The simple fact here is that you can come on here and talk all you want about acquisitions and ideas and plans and it doesn't amount to a hill of beans if the O/S keeps going up.

People see a billion shares authorized and they have been given ZERO indication that the O/S will not follow suit.

Selling shares to fund growth is one thing, but the rate of selling for ARTS has been absurd. And the worst part about it is that it has been hidden from shareholders.

What motivation does a long term holder of ARTS have to hold? I mean read the posts about people being down. People bought in at much higher levels because they bought in to what you guys were doing. How have they been repaid??? What did that loyalty get them?

Red. That's what it got them.

You guys can go out and acquire business after business. So what? What does it get shareholders? The company that you had was operating at a loss and revenues were terrible. Why should investors believe that acquiring a company or 20 will change that?
