Is that the horse/bear washing model?
About 2M bought at the ask EOD.
I don't think that's stonehenge...
Buys out-pacing sells 3 to 1 and we move down?
Can you post verification of this please?
Because they could ask you or any citizen at any time, and you have to turn over your holdings, financial records, etc. It's called an audit.
That's why people tend to not cheat on their taxes, and obey the law in general (I'm a bit pessimistic). They're scared of the consequences in case of getting caught. Deterrence.
They don't need cause, by the way. They perform audits for many reasons.
Don't skirt the issue. It has nothing to do with NSS.
If someone has money in an account, there must be an explanation of how it got there, if the authorities ask for one. It's subject to an IRS audit.
There's no "imaginary" money, if one digs deep enough. If you claim to have money, you must prove that it was taxed, or exempt from taxation.
Again, NSS or not is not the issue. Your last post is pretty absurd.
But there would be money in some account somewhere. How did it get there?
Rough review there on the quality of one of your products. SPNG will do a little better than that.
Check out Walmart's Spongebob action:

And specifically Nickelodeon Spongebob, Dora, and Diego products at Walmart:

Serious existing placement of the Bobster and friends.
I don't know dude, Target is selling a TON of Spongebob stuff right now. Check this out:

Our new product would match perfectly with this set, or on it's own:

It'll be nice to slide right into Spongebob's empire at Target. They must have whole sections of the store designed to push the stuff.
PS. Check out the reviews for the bath set (second link above).
This site advertising the Spongebob, Dora, Diego, and Pink Panther sponges as "soon" to come:

Thank you! that's hilarious.
You're hanging on to that cliff by a thread. You're about to roll.
Whoa, son!!! 20m shares bought for .0158?! Whoa!
BWWWAAAHHHAAAHHHAAAAA!
I live downtown in NYC. The big poster is still up on Madison Square Garden. I saw it today.
I found that if I just keep clicking refresh on ibox page, the bid goes up a little.
Some support, finally, around .01-.011? Or is it too early to make this claim?
Not to seem over-accusatory, but your post seemed to imply that the A/S is just as un-verifiable as the O/S, which it's not. Furthermore, you don't have to pay anything to verify it.
Go to this website: http://www.corp.delaware.gov/contact.shtml
Under Live Support, click on Entity Information. During normal business hours, you can chat with a Delaware Division of Corps agent and get the current A/S for free.
While it's true that the spongemasters can change it at anytime, you can track it daily to check them.
I've posted this like 50 times, but will continue to do so since it's one of the few key pieces of info that's readily available to the public at zero cost.
A/S is verifiable anytime through Delaware.
Your post is misleading.
So thoughtful of you!
uh, not all dogs speak english, you know.
Wake up, son. CVS put this out as a PR as well.
NSS issue has nothing to do auditing. What the tatty are you talking about?
and the ask moves down?
You can find out the A/S from Delaware anytime.

Can you post a link to this site please?
hmmm...i can't remember. been buying so much lately...
10M AH buy! Wow. Pretty sick.
LOL.
We're happy when you're happy
Good job of posting the filings. Highly informative if you've owned this stock and have been in a coma.
She's there for anyone to call. She was very friendly and willing to discuss.
He's not that good. All vitriol, no substance.
You're such a pessimist! ;)
Thank you! Jesus. What a joke.
Let's not go nuts everybody. I agree this price action is painful to watch, but considering everything that's gone on (bullshit rumors that shake people, dilution, lack of transparency), the price is not that low.
don't get me wrong, it's low. but if you believe things are legit, which i do, this can move up really fast.
the key is not rasing the A/S. when the spongebob/viacom deal starts to blossom, it will kill a lot of doubts, especially from prospective investors, which is extremely key imo.
it's hard to be patient when you have a significant amount of money on the line. this is true in any kind of investment.
and who the hell knows if the message board guys have as many shares as they say they do. anyone can say anything they want in hubworld.
Isn't buying discouraged when they push the ask up to 165 like that, and create a big spread? It happens after a big buy hits the ask.
I'm a bit ignorant, but what the hell is going on?
Why does the ask jump up like that? anyone?
not watching the trades real-time. trying to learn something here.
me too, just playing.
my strategy? not great at the moment!
