Very cool! I would assume how they created the interactive bio is how scoutsview will showcase their athletes
Lol I guess they are not good at hiding their tracks.
I guess whoever wants in will have to ride the Dror and Yaniv wave. Yaniv has gone MIA from social media. He blocked his Instagram to be private and doesn't use twitter anymore.
I could have sworn you told me you weren't going to have time to continue to be a SHAC member. Happy you are staying though
IMO although Dror has a shady past they did the company more harm by saying he left vs him staying cause him leaving owning rights to EZ Grinder and SimpleCork everyone is speculating that he and Yaniv will be hurting the company even more this way but if he still owns VPOR as a shareholder in SF holdings he has more to lose. That said I am a firm believe he and Yaniv own SF holdings
Just curious what were your expectations yesterday from ORU? And today for the FUSZ PPS?
Has anyone here entertained the idea that Dror is not gone and just a partner in SF holdings. In the PR they didn't lie when they said he sold his shares to SF. He sold his personal shares to an entity where he is shareholder. It's a company within a company. He's using inception on us and using the legal way to hide his name.
Sorry Bad_Dog I thought you said you were no longer going to be a SHAC member. That's for letting me know. I'll try and hit you up soon
Rory can you update us who the new SHAC members are? Would like to ask some questions for the next SHAC call.
Thanks
From what I hear JCVD has had some financial difficulty so it's most likely that.
His mission wasn't aligned cause he probably wanted millions of dollars and ORU didn't want to pay it.
That's a good idea, make sure your company is public so you can announce fake PRs and when the price spikes you can dilute the stock. Also don't forget to create a LLC from Wyoming and funnel your money without anyone knowing. :p
There's a lot going with this company read all the stickies they pretty much sum everything up in a nutshell. A lot of good intelligent folks on this board.
I had a dream last night that in January 2018 Rory rang the bell at open of the stock market for moving to the NASDAQ trading at 25$ per share. But then I woke lol
Stewy assuming all goes well in the upcoming months and VPOR starts doing honest things and simple cork does come out in November and that is when the PPS spikes back up. In the meantime while this stock stagnates you can always find another company to make up your losses and buy back in the future months. JMO
Hopefully we get a PR next week to understand the partnership here, will he be an advisor such as nick cannon and co or are we offering our tech.
He is reading this board. I made it clear in my email when he responded that we at iHub and not pleased at this moment. Been wanting to send him another email to address in a PR. Will probably do so next week if anyone wants to know anything I'll ask him. I've noticed a pattern with Yaniv. When he likes a tweet addressing a PR or gives a vague response it usually means he will be issuing a PR.
Engines. Question for you? Rather than analyzing how hard yaniv and co made your PPS go down 30%, why don't you sell at a loss, take it as a tax loss end of fiscal 2017 and work just as hard analyzing another company that will make you some money. I sold majority of my shares of VPOR when the whole fiasco happened and already tripled my money since cause I've been analyzing companies who always have good fundemantels but the owners are honest people. I believe Rush gave you a tip and so forth. I still own a small share count here in VPOR and if fact based on my current moves I did recently I can buy back double the shares I had previously if I wanted. Anyways just a thought. I don't like people losing money but seems here in OTC it's no hold bars anything goes. I guess we're all learning that the hard way.
I wonder why they would chose Labor Day as their day to launch
Your comment about the diarrhoea and the dating scene made me die of laughter. Thanks for the laugh even though not laughing at the whole VPOR situation.
On a side note I'm suprised this stock has been holding up
Someone I know works at a company bought out by AirBnB and was in charge of getting a company offering CRM. Our conversation took place after they signed the contract with sales force but when I showed them Nfusz they were quite impressed
I've been in Canada trading on the TSX in my igloo drinking Tim Hortons coffee eating poutine. Games are played on the TSX and Venture but not to this level.
Wait you can get paid to post on iHub?
Interesting thanks for sharing that post!
Why does everyone forget accessorygeeks? LoL
Anyone can chime in on this question!
HP are you familiar how it works with BDs. Personally I have no understanding of it. Is it as easy as just flipping a switch and tell the BDs go out and sell FUSZ shares? How does it work?
A share but back will surely gain confidence in the shareholders but I think that idea is dead in the water
News of AI is out!! Let's go FUSZ
Nice job bad_dog. Your dad sells collectibles? I saw the web URL was bNotifi but when opened the tab it was from the ORU website
Keep up the great work Rory!
Stockeseekr made a funny. You are human :p
I've never seen a Saturday PR
Where do you get your information? Please share!
Next direction is knowing what the margin of these sales are and with the profit from the sales how he plans on paying all those very high leveraged debts. Remember even if he sells on walmart and makes 20$ per grinder how will that pay all the notes they owe
How is it that Yaniv answers some people questions but when I ask him a slew of questions he says he cannot respond and it will be issued in a PR.
I assume the biometric measurement is our technology. I guess you have to sign up to click on the video?
Let's try and look at some numbers here. YTD 2017 the company is at a loss for 1.4MM, possibly 2.6MM if some magical reason this officers compensation comes back. Let's assume year end there would be 4MM in losses at this rate. That means the company would have to make 4MM in profit to break even. How many grinders at what mark up do we have to sell in order to be at par. Let's assume VPOR buys each grinder off EZ Grinder for 20$ cause they made them in China for 5$-10$ . We sell them to distributors for 50$ and sell them individually for 140$ (exaggerated maybe but just thinking out loud) ultimately we need to sell 60k-80K roughly in units to break even. Based on 12K units how does Yaniv plan on pulling this off? I would like to know the margins now that they cleared up a bunch of unexpected information. If he sells 40K grinders by year end and paces for 80K grinders next year, he can actually pull this company out of the hole especially if he pays off the bad debt and doesn't pay himself some exaggerated salary.
Yaniv these are questions I would like answered
Very true but I'm sure if we had shareholder questions Bill would answer us!
Bill rather than buying the stock you probably should ask about becoming an owner with the amount of money you have invested in this company
