They filled my order for 3 mil at .00015
As long as Mark does the right thing with this company it is heading towards a bright future. it will be nice to be along for the ride.
yes i did:
only had 11000 shares. but if i see something a little more positive for the company in the future, i might take another small position. right now i just dont see it happening. At least not in the time frame im looking for.
like i said, im not a hater. just a realist.
Right, i am not a hater. i just try to make sound decisions based on DD. And the DD, while not telling me to run, is telling to move to greener pastures. Good Luck.
Unfortunately guys, rb is right. It would take a miracle for SUGO to get a permit for CM. All you have to do is talk to the right people to find out SUGO's chances of success. It wasnt said it would be impossible, but it was said it would take considerable resources to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way. And even then a permit may still not be issued. It all has to do with the location of the CM, If it were farther southeast it wouldnt be so much of a problem.
Everyone can find out the same information. Just takes a little effort.
Sheesh..IMO these stocks are way to volatile to be shorting. The daily list of shorts is completely misleading. that would mean that over 500 million shares were shorted over the last week or two. I dont think so. If that were the case we'd be at .0001.
Well, i only had a minimal stake in the company until I could verify some info. The property they hold is valuable but that is about it.
I once was long but now im gone:
I once had faith in this company, but no longer. I have sold all my shares. A lot of you in here may truely believe this company will go somewhere, but, in reality, it is going nowhere. i have recieved confirmation from the BLM in California of Rbtree's repeated post about the permitting issue. It is going to be near impossible for SUGO or anyone else for that matter to get a permit. And the permits that were issued in the past were only for limited exploration.
This is why the big guys gave up. Even with the price of gold where its at, I do not believe any other company is looking at it.
I never believe anything that is said in these chatrooms until I can verify it myself. It seems the bashers have won on this one.
Good luck to those still involved, and I hope it works out for you.
Dang, can you say....PUMPER?
Well my crystal ball is a little cloudy right now. Im sure it will be out soon enough. Its just getting a little old hearing monday, no for sure by wednesday, well he must have been tired so now friday, well he had a little too much to drink on thursday, so now monday....... and on and on it goes. By the end of year seems a safer bet
Id say the PR should be out by the end of the year
Hope so, otherwise wouldnt be a good situation.
Are these officers naked?
I agree with you, it would be in his best interest to get the price up. This is why I do not believe dilution is occurring. I tried to call today but got nowhere, and that investor relations firm they use is useless. I have placed many calls and emails to them and none have ever got returned. What's the point of having an investors relations firm who doesnt relate to investors.
Imo: we wouldnt see much lower than .0004, do i want to see this. no, but i would try to pick up some more if we were to go there. I feel we are pretty much at the bottom here. Im sure a lot of people got an email about tytn about to break out, when it didnt i think they all sold for a loss. i think this is why weve seen the price drop this week. i could be wrong. I dont feel the company is diluting, most of the time ive noticed dilution it has been after a massive pr to bring in buyers.
This board should be glad to have you. 95% of what you post is verifiable with a little DD. Thank you.
and Im sure this is top on their to-do list.
You are full of it, 80% of the annual reports i read for small companies have the same going concern clause in them. Its normal. Like i said i am not worried.
Pretty normal for an up and coming company. im not too worried
There is no doubt in my mind we ar undervalued at these prices, I think we are worth at least a penny if not slightly more. And this just as of right now. New dealings could make us worth closer to a nickel. Just my opinion.
Nice find:
Work like this will be what it takes to successfully mine the CM.
I wasnt agreeing with him on the 8 billion thing, correcting him. i said a billion common and i did name a few for you
Many otc companies have at least a billion O/S. so even if sugo had 100 million outstanding, that is still only a tenth of what is common in pinkyland. and yes there some companies that have 5 billion plus outstanding shares. There is no need to list them for you. the information is easy to acquire for yourself.
but to get you started ill name a few
cgfia, lfbg, nbvg
http://www.otcmarkets.com/home
Everyone knew they were going to have to dilute some, that was a given. Name a small upcoming that hasnt and ill give you a BIG GOLD STAR. Take another small mining company for example, CGFI* added 15 bil shares for cash flow. What SUGO did was actually minimal. I dont see a problem with it. As for the partner, financing, etc, i am sure it will come soon enough. Im sure risicare is getting lonely in his cave of negativity, why dont you go join him there.
True, if they are waiting on funding, partner, permit information, etc, they would want to release this in the 10k. Not saying it will happen, but anything is possible i guess.
I thought you said mark was in cali
When is the 10-k supposed to come out, Im sure a lot of issues will be addressed in that. I read on the 15th calendar day after due date.
I do have to say:
Although I disagree with you, thanx for your opinions. I have emailed Hector again. We'll see if I get a response this time. I have done a fair amount of research on mining in California and the only real problem I foresee in the permitting process is the environmental issue. If addressed properly, this could actually have minimal impact on the process. I am also waiting for reply back from the permitting firm SUGO contracted with to obtain said permit.
just hearsay. When I speak to him myself, then ill take it as fact. I have sent numerous emails and placed a few calls to the blm and have got nothing yet.
if i find one, you will b the first to know. Otherwise we wil just have to wait for sugo to get theirs
I couldve written that email myself. All my attempts to contact the blm have proved useless. You must b special
Once sugo gets theirs, il show it to you
Low grade or not,
I just read about this mega landfill project going on in California. Apparently 85% of the citizens approve of it.
You think they wont approve a gold mine.. you are the one dreaming.
You may be right..
Although there other open pit mines in the region. Could also be one of these companies SUGO may talk to.
The main point is this property will attract bigger players, players who have money to throw around. And we all know, MONEY IS POWER!!!!!!!!!!!
IF SUGO markets that report right, yes we will all be sitting pretty, well except for the bashers of course.
better yet:
One of the largest gold mines in the country, the Mesquite Mine, located in Imperial County, in the southeastern corner of the state, extracts over 100,000 ounces of gold annually (valued at over $100 million). The mine, which abuts the Chocolate Mountains Gunnery Range, is owned by New Gold, Inc., as of June 2009. It is also notable as being adjacent to the site where the County of Los Angeles, almost 200 miles away, is preparing its waste-by-rail megafill landfill project
So youre telling me they will approve a mega landfill and not a gold mine. PLEASE!!!
Which one is worse? lol
All mere speculation.
This gold will come out of the ground.
The only question is, will SUGO do it, or will someone bigger purchase the rights to the claims and get it.
I totally agree. rbtree says no open pit mines have been in CA for many a year, yet the mesquite mine, the nations largest gold mine is located in CA. Talk about not getting your facts straight.
There are many open pit mines in California, actually the largest open pit mine is located in california.
The mesquite mine, an open pit mine is still operating today in california
The rand mine, another open pit mine in california, still operating
U.S. Borax Boron Mine - CA
This mine is the largest open pit mine in California, and is probably the largest borate mine in the world, supplying half of the world's borates, and employing around 800 people. The mine and refinery complex was established in the late 1920's,...
what were you saying about open pit mines in CA...................
just to name a few............
We all know how corrupt politicians are, just because Jerry Brown is governor means nothing. Enough money will take care of him. It may be difficult to obtain the permits, but not impossible. Those groups can be and have been ignored before. Actually happens all the time. So another moot point. This property has been drilled before and will be drilled again. Just a matter of time.
If you read the report, Moore does state another way of mining the property without it being an open pit mine, which is what most of the groups opposed.
The dust can be controlled. Just gonna take a lot of water for spraying stuff down.
There is a simple solution to every point you make.
The only tough one is finance.
Placed a call to the permitting firm SUGO hired to begin the permitting process. Had to leave a message. They are based in Parker, Co, which is only about 45 mins from me, so I may run up there tomorrow and get their take on the permitting process in California.
