OK, but to what end? I still don't understand the strategy.
If it's to accumulate at a lower price, then I would find that
reassuring since it's an expression of positive expectations
for ADXS.
I have to add that I'm a recent convert to ADXS, so clearly I'm
not as impatient as longs who've been here for years (but I
do know the feeling, having suffered the slings and arrows
of owning Ariad for longer than I care to remember, ... but
with a happy outcome).
Thanks.
Good advice!
BTW, 2da's support for BR put the nail in the coffin as far as
any respect I had for 2da.
Thanks Vid,
Right now I'm in the learning mode on this board,
so any posts from me will be in the form of questions.
The good news is that on most boards you have
a number of intelligent and sincere individuals, and they're very
easy to distinguish from the frauds.
Our patience in waiting for Ariad had a happy ending and
I wish the same for you and all longs over here.
BTW, the little fade in the afternoon follows pattern
and I'm glad because it's giving me an opportunity to
increase my holdings.
As a general observation, very often good developments such
as the news yesterday has more of an impact on long term
expectations (validation of technology) than immediate boost
of PPS. It certainly gives me confidence to invest, even at
the somewhat higher premium.
The best to you!
Greetings grandma,
You were an Ariad stalwart, and I hope you were well rewarded. I'm happy
for you and hope for a repeat here.
I also join you in expressing my thanks to Vid (hi there!),
I also invested here based on his
recommendation. It's still a modest amount (there's more available, curtesy Ariad), but I haven't
had the time to get a deep understanding of AUPH, but it does look real good.
I hope that while I'm thinking about it, it will not get away from me.
Good luck to longs (esp. my friends from Ariad),
zzatt (aka amp.)
Thanks Meishairwin for a very generous and helpful response.
I look forward to posts from you and others you named as part of my DD, and in the meanwhile will maintain a relatively modest investment in ADXS.
It does sound like there's potential for a very big payoff.
Thanks again.
Galt, thanks for your warm welcome!
As for my participation here, don't bet too much on that
(currently restricted to one post a day!)
I find fraud and humbug profoundly repugnant, and I
respond accordingly, not a formula for longevity here.
I will however stick with Ariad, because it's back on track
and it's just a matter of time to seeing the pps commensurate
with the value of its life-saving drugs.
alpha, you're absolutely correct.
My point to "the researcher" was that we've had boatloads of
negative "analysis", including from outfits like Goldman (already
proven wrong!), and it's about time to look at things in a more
positive light.
When we least expect it, some excellent development occurs,
(such as the Eu. sale of Pona), that changes the trajectory of
the company.
What we know is that we have a lot of good data and that it
gives Dr.Denner the raw materials to make moves to maximize
Aria's value. It's in his hands, and negative assessment of the
future seem to me more "strategic" than reflecting reality.
