I know what he is referring to.

Nearly let us say that if LW were to get real PO'd and pursue something legally I think he might not be doing a smart thing.
Then again I am not a law man. He could have grounds. I guess.
Right? Maybe? Think? Think not?

As an example of a case I heard of in Dang-twah Texas:
If one were a used car salesman in Dang-twah and one knowingly misrepresented ones merchandise by spinning the odometer back on a few select vehicles of choice without ones superiors knowing.....
and let us say you get fired because your boss found out you was tellin people "these here cars are brand spankin almost NEW sept-in a few ah them there itty bitty miles E raced."

If I was the saleman I do not know if I would be too anxious
to get a legal beagle ta get on ma boss. I do think I would leave well enough alone but that is me. Others like to live on the edge I guess.

It takes all kinds to make this world go round. Dont it?
