It would appear plain and simple is being completely missed.
Sorry, but as much as many would like to point the finger away from the company the drop in price is a direct result of the company's actions.
Look at the total volume since September 15th after the product was released. Look at the downward movement all the way through.
It is completely obvious what happened here. It just requires an objective view, not a red one.
Are you being serious in this post?
Look at the volume traded after product release.
Tell me how many of the people that bought shares after that could have sold for 100%.
Unreal.
Maybe, maybe not. But I would be willing to bet there are far more shares held above 1.5 cents than shares held below .001
The stock has succeeded for those that are up
over 400%.
Is that really the best thing there is to hang a hat on???
There probably isn't even anybody that still holds shares from only that cost basis.
You finally had the operation?
Congrats.
Isn't it a little past your bedtime old man?
Shouldn't you be sending threats to shareholders via PM before you slip into your flannels and take your teeth out?
Out in the open isn't really your style bumbler.
are you saying they don't chase after legal 2500 share trades at the close of business?
oh and as for the pps .. sorry i'm in the camp
that *recognizes* manipulation .. is endemic
on legit co.s on the otc and the otc bb
Substitute *recognizes* with *fabricates*.
NITE manipulation theory-blown out of the water with the evidence of the zero FTDs of EXPH.
Trader manipulation theory-blown out of the water based on the complete lack of bid support and the volume stats that you constantly point out. Zero buying pressure.
Pali capital conspiracy and sec investigation into them- blown out of the water with a latin complaint.
TA gagged because of divvy- blown out of the water by jeremiah.
TDA shutting down because of settlement issues- buh bye thanks to gambler posting the email from TDA.
and they have obviously determined they don't want to pay very much for this stock as can be clearly seen by the PPS.
So yes. It all comes down to DD.
and you are right it isn't rocket science.
Not a single retailer you mentioned is carrying etc.
Window World isn't yet either.
yep .. it was an opportunity that no one
i know *with real world business experience*
would have ever passed up
For every company you can name that sponsors a nascar team, I can name you 20 that don't.
So it would appear your statement could not be more incorrect.
Race teams are looking for sponsors. They aren't getting them. Looks like the real world is different than you state it is.
Listen I don't know how to be any more clear about this.
The TA confirmed in August that the float was 930 million shares.
Sorry. That's a fact.
Who stands to gain from lying about the shares? The TA or JD???
Hmmmm....
if it was a moot point why was there a PR about narrowing down the choices?
Would you then say that was a complete fluff PR?
I dont think it is just about SEO.
However I do know that SEO is very very easy. If they are paying somebody to help with branding, then this should be an obvious decision.
However the point I was making in the post you replied to was that the name etc. is very overused regarding cabinetry.
So many examples of it just in on simple search. Throw on top of it the past attempt made to try and play off another company's etcetera cabinets as Expo's and it is pretty easy to see they picked a common name.
speaking of branding...
Can we talk about how completely unoriginal etc. is?
A yahoo search for etc. cabinets brings up this in the first 6 results...
http://www.cabinetsetc.net/
http://www.cabinetsetc.biz/
http://www.cabinetsetcoc.com/
http://www.countrycabinetsetc.com/
http://cabinetsetc.com/
http://www.kitchenscabinetsetc.com/index.php
What's also funny is that 5 pages in there still isnt a result for the easytoinstall.com page
and that doesn't even address the proven millions of shares that JD diluted into the big run.
Sorry jeremiah that simply isnt true.
JD has been saying restricted common for months. His own buddy Elson exposed this as a lie. In August there were only 50 million restricted shares.
JD can say a lot of things, they no longer hold value without proof.
Now maybe JD can go ahead and make those shares restricted at some point in time or maybe thats why the TA is currently gagged, who knows.
Doesn't matter. He lied in August. A huge dump occurred in September. People can draw their own conclusions.
Just did a search on lowes.com and I can find hammers but I cant find etc. cabinets.
Does that mean lowe's still isn't selling them?
Wonder why?
of course that was before the two
well orchestrated runs done on exph
Well orchestrated by the CEO with an open 504 of course.
You are right. He won't be able to do it again.
Lurker these cabinets could still not be in a retailer in 3 years and there would still be talk of branding, macro environment, conspiracy, manipulation or whatever else the blame du jour is.
You and I know what is going on here and it is simple.
There is no logical reason to wait as long as they have on the fins if they are good.
None.
i'm always stunned to discover how *branding*
and marketing of any product is so misunderstood
funny how widespread it is too and how poor a job has been done.
Even the biggest fans of the product get the name wrong on a daily basis.
Absolute proof. *confirmation*
Thanks.
Why haven't Lowe's and Home Depot hopped on board with etc.?
I thought Expo has a great relationship with these giants?
Public exposure sure makes it easier to sell stock.
Especially if it is a company that is going to be spun off and will have zero liquidity.
yet has already sold commercially
Can I see a link to proof?
I don't think one exists. As far as we cant tell, zero etc. sales.
Stay!
You have to at least appreciate the irony of the etc. sponsored cars crashing right out of the gate just like the etc. launch.
Right now ETC is looking for retailers.
Finally something we agree on.
Wonder if they will ever get any.
So did these trucks crash on their own just like EXPH or were they manipulated?
What are you using the shares for and why are there no 504 filings to allow you to sell ??
This is a great question.
Where are the 504 filings?
the drivers are ok though right?
Am i seeing this right that the 13 and 98 cars finished dead last and second to last?
You can demand that that the CEO put out filings and keep timelines..but as long as this stock has these types of traders manipulating the bid and ask..it won't matter one way or the other what the numbers are or what the revenues are..
If there were actually other bids in there there would be no way for this darth trader to sell shares down at .0029.
That's the bottom line that finger pointers want to ignore.
Sorry but this is the really real world. No retail trader can make other bids disappear.
Unreal the complete lack of knowledge about how things work. Darth trader couldn't make a bid at .0033 just go away. .0029 was the highest bid. End of story. Stocks don't run too far past the highest bid.
Veno,
the entity that got the 2500 shares probably didn't want to only buy 2500 shares that's just all that got filled.
than use a $7.25 trade to purposely and illegally manipulate the stock?
How does it purposely and illegally manipulate it?
The top bid was .0029. Somebody sold 2500 shares at the top bid.
Seems pretty legal.
GS, I just looked up manipulation on the sec.gov site
and here is the definition they list.
Manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security. Those who engage in manipulation are subject to various civil and criminal sanctions.
Now when I think of that definition and I think about a $7.25 legal transaction, I don't connect the two together.
I am more likely to connect that definition to say, oh, maybe a series of PRs, emails and phone calls that were pretty misleading.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/tmanipul.htm
very good post Bdaddy
Still not going to answer the simple question huh?
What is the current outstanding share count?
Investors would like to know that. They would also like to know the numbers in the last filing don't add up properly. Interesting wouldn't you say?
But, illegal trading should never be tolerated, no matter if it happens on all exchanges on all stocks.
I agree with you GS. If illegal trading practices are occurring, they should be stopped.
The question becomes what is illegal and what evidence is there for it?
Everybody wants to point to the $7.25 trade at the end of the day as being illegal. Why is selling shares at the posted bid illegal?
As previously mentioned by other posters, why advertise on NASCAR if you don't have the product to offer,
Just thinking out loud here, but what if the product being offered are shares of stock?
Wouldn't a nascar sponsorship help give exposure?
Love how now a $7.25 trade can kill an expo run.
I am not sure if that is more ridiculous than the NSS theory or not, but they rank right up there together.
The simple fact here is that you can come on here and talk all you want about acquisitions and ideas and plans and it doesn't amount to a hill of beans if the O/S keeps going up.
People see a billion shares authorized and they have been given ZERO indication that the O/S will not follow suit.
Selling shares to fund growth is one thing, but the rate of selling for ARTS has been absurd. And the worst part about it is that it has been hidden from shareholders.
What motivation does a long term holder of ARTS have to hold? I mean read the posts about people being down. People bought in at much higher levels because they bought in to what you guys were doing. How have they been repaid??? What did that loyalty get them?
Red. That's what it got them.
You guys can go out and acquire business after business. So what? What does it get shareholders? The company that you had was operating at a loss and revenues were terrible. Why should investors believe that acquiring a company or 20 will change that?
