiple advanced underwater sensor platforms for detecting, 3D mapping and identifying shipwrecks, artifacts, and metals, including non-ferrous metals.
______________________________
Is this some kind of a joke. Its already been done. Would you please give me a link to show what Wild Manta ever designed, produced and applied, specifically in the marine sciences?
What's so downright ridiculous about all this is that if a shipwreck was actually where they say it is, there are three state-of-the-art remote sensing methodologies that would have found the shipwreck in one week of good weather. Now respective to marine experience and application, the blind are leading the blind. Actually funny.
It's rather simple. It's about a company that portrays itself as a so called leader in the world of shipwreck exploration / treasure hunting but, embarrassingly, hasn't really ever found anything. A CEO who misleads viewers by saying 'we're on the wreck' but hasn't proved that in over two years. Then comes the genius find all technology - Tinkerbell that fizzes out like a spent Roman candle. 'Hot air' money making stock.
Take the balloon ride while you can.
Quote: We are smarter than that. We know exactly what the motive is.

So is the 'blockchain' the SFRX "now for our next act" pitch (which many, many companies are already in to) since we can't find shipwrecks and treasure, nor (to date) develop a workable find-all Tinkerbell?

Precisely. Turns into 'Today'. A day of nothing.
Seems like the 'hot air' balloon just might be loosing altitude. Another 'hot air' pump up will likely do it for the time being. Seas are running 1 to 2 feet. No wreck, no treasure, and apparently no Tinkerbell tinking.
Quote: Ready for another move up, next leg on the horizon

Oh, the wonders of what 'hot air' can do. No substance, just 'hot air'. Who cares, you are making money, right?

With the exception of 'hot air' earnings, just the start of winning has been going on for over ten years.

Can you please define winning. Is winning to you making money on non-productive 'hot air' pr's?
No wreck, no treasure and no working Tinkerbell and no percentage of a percentage net earnings disclosure on these great government contracts. Is that winning?
I spoke to another 1715 shipwreck diver who was out today. It was flat calm. So being on the wreck as the CEO stated now over two years ago, did they find treasure and fabulous artifacts? Was the Tinkerbell out tinking, pin-pointing the billons Mr. Genius authoritatively talked about in his interview? Treasure values, A subject he really knows nothing about.

Well, the sea conditions are good. When you're 'on the wreck' like the CEO said publicly two years ago but have no evidence of same, you can only say it's unbelievable. But then there's the state of the art technology - Tinkerbell. If I'm not mistaken the Mr. Genius had already said he was able to determine two shipwreck trails, etc, etc. but not one piece of evidence produced. No shipwreck. No treasure. It would appear the Tinkerbell is just allot of bull s--t. Elevator going up to the next empty floor. Make money on the hot air in the meantime.
Quote: Of course if I'm right you owe me a beer!! LOL JMO

I haven't forgotten but I'm not too worried about it. I'd be pleased to do so anyway.
Quote: Crap! another bad day in the market! Oh..... Sorry my bad SFRX is UP on a shipyyyyy day!!! LOLOL all the way to the bank!! It appears this elevator is still headed higher!! Next floor??? More contracts? New equipment works? or are we going to stop on SFRX finds treasure? Guess we wait and see which floor it is??? JMO
_______________________
One thing I can truly say. I admire your optimism in spite of the fact you're riding on your 'hot air' elevator. Obviously the hot air makes people money, so do so while you can. A like zero production company. No shipwreck, no treasure and no working technology. Hang on to that optimism.
Quote: Hang on! This elevator may move up quickly like it has recently!! Don't worry next floor should be here soon!!
___________________________
An empty elevator run by hot air that stops at empty floors. How long is that going to last? Majority of penny stocks make money on 'hot air' but why always in denial when it comes to the reality check? Ten years + and can't find one productive shipwreck. Now its super Tinkerbell find-all technology that, to date, finds nothing posing the question of has it or does it even work? Fabulous government contracts with undisclosed true percentage of ownership, product or earnings.
Quote: Most of us are watching where this one is going not where it's been! JMO
______________________________________________
Its quite clear where its been and where its going is questionable. No shipwreck (CEO said they were on it two years ago), no treasure and the Tinkerbell find all a dud. Now its government contracts, details or dollar amounts non-disclosed. A hazy understanding of what percentage of a percentage this company owns. Keep forecasting. Bottom line performance and results are usually what its all about.
Quote: No, We just stopped on a floor let some happy folks off that got on in the basement!! No problem we will start moving higher again. Lots of floors above this one!! Going up? Oh wait you need shares to ride this Elevator!! JMO
____________________________________
Good analogy but without substance. No shipwreck, no treasure, Tinkerbell isn't working, no validation of so called contract percent of a percent earnings. So you have an empty elevator stopping at empty floors. Suggest you stick with the hot air balloon. The hot air is making you money. Stay with it while it lasts.
Quote: It's all great stuff, and am looking forward to the heights this company will go!
_______________________________
Just as high as a hot air balloon will go before it pops. By the looks of things it needs a recharge of hot air about now.
Quote: Heavy Duty Elevator!! This one has a lot of floors still above to move up too!!

Looking at straight forward statistics / performance / results (all fluff & puff removed), I prefer to call it a thin wall hot air balloon.

To date and until such time as contract earnings are disclosed, that's all it is. A unsuccessful treasure hunting company that runs on wanna be, gonna be PR's. that just don't seem to materialize. On the other hand, for those who speculate on the 'hot air balloon' investment play, what can one say, after all they're making money. ...Until the balloon pops.
Quote: I have a lot of confidence in the company based on the past projects and now future objectives. Go SFRX!
___________________________
Why don't you kindly enlighten everyone on what you mean 'confidence in the company based on the past projects'? This company hasn't found an actual Spanish treasure wreck or real treasure since its beginnings over ten years ago. Allot of want be, gonna be but lacking in bottom line results.
Quote: Hedge, wanna call seafarer to help me?

Based on their ten year track record, they probably couldn't find it. Not without Tinkerbell. Is that wonder machine up and running yet?
Quote: I’m impressed with the Concepcion t-shirt idea.......

Maybe they should make the t-shirt for Webber. He found the Concepcion. (1641)
Quote: The music is dying down yet again.......
------------------------
I doubt there is any concern about that. Crank up the old smoke machine and blow out more about 'we're on the wreck', Tinkerbell find-all will pin-point the 'billions of dollars'. Can't forget those non-disclosed terms/ownership/profits government contracts. Don't you just love it.
Quote: I don't find it misleading at all. I have no idea what existed back in December, and frankly don't care. If you provide all the facts, it is very clear. With additional improvements from Probability and Statistics and they are continuing to work with SFRX within their partnership to improve on this new technology and additional projects, include development of sensor technology, computational simulations, signal analysis, and doing directed research. Improving the distances it can map the ocean floor is only one aspect of current research.
_____________________________________
Eloquent selection of words and titles but the bottom line is nevertheless the same. Gonna be, wanna be puff and fluff. Perhaps if you'd read monthly's like Sea Technology and the like, you'd come to realize just how humoring all of this is.
Quote: Thinking I'll stick with the make money group!

________________________
Advanced technology that has yet to work (no surprise), and as to discovering even more artifacts, in the last ten years they haven't discovered enough artifacts for a third grade show and tell. A very misleading statement 'discovering even more artifacts'. Why artifacts? What happened to the billions in treasure Mr. Genius talked about in his interview? No wreck, no artifacts, no treasure. No performing Tinkerbell.
So your post emphasizes what is typically called "Dago-Dazzling" which most clever penny stocks typically do. So what are the bottom results collectively of all these egg-heads and business geniuses? Hyped technology that doesn't work, 1% interest for SFRX in government contracts held not by SFRX but by an associate company and no earnings yet disclosed. Can't forget the marine archaeologists that haven't had a real shipwreck to play with in over a decade. Very impressive.
Quote: All tests have failed on Tinkerbell, and........
I see nowhere in the report that states SFRX is a government contractor.
They have a 1% stake in P&S paid for in shares, and apparently get a commission on any agreement Soeder helps secure.
_____________________________________
This is what I suspected and questioned all along. Many of the posts here relating to this have been grossly misleading.
As to Tinkerbell, this is reminding of the once-upon-a-time company Admiralty Corporation who then claimed having developed the same type technology. They had a name recognized physicist developing the instrumentation which ultimately never worked after having spent a number of years and hundreds of thousands (if not over a million) of dollars. Thats why I call it fish tank technology. The theory worked in the test tank but never in the open ocean. Appears rather similar. Hey, but who cares. Almost immediately after joining the company Mr. Genius just chanced to find a Peruvian burial mask on the beach. Now that's luck all treasure hunter's need.
