There is a method to my madness…
Whatever that means…
That was before my time…
So you would call this one a “runner“…
BAWHAHAHA
NTEK. Bought in starting at .0009 for an average of .004… 20 million shares. Sold after the peak of .17 at and average of .15. Held the stock for well over a year.
Did you read the most recent S1 filing?
Again, how do you claim that it is “worthless commodity” if you don’t know what it is?
It seems the guys fraud was pretty egregious… Most stinky pinky CEOs know how to parse their words and hide their assets…
You claim it’s a worthless commodity and you don’t know what it is? I guess that says it all right there doesn’t it…
So DD is worthless? You mean to Tell me you’ve done no due diligence on this stock?
BAWHAHAHA
I never said they did… You just have a reading comprehension issues. You think you can read peoples minds. Mildly entertaining.
Wow… Good for you! That rarely happens.
Same here…
Prove you wrong about what… You say the same thing about these piece of shit pink sheet stocks that I do… You just don’t like the way I say it.
Traders can absolutely get burned through no fault of their own. Happens all the Time in the OTC and elsewhere. Don’t let anybody else tell you differently. Buying a stock and having the SEC suspend it in a week… That’s getting burned because you never see it coming no matter how much do diligence you perform. Emails to CEOs who claim no reverse split only to release that filing announcing a reverse split… No matter how much due diligence you do, you got burned. Food for thought… LOL
Nothings ever black-and-white…
Don’t let him push you around… He’s just a crotchety old man who wants to disagree with everybody’s post no matter what they post… Sad really.
I remember back in the good all days…
“Blowing a tranny” meant you need to take your car to the shop…
How times have changed…
I believe the code is from the 1890s… I know they’ve only updated this app once since I’ve been on iHub.
Are you promising my granny multiple dollars??
Buy when folks are selling and sell when folks are buying
All pennies are crap… Trade accordingly
Correlation does not equal causation…
Let’s get back to $.37 so my granny can Be resurrected…
BAWHAHAHA
What happened to the good all days when this thing ran from the trips to $.17 and made me a millionaire?
Roger that!
I don’t have any call on this… I’ll put some money in that I can afford to lose and let it ride.
As far as the private placement, I don’t have any clue as to why these investors invested such a small amount. You can see the list of investors in the filing. It shows how many shares each investor has. Honestly, I can’t believe it’s worth the hassle. I’ve done a private placement before with a pink sheet stock. It’s almost impossible to find a brokerage to except the shares so you can sell them. At least that was my experience.
Does Justin Bieber still owns stock in this piece of shit?
No truer words ever spoken…
The S 1 was reporting a private placement… A.k.a. PIPE. A group of private investors purchased the 4,000,000+ shares. Private Investment in public equity. That’s what PIPE stands for.
The S1 was reporting a private placement of 4 million + shares.
Only if it has Malaysian Palm oil…
Happy new year to you too
LOL… It’s all I have left
Awesome… you’ll know who I am because I sing on only one note.
I am personally here for the Girl Scout cookies…
Thank you… Let’s see what happens
Maybe I’ll give Dwyer another chance… It’s been over a decade. Maybe he’s found Jesus in the interim… LOL
That’s exactly right! If you’re not making money on scams in the OTC and you’re not making money…
Isn’t Matt Dwyer a swindler? Don’t I recognize that name from Baron capital? I think that was one of the first pennies I ever bought…
