Oh yeah don't take what I said the wrong way. In general there are many times that sells are going through at the ask, but that is usually when the stock is carrying momentum. When there are people willing to buy at the ask and they are lined up then you are able to sell to them. What you see today is that there is generally low buying interest in this stock compared to the last few days. Therefore the MM are trying to drive down the price and make you sell to them for cheaper. I wouldn't exactly call this panic selling, but there are people who are trying to get out and get into other stocks. I would hold tight once that PR comes out we could see new highs.

Not with this stock currently, No sells esp. 500,000 share sells will go through at the ask without momentum. They are shorting the stock and hoping you sell at the bid. Everything you see at the ask is going to be a buy keep that in mind.

Buying has halted, there was a huge surge and then slow and steady all day. This thing can move very easily.

I'd have to believe so, that's my only belief why they are diluting. They want to get those shares back in the market and he took advantage of the buying. This is dilution at its finest. It is somewhat hard to understand, but really if you hold tight through this I think you will be rewarded.

Nice post, I wish the CEO would provide us with some more details about the company and it's current ventures. I think that's really hurting this succeeding is that people know little to nothing about the current projects, etc.

Re-read that man. Key word is initially that doesn't mean they will not be re-issued. Do you blame him, he's taking advantage of the higher PPS, higher than they have been in quite a long time. He can issue them whenever he wants, PINKIES.

Done meaning that the company keeps diluting and selling and until this stops there will be no buying pressure. Until that stops this will not go up, it's a pretty simple concept. I mean everyone can pump all they want, but until people truly believe they will profit by investing in this company (right now I don't think the public thinks this) there will be no serious buying pressure. It will go up eventually, I believe that, but not anytime soon. Too much holding it back, no PR short of a merger will increase the PPS of this company in the short term. This is all IMO.

It's a game man, they will all be buying back in when the time is right.
