Hey Micro, wamu treated me well at the beginning I made some nice cash but the new company that emerge out of bankruptcy WMIH is pissing me off. It surely taking too long to make a nice return.
I got a very small position in USRM in case Im wrong but I don't see any legit institutional investors so Im wary. Can you provide more information? Thanks!!
I mean without FDA approval this could come crashing down very quickly.
This stock reminds me of a TV show from the 80's. People went to the show thinking they would win a brand new car but they had to decide behind which curtain was the grand prize. Once they decided which curtain they want to raise the show Host would say Are you sure that's the right curtain, I can give you more time to decide Are you sure and he would go on and on. People always got cheap stuff as consolation prize cooking pans dish sets etc but noone would ever get the brand new car. Finally years later people realized they were switching the car from one curtain to another by moving an interchangeable platform underneath. YEAh LOL!!
You should sell it and get a Yacht with USRM proceeds.
Hell sell the house buy a Castle
Actually one more thing if they do not get FDA approval there are many companies in Europe besides Celyad that are doing similar research. It will be tough competition specially if competitors have a better product.
Tell me what I posted is not True!!
Celyad's C-cure is different they are using cell tissue culture techniques to differentiate stem cells into specific cardiopoietic cells with propietary growth factors. These cells are proven to regenerate heart muscle, this therapy is very specific.
USRM is using myoblast and SDF-1 secretion proteins neither one is specific or specialized cardiopoietic cells, yes myocells can differentiate into cardiopoietic cells but not neccesarily they could differentiate into other type of cells that may not regenerate heart tissue. Look it up. USRM even has it on their own website: Quote "The muscle stem cells populate the regions of scar tissue and are intended to improve cardiac function by helping the heart muscle beat more efficiently." Quote "The presence of additional quantities of SDF-1 protein released by the myoblasts may stimulate the recruitment of the patient’s existing stem cells." LOL what a joke.
Actually Celyad even has several therapies to treat cancer using T cells. In my opinion this is a solid company doing interesting research no wonder they got FDA approval.
This company has been struggling under 2 tickers Bioheart and USRM for about 10 years in subpenny land. Seems like they had some false advertisement on treating patients on clandestine settings and having at least 2 settled lawsuits for malpractice. Seems like they are really desperate for a cash infusion to continue whatever it is they are doing. Millions of shares have already been bought under 3 cents. What do you think is gonna happen to your money, does not take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.
This smells like a PUMP and DUMP to me.
Through its petition, First NBC is trying to preserve that deferred tax asset, which could be used to offset future taxes if, for example, the company is able to emerge from reorganization.
In court filings, the company claimed potential tax credits of roughly $359 million as of Dec. 31, 2016, which could reduce its future tax obligations and free up money for working capital and other obligations.
Amen to that!!
LOL, its not capped at face value because they might owe you interest as well that's all it means not that you gonna be able to take the whole cow home. Haha!!
AZ please keep posting at least once a day. Your posts are the only thing keeping this board sane. THANKS!!
Nice, will it start at $2?
what is ridiculous is to think preferreds will get 30x value.
Question? So if I have over 2000 preferreds and there is 151B coming back. Are you telling me I will get something in the neighborhood of 32,000/share for a grand total of around $64,000,000 just for my preferreds. Is that what you guys are saying?? Cause I want to be sure and if it is I would not even care about my common shares.
That does not make any sense to me!!
we pay about $20M each quater to KKR for the 600M preferred B series and they might have to return that money because they have been so incompetent as to not acquire anything. We just been paying royalties what a joke!!
So now preferred get $13/share instead of$2/share so we "common folk" don't have to wait for the spoils. Laugh my arse off!!
Tomorrow the mother of all squeezes..
you should of kept your commons and have both. You gonna be dissapointed to have put all your eggs in one basket.
Good Luck!!
Don't get me wrong I would not mind having over $200M in my account but I know that's not gonna happen..
LOL that will never happen spoils are for commons not preferreds. That's what I been saying all along too much money for prefereds at 75%.
when is this moving to OTC? tomorrow or thursday?
Come on, one more run, PLEASE!!!
This POS is heading South!!
Who is gonna sue goverment if they do not return money? Show me examples of how many entities have sued the FDIC and won.
Apparently there has been LARGE style money in here for the last 8 years but I have never seen it..
Give us KFN we'll call it even!!
This is ridiculous announced M&A already so I can get off this PIG.
Yeah, I want to take what little profit I have left before the ship sinks.
When will this stock get delisted??
Im hoping for this to pop up again big time on Monday hopefully gap up Good Luck all.
ahhh went back to 0.27
LOL after hours 0.60 and just bought at 0.27 cents again, haha lucky ???!!!
LOL, you aint getting my money!!
Thanks to WMIH I don't and will never believe in long term investments...
