Ok...I'll try this again...
Are we really going down this road, again? I don't care to rehash old news and theories...I just look to the future and what I can gain from it. Dwelling in the past will only cause anxiety....on any front.
I'm sure people were thinking the same thing last year and look what happened....great news and pps shot up.
Good strategy:)
Why do restricted shares concern you so much? I thought you dumped yours...and besides...its not like LFBG is the only sub penny stock company with restricted shares...
If the problem is Penson couldn't they just use another clearing firm....I mean Penson is only the 3rd largest clearing firm....which means there are 2 ahead of it...
http://www.onlinebrokerrev.com/2011/01/broker-clearing-firms.html
And this is any different from any other sub penny stock? It comes with the territory.
lmao...then why is this the only board you choose to post on....interest maybe?
I would suspect that we will be hearing a lot in the next couple months about where this money is going from this dilution. Troy has said they will be doubling their product line this Christmas by putting out 7 more titles...one is supposed to be on the Ipad, Charlie Churchmouse Storybooks. We have probably had silence becaushe there hasn't been anything worth reporting without it being considered "fluff" because it would be forward looking....lol.....can't please everyone....some complain because they think fluff PR's are put out and then some complain because the fluff PR's stop....
All in all....there is a lot happening behind the scenes.....we just don't know exactly what, yet...
Actually, according to some recent research, the gaming console is not necessarily as hot as it used to be. Notice the bold in this article...

World Video Game Market
(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 23 June 2011 Release date- 22062011 - IDATE just published its latest World Video Games market report.
The video game sectors continues to report promising results, in a recovering economical environment the game sector is becoming a global phenomenon, dematerialization has enabled the industry to penetrate new markets all around the globe. This report allows readers to track the changes at work and the outlook for the sector's key indicators up to 2014.
'The evolving video game market is still influenced by the life cycle of home consoles. As such, the commercialization of new generation machines from 2012 on will inject the sector with a level of growth allowing video game software to flirt with the idea of revenues of some EUR 60 billion by the end of 2015', comments Laurent MICHAUD, Project Leader and Head of Digital Home & Entertainment practice at IDATE. 'However, the hold of the console market segment on the sector is gradually relaxing. In value terms, the video games for home consoles sector has now been caught up and overtaken by online gaming on the PC.' Seven key industry trends for 2011 IDATE suggests seven trends that could have an impact in 2011.
1. Almost 40% of video game revenues are from digital distribution or generated by online practices (item selling, etc.).
2. 2012-2015: towards a new generation of home consoles. With the Wii U due for release next year, Nintendo's competitors will clearly have to rethink their schedules for commercially rolling out their next-gen consoles.
3. By the end of 2011, smartphones and handheld consoles will finally converge, with commercialization of the Playstation Vita (PS Vita), available in two versions: with either a wireless or a 3G connection.
4. Tablets: these are expected to take off in 2011-2012. The tablet is a new device that generates new usages within the digital home. It is an ideal interface for video gaming and the most popular type of application on this device.
5. Facebook, the most recent game platform to date! The social network has pursued its casual gaming endeavors, broadening its base of gamers and converting general users to the world of video games. The gamble seems to have paid off, although only time will tell at what pace games will be exploited in this segment.
6. The age of ubiquitous games: increasingly asynchronous access to the same game via several interoperable platforms. Gamers ultimately have just one centrally-managed account, whether sessions are played on Facebook, a smartphone, developers' websites or connected TV, etc.
7. The emergence of gaming on connected TV: Onlive and Playcast Media are the most prominent companies to have invested in games on this platform. However, this nascent segment is also attracting a large number of Internet, TV and video game players, as well as ISPs, manufacturers of consumer electronics, smartphones and set-top-boxes, and telcos, etc.

1. LFBG is going digital offering downloadble games this year.
2. LFBG is going to the mobile/ipad/tablet devices.
3. MyPraize is the Christian version of Facebook...which is due for upgraded 2.0 release this year.
Considering they had to start from scratch and go back two years and recompute...
NT 10 K filed.
Walmart is good but I think technology is moving more toward downloads....which they are supposed to start offering just like in the investor game giveaway.
ok....we can both live in our fantasy world...agreed....but CEO's don't raise the AS by 5Billion....just for the heck of it.
Well then I guess most other CEO's of penny stocks would be right there with him....since it seems to be the norm. Although, I must say, at least Troy informs his shareholders of what is going to happen through filings and PR's....instead of someone finding out through he said/she said doctored documents....leaving investors bickering and snapping at each other because they don't know what the truth is..... At least Troy communicates with his investors instead of leaving things flop in the wind for days before actually informing his investors of important company matters....unlike some other companies. Yes, we are sitting with a high O/S but it's not like Troy didn't tell us money was needed to move the business into the next stage. He told us it costs money to expand to new titles and platforms. He gave us the option of a RS which investors cringed at.....and he listned to investors and instead had to increase the AS.....the writing was there on the wall if we were to move to the next stage of development. You claim he is going to hell for what he is doing???? LOL....judge not lest you be judged....of course Troy is going to stand before judgement...but so will you and so will I....And I hardly think his actions would be considered immoral when he is doing what is necessary to try to get this company going.
Like I said, most penny stocks do the same thing Troy is doing.....the only difference is we aren't second guessing where the news is coming from.....lol.....I've witnessed two pinks in the past week get slapped with an extra 5B like it was a slap in the face. Took 2 days to figure out if it was even true and what it meant....Yeah, that's the way to treat investors....we may not like where the pps is right now but at least we're not running to a message board trying to figure out what is going on with the company.
Thinking of getting in?
I've had no problems in the past. Quite a few people have commented on getting the updated structure with no problems.
I don't think that will happen.
Financials are due June 30th but they can file for a 2 week extension (if needed) without being considered a "derogatory" late...per the CEO.
Your argument could hold true for any penny stock....
End of this month or the first 2 weeks of July....depending on the new auditor.
History also shows this stock goes up through the holidays and down in the summer....can't refute that.
Not appetizing at all....but all the ingredients haven't been added yet.
All a matter of opinion.
Or an interest to make money...
Every dog has its day....you know that....
Yeah, saw that. I guess it's to be expected....until we hear of things to come....
I like it!
Thanks for your consideration of fellow investors who are invested here. Everyone is entitled to their opinion...mine differs from yours.
My thoughts are that it tends to be viewed as a seasonal stock because of the Christian products. A lot of investors may come just for the season....looking at past charts it has a history of climbing around Christmas and declining in the summer. I even remember a couple comments from some investors last year saying they look for the seasonal stocks and that was why they were in LFBG.
Bottom line is you have to do what you feel comfortable with :) Good luck!
I respect your opinion and it is just that an opinion....and from what I remember from last year that opinion changed quite frequently:)
With all due respect...this company has a lot to look forward to with doubling the product line by Christmas (7 new titles) and launching an updated MyPraize Christian Social Network. Yes, it has been a long haul but there are some who actually believe in the cause. So, there is no use rehashing old news...only look forward to the new! :)
Some food for thought. Notice the bold in this article...
