the share price at this moment could not be any more spot on. I don't know what people expect. Shesh, one product has not yet hit the market and impending deals are still being ironed out and trust me, they WILL be. Sit tight, the market has put NTEK right where she belongs based on current info. Valuation is cheap "if" you have proper speculation and patience. I'd much rather have a forward looking company than a day traded pinky..
NTEK will be longer term... bailing now is pretty questionable to me, but it's not my money. Mine stays put....
wrong, they are doing it in 4k and putting it on their own platform. I think it's a fine idea. NTEK is liable so the fact that only shareholders can view it is of no concern to me at the moment, especially w/ 500k a month of buybacks on the horizon.
NTEK---
Very silly comments which are simply untrue. NTEK is liable for their disclosures at this meeting whether official business was voted on or not. Period end of story.
wrong on all counts. 1.3 mil in inventory. bundles of 20k now ordered.

There was an online realty company whose motto summarizes penny stock scams like NTEK in a very concise, pithy statement:
"We sell dreams. And what is more valuable than that?"
I know pithy statements when I see them and I sure see some here, just not in the quotes.
Re: SHM Video
I posted 2+ weeks ago that .0565 was the stabilizer... looks like i hit a bullseye
I think I may buy some NTEK tomorrow @.070. Why? Just because I feel like it!
not kitt. just not true.... i've seen it at 3feet, 6feet, 10 feet. not a chance i couldn't distinguish it.....
4k is the absolute new norm to come and ntek has a big foot in the door.
NTEK IS TRADING right where it is supposed to be based on earnings and outstanding shares.... release of np-1, financials and Ultraflix will change things dramatically. No reason for serious money to be tied up here now, because you can just bang it on news....it will drift way up before correcting again..
Yes, I have personally confirmed that the audits, including all financial data from the "dark" period will be done and completed after the close of the fiscal year which ends June 30. Normal time frame would be 30-60 days after that date.
Please don't sticky things that are statistically unproven. It damages integrity of the site.
False fact. Average distance of USA television viewing is 8.37 feet. During a blind test between 4k and 1080 48/49 viewers correctly identified the 4k picture from a distance of 9 feet.

accepted. booked.
100% incorrect proven here on this site with FCC photos. Mojo can't stream 4k anything. Period, end of story no argument to be debated.
why would you release a sub perfected product when you have its advancement in hand? Ridiculous. You only get 1 chance to make a 1st impression.... Samsung has a major hand in the releasing of the Google OS. Google moves when Samsung says so.
The NP-1 is NOT related to the MOJO and the FCC has clearly proven this. Case closed.
not according to my conversation with the SEC. How about you provide some proof? I know why, because it's not possible.
lololol.........wheeeeeee
of the 80 or so shareholders who were in attendance at the meeting, I could not find or sense a single ounce of negativity. In fact people left feeling better than ever about their investment. Why anyone would listen to speculation that has absolutely no due diligence is beyond me.
FTR, I've seen 100s of np=1s, I received confirmation from auditing firm, I have confirmation from big box retailer, I have confirmation of current meetings with potential partners and customers. I couldn't be happier with my position in NTEK....
NEGATIVITY GETTING REALLY OLD.....GO $$$$NTEK!!!
Yes and Yes.... Audited fins already in progress, contact the accounting firm if you have any doubt. Also they certainly need not go to 2 levels of the OTC in order to move to a higher exchange such as the NYSE etc. I just had a company uplist to the NYSE after trading on the OTCQB while trading at under $2 a share.
The OTCQX best marketplace is for companies qualified by high financial standards, the quality of their disclosure and sponsorship by a third-party advisor
The OTCQB venture stage marketplace is designed for early and developing U.S. and international companies that are current in their reporting but may not yet qualify for OTCQX
Companies that do not either qualify for OTCQX or comply with OTCQB requirements are traded on OTC Pink, an open marketplace designed for broker-dealers to electronically trade securities without any company involvement.
easy................!
False, NTEK has more than delivered on very important issues. Delay in np-1, I could care less, get it right, time the release w/ ample content to make it worthwhile. The fins are already being audited, it's underway, why so much misinformation and lack of how the process works and the financial burden of reporting gets lost here is beyond my comprehension, especially for savvy investors.
Not a worry in the world here, NTEK has all the right people in all the right places...
one difference, NTEK is making money and has very strong looking forward projections..... It's in a very early phase with key products not even on the market... No comparison.
Jeff Foley open market shares purchased.

nonsense, was brilliant move to save almost 200k a year by going dark and an even more brilliant move to be reporting again beginning June 30, 2014. I have personally spoken to staff at the SEC and there is absolutely NO PROBLEM with NTEK having filed a Form 15. ZERO!
Most companies that file them do go under because they are cashed strapped. Not NTEK's issue as their finances are improving by leaps and bounds!
