And then this one as well from just a month ago.

Wow, just read this back from June about AXON.

Ok I am trying a different path to hopefully getting something done. Maybe everyone should try to get some ground swell going to force some change. Try every avenue that we can. Here is my start and I hope others follow. I have removed my name, phone # and email to help protect myself from the onslaught of negativity from the short side of the house. This is going to Jim Cramer:
Dear Jim
I just want to start and say that I have been a long term follower of you and your show and have enjoyed much of your teachings. As you seem to be on the side of the individual investor and always give your insight to the inner workings of the stock market and how to avoid the pitfalls of the "evil doers" on Wall Street, I urge you to take a few steps to support us even more. Remember one of your tag lines, " In Cramer We Trust ".
I have watched a few older videos recently, one where you are being interviewed about how to take down a stock (
It looks like Wynfield has bought back in pretty large. Just over 880K shares that now have.
This is who Adam Klien is that was referenced in Furestein's Street.com hit piece. He is in IT now and not the medicine business. What a POS. The moral of the story is, the shorts have so many tools working for them that they can always spin a story. it should be illegal.
• 14 years in biomedical research with a decade in R&D for Japanese pharma focused on Alzheimer's disease. Specialised in genomics, authoring several patent applications.
• Moved domicile from the UK to France. Away from bench research and into IT but still passionate about science.
• Author of "3000 Days of Dementia" - an uncompromising view of the Alzheimer's research community.
Not necessarily, take a look at mannkind. They have been bashed by shorts forever and so far the shorts have been right. Lets hope it is different for avanex. Lets get a great press release today.
On NBC Today Show next segment Tom Brokaw is talking about Alzheimers.
That was some short attack. Very fast and swift. Now back up.
Large blocks continue to go off. Jump on board expediter before its too late.
21K block just went off at 9.75. maybe the tutes are getting in a few hours early. Can they do that???
Yes I understand the emotional side of it. It is not that big an issue for me.
If I could make a suggestion, could everyone please stop posting the stock price? We all have access to the price. whatever price you post, it is already old news anyway. These posts just clog up the board and really does not offer anything. Thanks and I hope I do not get blasted for this. I am excited as well and I constantly tell my wife what the price is, but I do not clog up the board with it.
If the shorts are willing to pay 35% they must still think they have a good shot at this going lower. I hope they are wrong but the shorts usually know more. Look at mnkd. They have been troubled by shorts forever. If we post great data on Nov 7 I hope we have a short squeeze of epic proportions. Maybe get to $30 on great results then $50 with partnership. That is only a $2B market cap. Very doable.
Why would drexler buy 1.5m shares right around this price. He has more info than any of us and has been more successful than most of us. I will side with him over all the msg board trolls out there. He has only one thing in mind with his new role, how do I increase the share price and sell the company. That is good for me.
Ill be there.
cant and nite keep flashing big sell orders at 1.10 and then they take them down. they are fishing making it look like there is a massive sell off going on. they are trying to steal your shares.
maybe because they wanted to get out the fact that much of the outstanding warrants have been purchased which up'ed the share count but also increased the cash on hand. We go higher.
jbem,do you still own tnxp or are you just in "watch mode" now waiting to get back in. Just wondering how you are playing it. Thanks.
Wow more public statements that proves how totally bizarre you are. The wife still rules, you are confusing.
JJ, you are totally wrong. Not everyone turned on them. But what is expected by shareholders is that the company is working "FOR" the shareholders, not for themselves first and shareholders second. Yes I know they are shareholders, but they are short sited. Brad thought he was going to build a $300M company very rapidly without any issues and that his robbing of the company coffers in terms of cash and stock would take care of itself with revenues and profits. The revenues are there but not the profits. They did not count on a Q4 like they had which screwed up the plans. That is his immaturity at work and he needs to pay the price for it. Not sure if he has with him still at the CEO role but now we have a Chairman watchdog helping him stay on track and making sure he does not do anything too stupid that will hurt the shareholders. Profits will come and this will still be a $50 stock, just a year or two late.
the market likes this news. now does the sec force brad out as a closure to the sec investigation. We go right back to 14 if that happens and then back on track for a great company and eventual buyout at 3-4x rev.
codie, your thoughts on all of the new news please. for real and not just your mslp bashing. are you back in now??
The big question is who bought the 400K shares at close to $6 pps.
I would have to think this is BS turk. Nobody announces they are selling 1M shares. Foolish thinking. Someone is trying to drive the price down because they want in on the cheap and believe that our 2 or 3 whales are going to drive this price up, up , up.
For the life of me it makes no sense to come out and say they expect and want changes and requests MSLP to make a statement regarding their requests then come out and say your selling. That would be dumb.
I think we are in a wait and see mode right now. I will not be buying anymore until we get a direction and guidance. This wynnfield thing is very interesting.
Hey expert. Since you are in miami at 10 am tomorrow dr frost will be speaking at opko shareholders meeting.
How about cory the tickets are part of the deal that they have with the cavs, cory lives in ohio and so does the vet. maybe the picked up the nachos and beers for the guy.
Get real please.
BTW, why would someone like Drexler or Nelson Obus buy 1M shares each if they did their homework like any huge investor would if there is a chance this thing is a house of cards and will go under. Drexler jut put down over $4M in his investment and Obus about $9M in his. These guys see $50 per share not a house of cards. Don't for Arnold, Dr. Frost and Tiger. All have significant $$$ at stake either cash like Dr. Frost or the others with their shares, reputation and considerable commissions when MSLP succeeds.
Who do you believe ? Someone who puts up millions or ihub trolls who have an ax to grind with MSLP!!
You are one of the most confusing people on the face of this earth. Most don't have a clue as to the points you are trying to make.
Wow that is a huge premium. It can only mean big things for mslp. I wonder what the vega profits looks like.
Institutional Investors , can anyone give us a name of a company that when an large shareholder(s) starts to make demands like we just had with Wynnfield their stock goes down.
I can only think that this is great news and it would not surprise me one bit if Drexler is involved as well.
This is only good stuff and the SEC and Wynnfield will keep an eye on Brad and company to make sure we are legit and the outside shareholders are being looked out for. I highly doubt that the company will be put up for auction but they will make sure they are doing things by the books.
We go up and if numbers are great for Q2 like we expect based on Brads guidance, we get over $10 quickly.
and how does one know that??
I would like to think that this is worth a buck or two on the pps over the course of the week. That is a good start. Brad probably never thought that he could lose control of his company playing in the little league otc markets. Now he has big boys watching him. I am surprise that Nelson did not do this a while ago.
Do you think these guys are in bed with our new investor Ryan Drexler in going after MSLP now? They could have done this anytime over the last 2 years. The both have approx 1M shares and equate to about 15% of the company.
This will get very interesting now as Brad is under the watchful eye of multiple big players who may stretch the bounds of decency when it comes to investing but will be in this to increase "our" shareholder value. We now have someone on our side who will keep these guys in line.
Turk, what is the May 31 waiver mean from ANB. Is that being compliant for their loan? And if so why would there be a heavy short today?
I don't think the executives will be selling anything until there is a buyout. That is their end game. Hopefully that will be at much higher prices.
Frost owns over 400K shares as well.
MSLP Major Holders:
There were 13,468,876 shares outstanding as of May 6, 2015. This quick list that I put together encompasses most of the insiders/hedge funds/endorsers that own stock totaling 6.34 million shares (47% of the outstanding shares).
Brad Pyatt - 975,000
John Price - 100,000
Andrew Lupo - 20,000
Wynnefield Capital - 1,040,000
Consac LLC - 1,000,000
Tiger Woods - Roughly 420,000
Arnold Schwarzenegger - 780,000

James Greenwell - 162,000

You speak in a way that confuses people. How does this relate to frost.
Arbitrage
DEFINITION OF 'ARBITRAGE'
The simultaneous purchase and sale of an asset in order to profit from a difference in the price. It is a trade that profits by exploiting price differences of identical or similar financial instruments, on different markets or in different forms. Arbitrage exists as a result of market inefficiencies; it provides a mechanism to ensure prices do not deviate substantially from fair value for long periods of time.

Someone posted this over on Yahoo earlier . Any thoughts??
Can someone please tell me how the Consac shares were acquired? Was this an open market purchase or a private placement. There was never any real volume during the rise from 4-7 and with an average price of the shares they own at $4.10 it looks more like a private placement. Maybe part of it was Brad's 100K share sale that happened a few days ago.
sorry this is the quote off of his profile.
"You talk in a way that creates an atmosphere were nobody wants to listen to you - by my wife "
Consac, LLC just posted a 13D . They are now the happy owners of 1M shares of MSLP.

I believe we go up from here.
Cover shorts.
