THIS STOCK IS'NT GOING TO MOVE NOVEMBER 7
ORPH just release their data and only seen a 1 buck raise. ALXN approved a huge paying drug and their stock dropped.
What makes us think that Anavex will see an increase on November 7?
Enlighten me. Because after seeing these to market examples, I'm skeptical.

THIS STOCK IS'NT GOING TO MOVE NOVEMBER 7
This makes me wonder.
Just compare us to AXON... like the good doctor did.
Day Traders play ground till 11/9.
Hold your shares we will have some nasty swings. IMHO
Good luck to you....
When you get married you need to remember these Two words. YES DEAR!

How to stop your shares from being Lent for shorting:
Brokers can legally lend out your shares only under certain circumstances. The shares must be in a margin account, meaning an account that allows you to borrow money. Cash or securities held in the account are collateral for borrowed funds or securities. When you borrow funds, the terms of the margin agreement allow your broker to lend collateralized shares to another person for a short sale. You can prevent this by changing the registration of the shares. Shares held in a brokerage account are typically under “street name” registration, meaning the shares are registered in the broker’s name and credited to you. You can request that the shares be re-registered with the issuing company. This is known as direct registration. Once the registration is changed, the shares are in your name. Ownership can’t be changed and thus the shares can’t be transferred without your consent. They are not available to lend unless you give permission. The shares remain collateral when you make a trade that requires borrowing.

9.60 AH...
I like the slow and steady....no meat on the bones for the shorts..
Seems to be ok now ...loving the additional buying power
My americrap is all screwed up...shows RS share count with pre split price.
I was asking about the DW's statements about Anavex paying for the pump..
Can I have a link to that?
Combination of stop hunting and the MMs letting the shorts out.
Good Advice...
He has that in hand..
The Good Doctor rings the bell and the parrot heads on CNBC mention the words "cure for AD" and also mention the patent approval that was PRed that morning.
If you were short this stock what would you do?.
OOPS! to late.....
You will see them In the AM.
We have one more day of the MM's having their way with the stock.
One thing that we should all keep in mind is that the individuals associated with Anavex are probably privy to the results of the studys and would not be associated with a SCAM.
Ignore the bashers, hold on to your shares and keep the faith in the Good Doctor.
Good luck to all.....
I am not an expert like you Sal but I think this means something positive.
"The Purchase Agreement contains customary representations, warranties, covenants, closing conditions and indemnification and termination provisions by, among and for the benefit of the parties. LPC has covenanted not to cause or engage in any manner whatsoever, any direct or indirect short selling or hedging of the Company’s common stock."
I found it interesting that TD Americrap did not list the current PR.
You can almost hear the squeeze!!!!
We have 2 possible PRs that we know of..
Up-listing and Patent approval..
I think we blow past $10 with Resistance at around $13.
May the force be with us...
Will be nice seeing AVXL on the CNBC ticker..
Good luck to all longs....Hold your shares and don't let the crooks take them.
My current plan is to sell 10% of my shares to recoup my original investment then let the rest ride.
Everyone should have a plan.
Neiu,
What a great post. You have added in a great way to the integrity and depth of this board.
Mods need to sticky this to let all newbies to appreciate what we have here.
Long and strong... GO $AVXL....
I assume PR Monday and up-listing Tuesday.
Congrats to all longs that were not shaken out and to those that added or bought into AVXL recently.
Have a great weekend All.... Monday we squeeze the shorties.
After the bell will be perfect....all the shorts will have a great weekend....
NOT!
Good article. Not as good as whiskeys.
The good doctor was smart not to talk to him.
Besides everything else he is a quick learner.
I believe the Good Doctor is going to play the shorts like a fiddle....
Let them load up and watch the rocket ride....coming soon. JMHO
Stock is being pumped by Penny Stock 101 ..Jump on board
I second the Sticky... Great Post Whiskey
If 2-73 Plus is 4 times or more effective than the aricept. Given the current political climate, I do believe we may get fast tracked. Sell your shares if you want but I am in it for the long hall.
Anavex has many more irons in the fire.
Dude U R on the wrong board.
I hear that... I find it best to play golf and not watch the day to day.
If you listen to his last presentation he was very confident and through in a weak disclaimer at the end of the presentation.
Also in his streetsweeper interview he said it is all about Phase 3.
I still believe the title change was a hint to investors.
JMHO
Let the force be with us!!!!
This is all I need to know...
“It is our belief that uplisting to a major exchange will allow a broader base of worldwide institutions, funds and retail investors to participate in our future success,” said Christopher U. Missling, PhD, President and Chief Executive Officer of Anavex.
