yesNY, The One, Rahway and all. This came today
yesNY this is the 3rd excuse I have heard for the sale of the 1 million shares. Do you finally get it?
I wish I knew when you will be getting your dividend, unfortunately that is something that the company is working on and because I am not an officer or director of the company, I will not know until the news release comes out, which I am told should be happening within the next 30 days. As for the breakdown, I have not the slightest idea. The company stock price has to stabilize before you are able to calculate a dividend price. I will know the total outstanding shares of FTXN later this week when I get a copy of the DTC report. The shares that hit the market last week were from a company that was supposed to do a large promotion with the company, but it looks like they just stole the shares and blew them out. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.

BRIEF: Local company vacuums up publicity
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 29, 2007 06:23 AM
Richard J. Dalton Jr
Aug 29, 2007 (Newsday - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Nature may abhor a vacuum, but the History Channel figured viewers would enjoy an episode on vacuums, giving 15 minutes of fame to devices used by a local environmental cleanup company.
The network's show "Modern Marvels" recently featured Trade-Winds Environmental Restoration Inc., a subsidiary of Holtsville-based Windswept Environmental Group Inc., as the 15-minute lead-in in a show about decontamination and remediation projects.
"We use vacuums in just about everything we do, from hazardous waste cleanup to air-quality issues," Michael O'Reilly, Windswept chairman and chief executive, told Newsday.
He said the company has thousands of vacuums in about two dozen different types, including truck-mounted devices that suck up solids and liquids in oil spills, and vacuums that can help dry documents.
For about five years, the company has had an office in Florida, as the state is frequently hit by disasters, and Windswept opened an office in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina struck there.
O'Reilly and his daughter have allergies, so he uses a high-efficiency particulate air filtered, or HEPA, commercial-type vacuum at home. "And," he added, "I use a Dyson."

lol make sense > offshore hedge funds shorting OTCs > good luck with all that..... were is that filing?
? I dont see it were it says they can no longer short? it says they have to do it legit, with little more red tape involved... and or AFTER they clear from regsho they can go back and do it again,
Most stocks like WEGI are on and off the list all the time- if anyone has time u can go search the ftp site for WEGI - I am sure u will find it has been on the list in the past, when u have an OTC security that has pledged millions of unregistered shares to and offshore hedge fund you better bet they will be on this list soon enough.

Equities are on and off list all the time. When fails to deliver pop up on the list you go. WEGI has millions of unregistered but pledged shares held by offshore hedge fund, IMO it is no surprise it is on the list
they need a better business model - internet transactions is overdone - telephone debit cards - 3rd party loans - u need major advertising to even make a small flutter of transactions IMO

How large a workforce does WEGI have on the ground in these towns thruout these states?
Do they compare with company like servpro?
http://www.servpro.com/
Or are the more of a commerical or government consultant type, facilitator, not hands on?
I have read about the remidiation division was in the works, maybe the Q will have some news, CEO is quiet. Have not heard much follow-up.....
Flat6r > I agree - History Channel is not only very good, it is very popular, the problem with WEGI is for sure not the market FOR ITS PRODUCTS or the relevancy of there services to current market conditions for their product...
The issue is the current financing is going to be hard to work thru , even if u had the nearly 10 million to payoff Laurus, look at the number of shares already pledged yet to be registered.
WEGI needs to get financing that does not require stock sales , from profits and revenues, they need to leverage positive operations into more freed up cash for expansion, Currently Laurus funds and others like them will reduce current holders equity... Or if u do sell stock, do an IPO or 2nd offering, all legit maybe even do dividend to longholders for the dillution, anything but current form of financing would be better then current IMO WEGI needs to refinance and get some new cash$, that IMO would be positive , very positive IMO.
So this is the mantra for a WEGI shareholder?

WEGI has MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of unregistered shares held by a monster offshore hedge fund that specializes in OTC/PK securities > THEN WEGI stock shows up on REGSHO list after a run up of volume and stock price - I am no stock market guru - but even I can follow along on this one.....
I see WEGI on the 8/23 and 8/24 REGSHO list >

Same filing > Laurus / WEGI have contractual obligation to sell shares. It is a contract to sell shares. imo wegi/laurus do great job of creative delay (naked short?)
Registration Rights. Pursuant to the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement, as amended, the Company was obligated to file, on or prior to December 15, 2006, a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission registering the resale of 5,395,061 shares of the Company’s common stock issuable to Laurus, which registration statement was required to become effective by February 15, 2007 and such deadlines were timely met. The Company has also agreed to file such further registrations as necessary to register the remaining shares of common stock underlying the securities owned by Laurus not registered in the foregoing registration statement, in each case within 45 days of written notice by Laurus.

Grifco Announces Seven-Well Permian Basin Program
Grifco International, Inc. 12/14/2006
URL: http://www.rigzone.com/news/article.asp?a_id=39144
Grifco International, Inc. on Thursday announced the exercise of its option for 100% of the working interest (WI) and 75% of the Net Royalty Interest in 208 gas leases located in the Permian Basin geologic formation in Crockett County, Texas. The Permian Basin is the 6th largest known producing, proven and probable recoverable hydrocarbon basin in the world--larger than the North Slope Alaska USA. Under the terms of the option, the Company will begin spudding on 7 drill sites in the next 30 days. Each drill site will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. It will take another 2-3 weeks for commercial production.
The proven reserves of gas in the 208 drill sites are 109 billion cubic feet based upon an expert geologist report. The closing price of gas on the New York Mercantile Exchange as of December 8, 2006 was $7.56 per cubic foot of gas. Cost of the option, drilling and production costs is estimated at $1.75 per cubic foot.
There are five different pay zones with the first 6 wells targeted in the shallow pay zone at 5,000 ft. Other pay zones are located in the geologic formations composed of San Andres; Canyon Sandstone; Pennsylvanian Strawn Limestone; and Ordovician Ellenburger Dolomite. The cost of drilling in deeper pay zones is higher than in shallow zones.
The net proceeds from the 7 drill sites will be used by the Company to expand drilling operations to the remaining 208 drill sites and to finance the repurchase up to 25,000,000 of its shares in the public market place.
Grifco International is a provider of oil and gas services equipment, specializing in the conception, architecture, and development of tools for the coil tubing, wire line, and snubbing industries throughout the United States, China, Mexico, South America, the Middle East and Africa. Grifco holds and owns design rights and manufacturing facilities for producing more than 6,000 products for the oil and gas industry with more than 150 clients.

hello - a notorious offshore hedge fun OWNS options for HUGE monster number of shares > most of them like 30 miilion at .0001 - I dont think ANYONE should be surprised this is on short list after a runup - they dump into a run then short it back down - and we have filing due - WEGI filings are UGLY ...Laurus owns MILLIONS of unregistered shares - no one should be surprised it is on the naked short list IMO.
and touts pump offshore hedge fund owned stocks into the dump?
I have to disagree - those that bought GFCI when the PR about GFCI purchasing the leases and owning the wells etc... have as much right to a GFCI dividend, as slim as chance that there will be one, as anyone. It will have to be a past date - no question - look at the PR and the buying for these wells were in the past - those guys bought GFCI for these wells - GOT was long dead by then....

lefty? have you read a RECENT WEGI 10Q? That 2005 money is gone, cash is gone, Live in the now, lawsuits are mounting, look they have a new FEDERAL LAWSUIT opened last week, the attorney fees have to be outrageous percentage of total revenues. Lets wait for this next Q filing due anytime now, I think you will see a string of BAD Qs = WEGI NEEDS CASH > That is all I am saying....
WOSWILL > WEGI is cash poor > How is that a "bash" as u call it? I merely posted the FACTS? > WEGI is cash poor, to operate in a storm u need MAJOR funds, do you think supplies, payroll, room board, etc...etc...etc... is cheap in a DISASTER zone? NO ONE operates on net terms in disaster zone - it is CASH COD for supplies , payrolls and such, ATM does not work, Credit cards dont work, it is like operating in the dark ages, WEGI will need a major cash infusion to operate in a disaster zone. How is that a "bash"???? The past SEC filing proves the point.....

WEGI RSI about to enter the "powerzone" also
MACD has shown a definite bullish reversal too
Tomorrow will be the start of a huge 2-3 day rally
WEGI is cash poor - How Much will they need to borrow from Laurus or other to operate in a major storm can they get Laurus to buy more discounted shares or does WEGI have to find another offshore hedge fund to get cash?

I AGREE VERY SAD.eom
Do you actually think Laurus Master Fund will ALLOW WEGI to file the Q before the anticipated run? Come on Cargo you know better then that! The Q will be horrible , IMO it is a lock they file the NT and delay the filing until AFTER Laurus can DUMP some of the millions of nearly FREE shares they own into the run.
can u guys read?
However my Scottrade guy sounded very confused and all but 20 yo by sound of his voice, he had to check on few things and get back to me but from what he saw..........
I was told the 8/7 date was only the date they distributed shares to the accounts, a pay date sort of date,. They are restricted and I will be getting certs for my shares they are not freely tradeable shares for one year. However my Scottrade guy sounded very confused and all but 20 yo by sound of his voice, he had to check on few things and get back to me but from what he saw I received the a restrcited dividend for 1.89 x my GFCI holdings the date I received shares was 8/7.... Again guy was confused - said he would call me back tomorrow after he spoke to his manager about it.
u guys are sad.......
