Disappointing 10K but time to put behind us and look forward. Al I know your pissed just keep doing your DD and inform the board. I just listen to interview and was very impressed. I believe Brent really cares about the shareholders he spent 2-3 minutes putting them at ease and telling them to look to the future. Dropping the 800K for 1Q was nice. In 3,000 stores now and over 6,000 by years end, pretty remarkable. Brent told us it takes time from when the deal is struck to on the shelves doesn't happen over nite. He named some big name stores Kroger, Winn Dixxe, BestBuy, these will start showing up in 2Q, 3Q. Well just my 2 cents I enjoy listening to Brent you can just feel his energy and how he talks so positive about Rohan. Remember guys if you can keep your stock for a year this story will only get better and at some point be recognized. Lets keep our heads up

Are you sure I took it as they issued 8.8 mil to them and the rest would be returned to the coffer, if the PPS went up?

Earlier someone asked about share count and a reply was 77 mil but isn't it really 85+ mil because of the shares issued to Ironridge. Even though we all know Jamn won't show a profit for awhile the added shares will effect a higher loss in the 10K & 10Q because of the higher share count. Lets just hope the sales are what we are expecting with a positive future statement.

I for one would like to see a PR telling us the new stores their in like Kroger, we haven't gotten an official PR stating this along with Best Buy of canada and probably some more.

You know Al they way I look at ATV's PR's is that it gets Jamn's name out there and it doesn't cost them anything. win win

You know guys I can feel things heating up I'm expecting a good 10K along with some good PR's to propel this stock to the next level.

"We're going into the Kroger system, which is the largest retailer in the country." Without a PR yet we don't know exactly what the Kroger deal is yet hopefully all of them.

The last time I jumped to conclusions that there was a problem with relationship and then the coffee was back on website. I would say you're right about sold out. Although why would you let it sell out .... keep it in stock!!

It takes a lot of coffee to fill Krogers chain, hopefully this is the major chain Brent was talking about in his radio interview weeks back. I think we will have a major PR along with the 10K .... getting all giddy

Have you looked at ICNB's last 10Q? If I'm reading it right they are considered a Blank Check company (Shell company)and are looking for a business combination. They have no revenues and $16.4 mil in debt. lets hope the hell Rohan stays away from them.

I can tell you what I know is I bought 24 real cups of talkin blue for $31.99 so cost me $1.33 per cup and also bought their 36 cup variety for $25.00 cost to me $.69 per cup. These were both from Amazon.

I agree I think the only way Rohan would sell is if it was stated he could revoke the Marley name if he wanted, and what company would want that, since the Marley name is what they would be buying.

I wouldn't count on it, Marley coffee is no where to be found on QVC web site. I did a search on Marley coffee it said no results then did search on just coffee 431 hits went thru all of them no Marley. I wonder if they had a falling out.

Yeah when I said "why" I was referring to Gaskins being an IPO expert. His web site www.ipodesktop.com is basically a paid site devoted to IPO's. You pay for their research on upcoming IPO's. Since Jamn is not an IPO and most (not all IPO's) come from the private sector I was intrigued that a man of his caliber would mention Jamn. He probably has a staff that looks at smaller company stocks with a good story. Just a little surprised with so many good companies out there they look at pink sheets. I know before you say it some pink sheets become big boys. No matter he got wind of Jamin's story somewhere and darn glad he did, for him to say they had good financials is excellent!! Unfortunately the engineer in me is always why, how ...etc. it's annoying. All we have a bright future here!!

Thanks for the feedback I'm not a financial guy like I said before so I have to believe you guys are right, you haven't changed your toon over the last few months. You don't have to be a financial guy to realize a start up takes time to become profitable (I'm not worried about that) their administration costs and cost of sales are going to increase to get their product to the public. As you have said at some time revenues will increase to over come that. When Brent mentioned Chris Hopkins I believe he said he was VP of sales, Is he doing a dual role for Marley Beverage & Jamn or do you think he came over to Jamn. I was a little unclear about that. Everyone keep up the good work and keep postin!!
