The COO gone too. I forgot that point Arny. Nice of you to point that out. Another reason the wheels are coming off.
(wink)
JJ
Ditto previous post to you Arny.
No patent the 10Q is late the wheels are falling off.
Maybe Kurt Berens was misinformed when when giving IR information out. He seemed confident. One week later things are off track? The 10Q is late. Time to drop that share price. Right?
Wow. You do have imagination Arny. I give you that.
I will believe the wheels are gone when I see it in press release form. Otherwise it is sheer speculation. Nothing more.
JJM
nearly if LW and FV are gone because things are REAL BAD
thus the late Q then why not the rush to get out of the door?
Why not a mass dumping?
And if things are that shady in CYGXland why do you invest?
Or are you invested?
TIA
Jimmy Joe
G nearly is not referring to any stock sale with LW.
I know what he is referring to.
Nearly let us say that if LW were to get real PO'd and pursue something legally I think he might not be doing a smart thing.
Then again I am not a law man. He could have grounds. I guess.
Right? Maybe? Think? Think not?
As an example of a case I heard of in Dang-twah Texas:
If one were a used car salesman in Dang-twah and one knowingly misrepresented ones merchandise by spinning the odometer back on a few select vehicles of choice without ones superiors knowing.....
and let us say you get fired because your boss found out you was tellin people "these here cars are brand spankin almost NEW sept-in a few ah them there itty bitty miles E raced."
If I was the saleman I do not know if I would be too anxious
to get a legal beagle ta get on ma boss. I do think I would leave well enough alone but that is me. Others like to live on the edge I guess.
It takes all kinds to make this world go round. Dont it?
J
Did I not warn you about the negative spin G?
Seems to be bursting at the seams.
Lets see now. With Larry and Frank gone the only one left to go is Malcolm.
Will that satisfy this bunch? Doubt it.
Yes the wheels are falling off the wagon.
Best sell all your shares now. This one could be bad according to some.
(smirk)
JJM
And while you are giving sauce explaination as to "Charlie"
you may as well give him the explaination as to why you were
turned away at the shareholder meeting two meetings ago. Or was it three meetings ago? Remember when?
You claim they were checking names and ownership at the front
door. I have attended many shareholder meetings with all types of companies. This is the FIRST I have ever heard any company screening individuals for a shareholder meeting hogger.
I think they know who you are and just plain did not want you there. Could it be? The story of you not holding shares was a good one though. You did not hold any as the story goes so they did not let you attend. It happened right after the AVGI trial. Interesting.
My prediction of negative spin hath arrived.
You did not dissappoint me. None of you. Congrats. (big smile)
Jimmy Joe Meeker
G the anti CYGXers are already putting a damper on anything positive a shake up in management might mean. They could ruin a wet dream.
It just amazes me. This company could finalize a mega deal and this group would dis it. So glad I have my RBW rose colored glasses on. Got my pink bunny slippers on too with my rose colored terri robe while I smoke a big fat Jamaican spliff.
Cannot get any satisfaction form these folks.
Maybe if the company folded?
Jimmy Joe
nearly what the heck are YOU talking about?
Rainbow warrior? Me? HA! Guess that statment makes you suspect in my mind. Why should it bother you if I am positive about the company? It apparently does though don't it?
I agree with Houndish. I will just sit back and consider
the source until something concrete comes out.
We need more negative spin. Come on. Let the anti spin come out.
JJ
I do not know whether there IS dirty laundry nearly. You seem to want to be the one to bring it to discussion.
Post what you have. You claim to be in the know.
What I have said which I will clarify for those mentally challanged as yourself is ANY ENTITY that has an interest in
furthering a relationship with a start up such as CYGX usually does not just jump in without doing some research.
Not just technology wise. They usually run the gammit.
AND IF there is such "dirty laundry" as you have reported and as confirmed by Arny LW would not want to implicate himself in any wrong doing. That is IF there is any dirty laundry.
You must remember nearly Arny was the one who said MS was
a crook. So I consider the source.
Jimmy Joe Meeker
Nearly you can confirm FV is gone?
That would be a key happening on my not so humble opinion as I already stated.
As someone already pointed out sometimes the laundry is dirty on both sides of the fence. Everyone may want to be careful what they do or say. Who knows?
J
Nearly "CYGX is unlikely to litigate with LW, which is a point that we are probably in agreement on??"
I do not have any idea what CYGX is likely to do concerning
LW.
I do not presume them to be stupid.
Let the chips fall where they will.
J
Question to this board:
Does ANYONE in their right or left mind think ANY company would associate itself with Cytogenix if there were any chance a major scandle would throw the relationship into the toilet?
Do you think Company X just picked CYGX out of a hat? Do you think they have done their DD concerning CYGX if they were serious about a lasting relationship with a company that has
"ground breaking technology"?
I will take my chances they have done their due and have found nothing to jeopordize anything.
JJM
Nearly so would 99.9% of most management in OTCbb start ups if "dirty laundry" were aired.
Now we have a "dirty laundry" scare. What next?
Skid marks on the undies that cannot come clean?
J
Well nobody is dumping that is for sure.
jj
JMO I do not think CYGX is "at a crossroads". In my opinion
if LW and FV are gone they have already crossed the road and are on the way toward bigger and better things.
What partnerships have Cytogenix formed?
Most recent PRs would indicate Aldevron and the Big Gun GE.
I would like to think these moves are in relation to GE more than Aldevron.
That is if these rumors are true. I believe the LW rumor however I would like to confirm the Frank Vasquez rumor. FV would be the big tip off to me that something major is underway. I always thought LW would be replaced at some point when the company started to mature. FV would signal a major change in depth and expertise concerning management. Also FV was 65. Maybe time for him to retire anyway? COuld he have done this on his own accord or maybe it was "suggested" he retire?
Jimmy Joe
Taton can use speaking cartoons an pictures for PR promotions.
Actually I think the largest shareholder title belongs to a gentleman in the Hartford Conn area.
j
What in the world have you been smoking?
"Do you find it very curious that since the news about the departure of LW and FV, we have not had a post since last night from Arnold and Ileene. Do you think that in reality that Arnold was really Lawrence and Ileene was actually Frank?"
Still bitter hogger?
JJM
downregul8 Malcolm turning the helm over to LW was never my concern. LW was never qualified to oversee the operation.
With LW leaving and if Frank was asked to leave signals something serious is about to take place whether it be a month from now or a year from now.
Fun and games time is over. It may signal time to get down to brass tacs.
Very interesting.
JJ
Holy one I did not mean to infer the CEO has no control. Quite the contrary. Perhaps though in order to get things done
according to the wishes of "another" certain moves had to be made.
The other interesting tidbit to all of this is Malcolm's age.
How long will HE remain?
All things considered IF this rumored shuffling of the deck is true it still remains to be seen what the final outcome will be IF someone else is mandating a change before they throw money at CYGX. It may be a good thing for the technology and a bad thing investment wise for investors if what I think may be going on is going on. Time will tell.
JJM
By the by I have never been that impressed with any of Frank
Vasquez's interviews. He needs to definitely work on it.
Putting things together I find it very interesting that
the facility is finally in contract to be built,
furthermore, I find it interesting that CYGX MAY have financing at their disposal other than private placements via possibly GE.
Now rumor or fact LW may be gone along with Frank Vasquez.
Very very interesting.
IF true it is cause for me to believe a much higher power
is calling the shots not MS.
Funny how the worm turns. I am not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing either. Time will tell.
JJM
holy one volume was not that huge. 242K is just a blip. More to come I am sure.
JJ
OT: BigB... Rick Santorum GONE! Lynn Swann GONE! Fitzpatrick GONE! Kane Jr. GONE! Jan Ting GONE! Micheal Steele GONE!
Think most Americans are tired of the Karl Rove tactics? The lies? Putting the focus on the immigration issue? Or on higher taxes the Democrats will likely bring back on the rich rather than that "big" tax break Bush and his pals gave the "middle class"? (Yet it is okay for Exxon/Mobile and BP to report $10 billion plus quarters at our expense even though we got a supposed "tax break". Gas was only $1.19 or so when Bush came into office. Now big oil is making it seem as though we are getting a bargin paying $2 a gallon.) Thank goodness for those tax breaks to the middle and lower class.
Rebumblicans with the same tired old rhetoric distorts and flat out lies. This time it finally caught up with them.
Would have loved to have seen a reporter ask Bush if Iraq would have been better off remaining in Saddams hands rather than us invading Iraq knowing there were no WMDs while UN inspectors could not find them even under our covert military guidance.
Meanwhile Osama Bin Ladan remains as free as a bird in Afghanistan or NW Pakistan 6 years after 9/11. Remember him?
Seems as though Bush and Cheney have forgotten him long ago.
People I know personally are being put in harms way because of this administrations actions and those of the Rebumblican Party and this president.
They finally had to get James Baker involved (Baker/Hamilton
commission) because Iraq turned out to become such a MESS! It was downright irresponsible to put our fathers mothers sons and daughters in harms way while those who put them in Iraq remain at ease that their own do not have to get involved and put thier lives at risk. Administration that put our military in harms way deferred the Vietnam draft many times themselves. GW himself never flew in combat. He flew Guard over the friendly skies of Texas/Mexico.
But Bin Ladan the perp of 9/11 still remains untouched. Where is the focus at the moment?
I would say Iraq has been what I had predicted it would be.
A stupid blunder for oil power greed and an attempt to Americanize an entirely different culture than ours at the expense of American lives and taxpayer money. Read the history of Iraq some day and it may help you understand why this is a total waste. We have made many more enemies than friends.
The question for me is why was the focus taken off of Bin Ladan and put on Iraq in the first place?
Amother prediction G W will go down as the worst president this country has ever had in its history. He and his administration have single handedly taken this country back thirty years extending the debt to new record levels never seen before. We have been robbed and duped by this administration and the Rebumblicans. Thank goodness no more!
Finally an end to the maddness. Some control. Some balance.
King George will have a lame duck 2 years. I love it!
JJM
So now Arny and friends start to expound on a dreary financing for the building of the facility.
Knock knock......HELLO in there!!
FV DID mention something about CYGX now having excellent
terms with GE Healthcare and that a division of GE is GE Finance.
Listen to the interview again. You may retain something
after all!
JJM
Addendum: When they complete construction of the facility I would expect some sort of PR. This is going to take time.
To those who are patient good luck. To those who cannot wait
good luck.
Looks like there will be plenty of time unless CYGX has something else to announce in the meantime.
JJM
holy one I am not surprised at the "market reaction".
Until the facility gets built and IS producing quantities of synDNA and sales go through this PR is really not much more than a fluff PR.
Quarterly revenue to be reported may have more of an impact
although I really do not expect them to report anything earth shaking. I will be happy with a repeat of last Qs numbers.
The following Q after this up coming Q report is where I would expect a nice increase.
The thing gutaguest posted about the multiple suites is something I missed first time around. It is an interesting tidbit one can easily overlook. Eh?
Jimmy Joe
gutaquest Novartis joins the fray of pharmaceutical companies
making an investment in China with a $100million dollar start.
Abbott Pharmaceuticals makes a deal to aquire Kos pharmaceutical for $3billion.
Lets see. If CYGX technology gets to the point where it is worth only a third of the Kos deal that would put this company
at about $10-$15/share. At the total Kos price Abbott is willing to pay that would triple the price per share to $30-$45.
The multiple suites each with a capacity to produce 50gms of product daily. That is my opinion. Question is just how many suites and why would they feel the need to build so many?
Interesting indeed.
JJ
nearly as I stated in my postings I would not be pleased but I do understand why they may ultimately be bought out.
"I was hoping this company if successful would remain its own
keeper however I do understand the that with only 14 employees
it would be much nicer to have deeper pockets and access to
more staff if this thing gets to really rolling."
It may be wishful thinking that they stay an entity unto themselves. Cost and manpower play a huge part in meeting set time frames. Something I have been harping about to those who want instant gratification.
Another plus with a buyout would be the facility. That would be considered an asset. $15/share as G posted would be somthing I could live with right now. Any less would be a waste of my time and resources. As for what the company would be worth 3-5 years from now? I dunno. Way more than $15/share
would be my guess. I could live with that too.
JJM
BigB lets have some ice cream Monday.
JJ
Ellen do not hold your breath with Arny and his other. These two definitely have ground their axes down to nubs.
Anything positive they spin into a negative. Must have gone to the Karl Rove school for stock bashing.
Spin it baby!
J (big smile)
G I have said the same thing to Arny many times yet he and she persist.
I would venture to say that if CYGX came out with a head turner they could run to about $3 in a short time frame.
Do I think that will happen? Not yet.
Q4 2007 multiplied by 1.5. Q2 2008? But that will depend on the perceived value of building it faster bacause of perceived demand from current and future customers. They would not build it unless they already had a clue.
JJ
G any thoughts on aquisitions of CYGX later down the road?
Also IF successful how much do you think this could possibly
trade for before "selling out" to another entity?
Thanks in advance.
Jimmy Joe
Paul I did notice that Vasquez mentioned recent aquisitions such as PowderMed and another company by larger pharmaceuticals. At the end of this he did mention he expected within the next five years for CYGX to be a possible aquisition target. Interesting.
I was hoping this company if successful would remain its own
keeper however I do understand the that with only 14 employees
it would be much nicer to have deeper pockets and access to
more staff if this thing gets to really rolling.
If aquired I would hope CYGX could ramp its technology up to be worth more than a couple of bucks per share. Guess I will worry about that if it ever comes to that point. The one good thing I do see is that if successful CYGX may have more than one suitor. Perhaps several. That may jack up the price some
if an aquistion ever does evolve.
That is about the only thing different I took away from this
interview.
JJM
The spin has spun G.
Just unbelievable how things get contorted when things in this sector can change on the drop of a hat.
Looks as if the deal has been signed.
May be time to load up if the SP remains or drops further.
Just my humble opinion.
By the by I am looking for a long term capital gain. Not a pump and dump instant gratification.
I wonder what could be going on that they will have the capacity to produce up to 50 grams synDNA daily?
A few cyrogenic frezers will be needed.
They must already have interested parties or they would not bother building this facility.
Remember for some on this board it is all a scam. For the rest of us it is an investment.
JJ
G ever notice how synDNA does not work?
Land will not be purchased and a new plant will not be built?
Management are thieves?
ssDNA does not work?
If they do not need a facility for the production of synDNA in mass quantities why build anything? Why not just keep the suite going? And that one machine Arny keeps harping on?
Wonder what Dr. Ma thinks when/if he reads this thread.
And lastly who is it that brings these questions up all of the time?
Who likes to create doubt?
Jimmy Joe
Then again maybe some of you are not in this investment and have no position to sell which would make my statement of JUST BAIL moot.
JJM
nc4s all in your most humble opinion I am sure.
[When I brought this up at the SHM I was told that I might as well trust them, because "we can rip all of you off any time we want."] --->Give a name please. Just name drop the who said that.
[ No one but management and the board will share in any eventual big deal.]
That is yet to be a fact. If it happens you can tell us all
that you told us it would.
If you are that doubtful of this company as an investment vehicle then BAIL OUT!
VERY SIMPLE. Allay your doubts/fears and sell your position.
At this point some of you have become totally ridiculous.
Why are you in this investment if you have so much doubt?
Jimmy Joe
Maybe a little of both Taton.
JJ
The more you continue to post here Arny the more comfortable I am with my investment.
I feel your agenda here is as transparent as Saran Wrap.
Why is it I feel better that you are here? What is it you know that you have not disclosed to others on this board to make me feel this way? You seem to be here 24/7. Why? Is this company THAT interesting or is it you like to bash management and this company any chance you get?
Carry on. I feel more comfortable that you are here.
Volume has dwindled down again. Remember my posts about INTERMITTENT STRONG VOLUME.
Those who have bought are satisfied at what they got in at. If they were not they would not have bought.
JJM
Are you sure it is Malcolm crying wolf Arny?
You seem very repetative. Crying wolf may be your forte not Malcolms.
